I have been trying for over a week to get authorization to return two of the rings I purchased and have yet to get that. If this keeps up the 30 days will expire. (One ring I was sent was the wrong size, the other was too wide for my finger). I have sent emails and asked twice where to return the rings, since I was not sent return information with the rings.
I was happy with the ring. It Is a bow whimsy piece of jewelry. I like and I have worn it several times and received many compliments.

I purchaced a wedding ring with bands. We recieved them three weeks late and then when we get them the bands are smaller than the ring i have wore the ring for three months try to return due to the changing of color. Had to pay to have them shipped back was told that they woould send out the same ring which is fine if the size was right was told that they can make no changes unless i want to pay. 1 year free warranty ya right. Then was told there is no manager you can talk to they arent there. Then was sent an email that i can pay the difference even though it was there mistake. WRONG SIZE so i guess i am still getting a ring i can not wear. Break down of communication? Or Just dont understand it was the wrong size in the box. How hard is it to make sure that what you are packaging is correct. AND dont try to make the correction or compensate the customer at all. Just a number But they have lost my Business for Good and anyone who asks me.

I recently bought an engagement ring that is beautiful, but it is not what I payed for. I went to a Jewler to resize the ring and they tested the stones and the stones on this ring are crystal when they were listed as white sapphire. I contacted customer service and they will not do anything about it because I had it engraved. The engraving was not done well at all any ways. It was too small and crooked. I am not pleased with this company at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before making this purchase otherwise I would not have bought this ring through them. I am willing to keep the ring because it is beautiful as long as they are willing to exchange for the proper size.
Can I return it I did not purchase it on April 8,2016 this is 2017 duh it is very ugly nothing like it sowed Very disgusted seeing my husbands hard earned money on it
I ordered the Pink Sapphire ring set as a gift from my husband for our 41st anniversary. Got a great deal on the pricing. It arrived in three days. My husband loves what he got me... best thing, he says... he didn't even have to pay for it... lol
My items came pretty much right away, absolutely beautiful. I fell in love the moment I saw them. There is only one teensie complaint, that is really not the fault of the merchant - silver can scratch SO easily, especially when two silver items are paired right next to each other. Like two rings. But otherwise, even 2 months later - beautiful beautiful beautiful <3
Shipped from China. However shipping was very fast I beleive it took 3 days to receive. You get what you pay for, it's not high quality almost as though they tried to hard, looks very fake, stones almost look plastic they don't have shine, and metal doesn't appear to be of any sort of quality.
