Bought ring and it was really uncomfortable, so got the pre-authorization to return. Could not get hold of anyone to give me return address for WEEKS, finally sent it off (at my expense) and it was returned by USPS as undeliverable. Jeulia refused to send me pre-paid envelope, so I'm stuck with a ring I can't wear and nowhere to return it. STAY AWAY from this company. They're liars and cheats.
