My stones on my ring are falling of I am so upset I got ir ingraved and paid ex to get it ship to me and this is what Happened after a week of wearing it.
Terrible. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said I should have called within 48 hours to return... even the sheet with my shipment said 30 days return. This was not a special order or personalized item. Shipped straight from your warehouse. Tags are still attached it didn't look good with my other ring and I am returning and have reordered something else. Now I am trying to return original shipment and now you are requesting pictures of it before I can return it. This will be my last purchase from you.

Bought the three ring set that is very similar to my diamond wedding set. Working with a lot of paperwork, didnt want to risk loosing a diamond. The number of compliments that my Jeulia set gets is amazing. Numerous everyday! Unfortunately one white sapphire was lost in paperwork, however they were quick to fix it, and at no cost! The company is TOP NOTCH! Excellent products and amazing customer service!
Bought this for my wife and it arrived pretty quickly for the additional 20 dollars in shipping, She opened the box and loved it! She doesn't wear it every day but whenever she does she gets lots of compliments. The only drawback is that it tarnishes pretty quickly and the cleaning cloth is only good for so many wipes
I have ordered several times from Jeulia. These past 2 times, the items I received looked nothing like the images on-line. In other words, they look very fake & gaudy. The unfortunate thing to this is that you are out the shipping cost to receive it & to send it back. I don't think I will be ordering anymore from Jeulia as their products just aren't as they are made to appear on-line & every return is more money out of my pocket. Very disappointed.

Once I seen the set and it came in many different colours and of course my favourite colour is purple and my wedding day was purple for me and for my groom was beige and antlers.
Once I told my groom to be I love this set and I couldnt find a matching band for my engagement ring we got this ring instead. I am very happy and I got my ring in time and didnt have to worry if they were going to be be here on time or not. I have now have my set over a year we got married after 10yrs being together last July 26 2016
This ring is absolutely stunning! It is solid and well made, and holds up to every day wear extremely well. I receive so many compliments on my ring! I used to sell jewelry and the quality of the center stone is very high. Sapphire is almost as hard as diamond is. White sapphire is a beautiful substitute for diamond, stays clear, cleans easily and refracts light beautifully!
