I have been looking for a created Emerald ring for a few years. Real Emeralds are very cloudy and I want the perfectly clear green. After much thought I decided to take a chance and order from Jeulia, at a price much less than any I have seen anywhere.
Now comes the exciting part... I can not tell you how much I love this ring! I chose the emerald cut engagement ring to wear on my right hand and I am over the moon about it! From a lady who has plenty of the real stuff... I will choose Jeulia from here on out!

Ring looked cheap it didn't fit and there's a no refund policy on custom sizes which cost extra and you have to pay to to ship it back and pay to have it shipped back to you if you want an exchange.

I received my ring 3 days after it was ordered and it it absolutely beautiful! It came packaged beautifully as well I was very impressed with that and will be ordering from them again
First they are not located in the US. It took 2 months to get the ring I ordered. The box it came in was very nice but the ring I paid $100 for looks like a dollar store item. It looks very fake and cheap. The stone is cloudy and the metal looks cheap. They promote hassle free returns, HA! After a month of me repeatedly contacting them for a return authorization I'm still stuck with the ring. They had me send a picture of the ring to show it still had the tag on and not worn or damaged. They told me how to return it but did not give me written authorization so I was not going to ship it back for them to say they didn't authorize it. They told me "it makes me very sad you don't like the ring". The conversations were very unprofessional and at times seemed like I was chatting with a child. It also took a day each time for them to reply. It seemed like they were stalling so it would go past the 30 days of being able to return it. Jeulia sells low quality items and is nothing but a SCAM!

I ordered 2 rings on Dec 3,2016, order #*******. It took over 6 weeks to get these rings. I didn't like the color of Jeulia Flower Design Round Cut Created Pink Sapphire, it looked super fake and nothing like the picture. I tried to contact customer service for the entire month after I received the rings every few days, every way I could think of e-mail, live chat, the phone # didn't work... it was just a nightmare. So I contacted paypal and then got a response. They told paypal I had to return the ring for a full refund, well guess what I had to ship it back to China, not CA like the exchange I did the first time. I have not idea how to track a package to China without paying $ 80 for a $ 100 ring. I've shipped it back but was told they couldn't track it so I'm out the money, the ring and the money to ship it back to China. I've never been so frustrated on something that was suppose to be fun. Do not order from this company unless you are sure you will love it because they have the worst customer service I've ever seen, in fact no customer would be better because then you could get your money back. They will take your money, but will not help you in any way if you are not happy with their product.

They clearly advertise 1-4 shipping for $20. However, when you clearly point out with documented proof that their delivery took nine days, they respond with, "be sure to choose free shipping next time." No refund of fees. We are looking into filing a class action suit.

I have purchased three rings for my wife. All three have had stones fall out. After repeated emails and phone calls I finally got a representative send me a mailing address to have them repaired. I sent them and still nothing, no communications, no rings just broken Christmas promises. Do Not purchase from this company, shipping takes forever, poor quality and they don't stand behind their products. Still have my money though.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
