I really love the ring, but when paying over a certain amount of money you shoud not have to also pay the extra $20 to have it shipped faster. I have placed a few orders with you and I should be able to get express shipping without have to pay the extra

The wedding band is beautiful; however, the ring irritates my ring finger. Not a comfortable fit. My concern is that I hope my request to exchange product will be honored.
