I havent been able to wear my original wedding set since I got pregnant and I was so upset. I tried other rings to no luck as Im allergic to nickel and almost everything weve found has it included. Im SO happy we found Jeulia! Not only is the ring absolutely GORGEOUS, I can wear it without a reaction! I get so many compliments on my new ring!
The business ethics of this company are pretty shady. In hindsight, I wish I had never used them (and I did research before buying, so I'm kind of surprised by all the good reviews.) First off... they don't allow returns, except in rare instances. I read their return policy several different times to ensure I knew what I could and couldn't do - but failed to notice that they state implicitly that you can "exchange" your product. Not return it. Now, I'm stuck with a purchase I'm not all that happy about. Additionally, the phone # listed on their website doesn't work. So you can only "communicate" via email, with someone who is most likely located in the Asian continent because all return emails come at odd hours and you have to wait an additional 24 hours every time you respond. This is NOT ok and I'm not happy. Great way to steal $$$ from honest cititzens.
Ibought my wedding set a year ago this comming February because my wedding set had been stolen and we could not afford another set. I saw a set I really like with the sculls on each side of a beautiful square diamond like stone and a wedding band to go with it. I loved it! I wear it everyday washing dishes and cleaning never taking it off and to this day it still sparkles and as beautiful as the day I took it out of the box. The brillance of the stone is like a real diamond and everyone thinks it is a real diamond and admire its beauty.
The ordering was easy many many styles to pick from. So many that it became tiresome the ring arrived and it is not great. The prongs stick up so that it catches on everything it is so big it looks really fake ok it is fake but for what it cost it shouldnt The earrings however are really nice they look like the picture and are worth the money

I had my ring for 5 days and stones started falling out. I contacted customer service immediately. I was told that i had to send the one I had back to be repaired. My wedding was in 10 days. I asked if this would happen in time. I was told to send a tracking number and then they would send a replacement. Now the wedding is 7 days. The ring has been sent back. Now Im being told they can not send a replacement until they recieve my old one. My wedding is ruined I have to get married with a plastic ring used for cake decorating. I have bought many items in the past but I wont buy again.

I am very disappointed with the hassle to return a set of rings. I still have not gotten the authorization number or the return address... the tags are still attached to the rings. I am beginning to believe I will have to swallow the $150+ I spent. Never will I order from them again.

When I received my new... second... wedding set for our Anniversary I was so thrilled I almost cried. It is so gorgeous and perfect. The craftsmanship is amazing.
I ordered my ring on 9/22/2017 and by 10/20 all the gold tone had vanished from the ring. I was unable to return or exchange because I didn't have the tag that came on the ring. I am not very happy with my experience. Although the ring is exactly what I wanted, it wasn't a good value.

Yet not expect for the ring to ship for several days after the order has been placed. I really am not concerned with your internal workings of WHY it takes so long to process the order. I would have been fine if I KNEW that 1-4 days meant 1-4 days AFTER the one to two weeks it takes to "process" the order.

My only suggestion would be to go up 1/4 or 1/2 size if you by a three band ring. They are well made, sparkle shine cannot wait to maybe purchase another!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
