I've always loved Tradesy but I took off one star because I've had issues with shipping before and also with ordering items and getting snippy notes saying they aren't actually available. That last bit happened twice but it was admittedly a long time ago. Right now I'm trying to send a gift to Puerto Rico (impossible but not mentioned anywhere on the site) and I've tried to change a shipping address before and that was also really tricky and ultimately a failure. But 5 stars for communication and perfect, I mean really wonderful clothes, shoes and accessories.

I ordered from Stylewe for 6 years. Their products, shipping, and customer service have taken a nosedive and their returns, which were always a major hassle, are no longer possible. That's right, if you receive your item and it doesn't fit (60+ percent chance of this) or it's not as pictured (80+ percent chance of this), you can no longer return it because their return center is no longer in the US, it's now in China and you'll be responsible for the return fee. The charge for sending a tunic to their return center was $57, the tunic was $22. Note that even when the return center was in the US they regularly took weeks to process returns, lost returns, didn't properly credit my account, and/or didn't give the promised $5 shipping reimbursement. Everything was a battle. Save yourself the hassle.
The pictures online are of other companies' garments that Stylewe makes terrible copies of out of awful materials, with shoddy workmanship and schizophrenic sizing to boot. Items sometimes take weeks to arrive when listed as in stock. There's no way to cancel unsent orders except to contact them. It's a mess, it's incredible that they're still in business.
Note that the reviews here that are positive are very suspicious (not specific, mention features about the site that the site doesn't actually offer, are ultra vague and weird-sounding), whereas the negative reviews are obviously from real customers. Think twice about where these positive "reviews" are coming from.

Tip for consumers:
Check past returns to see if you were really credited. Chances are you weren't. You can no longer return merchandise per 2 emails I received March 2021. "US return center is now closed"

If you don't like something, you simply can't send it back. They badger you to order something else, promising a good deal, but in my case the "deal" was more expensive than just ordering it separately. I went back and forth for over a month and got nowhere. I have 8 rings from these people and wouldn't consider doing business with them again. It even sort of makes me hate the rings.

Please understand that as our Return Policy (http://www.jeulia.com/30-day-return-policy.html) clearly states, special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned. While we cannot accept the return of the product, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy. So our colleague offered that you could return it for a new replacement and you agreed to make an exchange, and you chose a new ring that cost more than your original ring, then you need to pay the price difference. Since you were unhappy with this, our customer service will reach out to you soon and discuss this further with you, we hope that we could find a positive solution to the issue.

If you're in the US, don't even THINK of using this company. They will screw up every way they can. We were with them for 2 years and each and every order had serious issues. Items were made wrong, arrived damaged, took forever, shipping was astronomical; we had 3 representatives, each worse than the next, pricing was schizophrenic and customer service? Dispute resolution? Any type of helpfulness? Not a chance. One batch of items that were unusable because they not only lacked hardware but lacked the countersunk holes to put the hardware in was dealt with like this: "go buy a drill and fix them yourself". After the last shipment arrived 5 months after it was ordered, to the wrong address and broken, they simply stopped answering our emails. Don't think Alibaba will assist either- they demand to be paid via Paypal and direct wire transfer. Of course!
