I received the rings I ordered after paying $20.00 to have them shipped express. The rings didn't fit ( I was told by a jeweler it was because the rings were thicker than most) however, it cost me another $ 23.00 to ship them back and then another $20.00 to have the rings shipped express again. There needs to be a better return policy. After I expressed my unhappiness about this to an " online chat" rep, she said SORRY... I can offer the free shipping, that's the best I can do... 25-30 days to get the rings... unacceptable to me. By the way, The rings themselves only cost $113.00. I will not buy anything from this company again.

Ring was pretty. The box however was torn on the side and they won't send out a new one. They won't let me purchase just a box by itself, but they did say I can purchase one on my next order.

I wanted a ring to replace my wedding set that was lost. I didn't want some giant, gaudy ring that screamed fake... and 10 carat stone is not for me! But I also didn't want a simple band or solitaire. I love the design of this ring, very unique. Also the stones are a believable size... and beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted!

I know I shouldn't give up but I am so tired of dealing with them. I am tired of it taking 24 hours to respond. I'm tired that it has taken 3 months and still nothing is fixed, even though they admit their mistake. I refuse to send the current ring back for fear that I will never get a new one in return. Perhaps that is wrong but I just don't trust them. Lesson learned. Please dont learn your lesson the hard way. Dont buy their products. If you do have to ship it back YOU have to pay the shipping even if it wasnt your fault and YOU have to pay the shipping to get the new product back (which I did the first go round) (and they wanted me to pay customs fees) d but for this second go round (when they sent me the wrong ring) I refuse to put out anymore money. Im done arguing. It has been an exhausting horrible experience. Do not by from them!
Here is the latest... Yes Jeulia did contact me because of my post which was nice and the lady I have been emailing has been really nice. They now want me to ship back the ring they mistakenly sent me and for me to pay the shipping and then they will refund that amount. I am very hesitant to do that after all that has happened. THEN I have another representative contacting me still asking if I reviewed the conversation with them (via email) that it is my fault for receiving the same ring. Her emails are funny because all they say are... Have you had time to review the email... so its my fault they say. This will never end. I am convinced of that. I am not sending this ring back they mistakenly sent me before I get the correct ring because it is the ONLY thing I have to show for $150.00 and 2 months of emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Well I got my "new ring" today and guess what? It isnt the one I ordered! And I even sent them a screen shot TWICE so there would be no mix up. Back to square one again and I am not paying to send this one back and Im not paying shipping. Do not order from this company unless you just want to hand them money because that is what you are doing.
I ordered a ring from Jeulia and received it in a timely manner, it was pretty and everything they described. But within one week it had lost a stone. I contacted Jeulia via email (so I could keep track of conversation). I did not want the same ring because I was concerned the same thing would happen. They said an exchange was fine because they were not going to give me a refund. Then they told me that I had to pay to ship the ring back to them and that I had to pay custom fees and shipping charges of the new ring back to them. Mind you it took a month to get that that point. It has now been 2 months, I have no ring (because I paid to send it back to them) I am out over $150 paying for the original ring, the shipping to return the faulty ring and the shipping to send the new ring to me. URGHHHH. It takes 24 hours for them to responded if you get a response. They ask you the same questions over and over again like they are just delaying and delaying even more. Never again! Do not purchase anything from them. They do not stand behind their product! They take forever to fix the problem and you are the one taking on the entire bill. It took less than a week for the ring to loss a stone, very poor quality. The warranty means nothing. HORRIBLE! Contacted my credit card to see what they can do.
The jewelery is beautiful. I had a problem entering my size on their website and as a result the wrong size was sent to me. So I tried the phone number which sent me to the online chat. This was a disaster... the Rep. Amanda cut off our chat twice while I was explaining my situation... I assume I took too long. Then the third time she finally responded. She was so very unclear about their return procedure and extremely vague and what should have taken 5 minutes to complete took over 30 minutes! Not to mention she not once responded to their site giving me trouble and bring the cause of my problem. She proceeded to charge me for shipping my order back to me once it was replaced with the correct size... I also had to pay to have it shipped TO them as well. So I've now paid for shipping 3 times. All this when they're running a special of "free shipping" on their website. It would have been nice to have been offered at least that for all the trouble. Completely dissatisfied with their customer service and their no hassle returns... believe me they're a HUGE hassle!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
