The ring I purchased was incorrectly described on the website. I expected much higher quality for that price. I ordered a ring from Amazon for $19.99 that was much pretty and more realistic. I emailed their customer service 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard a word. I would give them Zero stars if I could.
Although the ring I received was beautiful it sadly left a bad taste in my mouth that it was advertised as FREE SHIPPING yet, they charged me $20.00. This is a false advertisement and sad that although the item was pretty the customer service end was not.

I have been trying to return an Item and I have been getting no reply's to my emails sent and also my direct phone call to Customer Service. They have been giving me the "Run-Around". They state in there advertising that they will give a 30 day money back return policy but it seems I can not get this? I guess I am suck with my item and am verry unhappy. Will never purchase for this company again! Bad Customer Service. They just take your money and run!
