I was super excited to receive my ring, but I was completely devastated when it arrived as it looked cheap and thinner and smaller as what it looked like online. I am very disappointed.

I placed an order and when I got to check-out, I'm told that PayPal doesn't allow foreign transactions. The first problem is involving PayPal into the payment process. Other sites provide for direct credit card input. However, the website allows different countries to be entered into the shipping process. Their excuse was "not to worry" about the transaction being denied and to pay with Western Union (WU) online or go to a Western Union location. Why would anyone want to pay absorbent WU fees with a highly recognized international Visa card is being used or go somewhere to make a payment? To add insult to injury, they want you to then provide them with all the transaction details. So much for expedient online shopping. Don't waist your time as their customer service sucks! Doesn't say much for their product either as customer service is everything in today's shopping market...
I place an order over 2 months ago, and have not received it yet. I went back and ordered another ring and recived it 5 days later. So I was taken for the first order I placed. I emailed juelia with no response.

If you don't like something, you simply can't send it back. They badger you to order something else, promising a good deal, but in my case the "deal" was more expensive than just ordering it separately. I went back and forth for over a month and got nowhere. I have 8 rings from these people and wouldn't consider doing business with them again. It even sort of makes me hate the rings.

So our colleague offered that you could return it for a new replacement and you agreed to make an exchange, and you chose a new ring that cost more than your original ring, then you need to pay the price difference. I removed tag from ring upon reciept, from what I have read online, it must be attached to be eligible for return..

I ended up getting two rings from Jeulia, and they're both beautiful pieces. Absolutely no issues through the ordering and shipping process.
But the date of purchase is incorrect... never purchased in 2016... only last week... oct 2017... rings are true to pics and descriptions and delivery was quick.
Delivery was very quick and a day early! This ring is beautiful, looks even better then the pictures show! I get compliments everyday on this ring, very worth it. Size is perfect, love this ring wish I would have bought it sooner
I was so excited to get it that I ripped the tag off right away without reading that there are no exchanges without the tag. The ring is a smidge big and I wish I could exchange it for a smaller size. I love it anyway though!

I ordered a ring for my mom and it was very fake looking nothing like the picture. Didnt even try it on and requested return right after it was delivered. Was asked to send pics multiple times and it still has tags on it. Its been a month and i sent it back ups three weeks ago still no refind and ive already paid shipping back. Very frustrated

I have ordered several rings from Jeulia. They are very well made and have not lost their sparkle. The stones are so real looking that no one can tell they aren't real diamonds. I have ordered a couple of colored stones and they have the same great quality.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
