Hi Lisvette. We are sorry to hear about the problem you have had with your ring. We would like to be able to repair the ring for you, but, unfortunately, the warranty is expired. The proof of your purchase indicated that the product was purchased on 2017-08-07. Since our warranty is good for a period of one year from the date for delivery, it expired almost one year ago. If you would like us to repair the ring for you, there will be a charge. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us through Ticket.
