I received this ring as a gift from my husband. I have real jewelry (diamonds, not so big but cost a lot) but this ring looks so real and fits so nice. It was meant as a christmas gift but didnt arrive on time due to him having it engraved. It was indeed a surprise and having been married for almost 30 years, this ring is just as good to wear as my wedding set. I love it!

I bought one ring. The gold hugging the rhinestones set in silver. I lost my husband a year ago and being I love silver and Michael loves gold this ring just said this is YOU. When I received this ring I was simply impressed by its character. As the gold hugs the silver it represents our love for each other. We were married on my BD December 27th It would of been 15 years. I was skeptical about this website and others that have popped up on my newsfeed because I figured it would look much nicer here than it did in person. I could not believe how beautiful and shiny it was in person! And how detailed and carefuly made it was! I am 100% satisfied with Jeulia and will purchase more in the future!
Horrible customer service, ordered an engagement ring from the company, ring arrived and was damaged. Contacted customer service who after several emails agreed to take the item back and repair it.
I then spent several days arguing over the fact that they expect customers to pay for the postal charges even though they acknowledged they sent a faulty item. Eventually got that sorted only to get the replacement late, and to have the same issue with this one. I'm now having to arrange to send that back as well.
Whenever I try to discuss making an official complaint or to discuss compensation for this or even what my options are ref getting a different ring I get copy pasted responses that are completely off topic and don't even address what I was emailing about.
It seems that the customer service team clearly don't know how to read or don't care, they look for key words in your email and copy paste the same response.
Its an absolute joke, I would 100% avoid this company, they ruined my proposal and have caused no end of grief.
