Because it's shipping from Asia, I still have not received two items I purchased weeks ago. One is "lost in transit" while the other is allegedly still on it's way. Since I bought a ring for an event that has now passed, I'm extremely disappointed in their shipping. I can't vouch for the ring and necklace because I haven't seen them.
I couldn't be more pleased. The quality, price, and it's beauty are superior! When I opened the box I was so happy with how it looks and feels on my hand. The pictures on line don't do it justice. Its beautiful!

I originally ordered this ring on Black Friday and went through the entire order process. I was dismayed when it came time to pay as their payment portal was Pay Pal and due to a very negative Pay Pal experience many years ago where Pay Pal was in error I nearly stopped the order. I knew this was the ring my girlfriend really wanted for Christmas and while the payment went through the PayPal portal there was an option to pay with a conventional credit card. I went through the entire process but was surprised that I never received a confirmation email. I tried calling the customer service number but was unable to reach anyone, I suppose due to the volume of Black Friday. I thought perhaps they were just swamped with orders and I would get an email in a day or two but did not. I checked that my credit card had not been charged and it had not. I then reordered the ring a few days later and this time the confirmation came almost immediately and the ring came, with the inscription 2 days later. The price was not any more than the Black Friday price and the ring is exactly as pictured so I am very happy with the ring and the speedy fulfillment of the order. The original order was lost due to what I consider to be a problem at Pay Pal.
I purchased a lab created white sapphire multiple stone ring from Jeulia Jewlery. This was an online purchase so I was a little worried about the quality of the ring. Well, I need not have worried. Firstly, regarding the shipping cost $20, please know that we offer three shipping methods for the USA: $20 for Expedited Shipping, $15.95 for Standard Shipping & Free Economy Shipping over $45. I can see that you picked UPS expedited shipping that's why charged you $20 for shipping, we do have more information on shipping here: https://www.jeulia.com/delivery-shipping.html.
Secondly, according to the 30 days return policy, we clearly state on our website that special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned. Custom sizes are all of the other sizes except the following: Women’s Sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Men’s Sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. While you ordered the size 6.25 that is not eligible for return, you can find this information on our website here: http://www.jeulia.com/30-day-return-policy.html
