The rings were delivered within 8 days. I believe the severe weather they were experiencing was a typhoon however, I got them! I was very excited to open the box. I like how a mini shopping bag and the small box are packaged inside the larger box in case you wanted to give it as a gift. The rings are crisp and clean looking. I received two beautiful rings from Jeulia. Shipping was super fast despite some bad weather. The ring for my husband is astonishing! With a combination of black and silver titanium. Mine is the interchangeable rose gold and silver ring with a sapphire stone. I'm so happy with this ring! It's super shiny and it looks absolutely amazing!

The ring has tiny stones and just looks cheap. Sorry I purchased it as I won't be wearing it. I had planned to wear it in place of my other rings when I travel but, as I said, I won't be wearing it. Wish I could get my money back.
I ordered a ring and when it arrived, it looked very fake, which was not what I was hoping for. I emailed them about returning it for a refund (since the site said "Easy Refunds"), but they only offered to exchange it. Why would I want to order another cheap looking ring? I just wanted my money back. The 30 day guarantee was the only reason I attempted to order jewelry online. If they aren't going to honor that policy, they should remove it from their site and ads. Never again.
I received my ring and it is quite light in weight but is very pretty. I am wearing it for the first time today so I will see what people think when they see it. That will be my final say on the ring.
I had a delay with a resizing issue, i was tagged in a post by my wife for a jeulia ring i quoted that they still owed me a ring from my exchange, i was then contacted privatel y and sent the appropriate ring making all the arrangemens through social media i received it within a week. Cant ask for more effective service, my experience is now more than positive and i will be purchasing from them again most definately.
