I saw this ring in an advertisement. I was able to get a large size (10) plus a discount. I paid extra to have it shipped faster. Got my ring in 3 days. The ring was beautiful and it fit my finger perfectly.
My order is as accidentally sent to an incorrect address. They refused to call UPS. SO I tired. I was told, as I had already explained to customer service on more than one occasion, that the sender must be the one to call UPS especially on international orders. So I had to have my package refused at UPS and sent back. I expect to receive my new package soon at the correct address. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call from them to UPS. They repeated told me in emails and on the phone that I could change the receiving address. But I find that terribly difficult to believe since I was told by IPS and knew this before that the sender must do it. Next time I hope they call for the next customer.
The ring is just what I imagined. Buying a ring on line can be a bit concerning but I was pleased with the way it looks and the fit. The only small concern I have is the fact that the stones on the side can't be seen when the ring is on my finger. I guess they will be protected by this design.
Item was exactly like the photo and arrived sooner than expected. Absolutely beautiful and I get complimented daily
The ring is very bulky and sharp to other fingers. Uncomfortable to wear even for few minutes. I won't be using the ring and i paid more than a $100 for it. It also is not as shiny as advertised.
I have always loved the emerald shaped diamond - this ring is the closest I will ever get on my budget. The style is nice and sleek, clean lines. Of course, it is difficult to tell how big side-stones will be, looking at a magnified photo... the stones in the band are small (but acceptable), but the stones on each side of center, are basically chips. The band definitely completes the ring, as an engagement ring alone, definitely something missing. Wish it were all attached to keep it from spinning around. It is pretty in spite of the negatives.
The ring is pretty but too large to look real. I do wear it and enjoy wearing it. Many of other pieces bought from JTV are elegant and could pass for the real item.
I love the ring it truly is beautiful. I feel you can kinda tell it isn't real diamonds but still beautiful. I have got a lot of compliments on it.
Very disappointed in the look of my ring. Within a day, it lost its sparkle and looks like a cheap ring
