Beautiful Ring

I purchased a beautiful ring from Jeulia back in January. I payed the expedited shipping and received the ring in about 3 weeks as expected. Unfortunately it was a bit too small and it didn't look right with the ring I wanted to pair it with so I started the return process. This did take a bit of time but being polite and courteous goes a long way with any customer service rep. I eventually got the return info I needed through the "chat" on FB and followed the directions for the return. I did purchase another ring in the meantime which I also got expedited shipping for and received it in the same amount of time.The ring is a beautiful princess cut emerald with white sapphires along the side. It fits perfectly and I love it. So, I checked the tracking for the returned ring and it had been delivered but that was a month ago and still no refund. So I emailed an inquiry a week ago and through FB chat had the issue looked into and solved without incident. I didn't give 5 stars only because of the long time it takes to get a response to any inquiry otherwise my experience with Jeulia was positive and I'm going to purchase another ring to go with the emerald ring I bought.

Love what I paid for!

After reading some reviews from others that were having problems with delivery I was a little skeptical. As soon as I messaged a representative about my worries they quickly cleared my doubt away and told me when it would arrive. Low and behold my jewelry came in and I was ecstatic with the product! My rings are beautiful and I'm probable never going to take them off!

I purchased a large band ring of round perfectly cut and set lab clear sapphires which have breathtaking fire. My ring is. 925 sterling silver, nicely finished inside and extremely comfortable to wear. Although this ring has remarkable presence, it easily can be an everyday part of you. There are no prongs to catch on material... it is heirloom quality... never in the way with gloves, lovely milgraining details. The box is actually in its own jewelry box! Simply a perfect purchase. I now have a new signature right hand ring:-)

Total Crap Company

I had nothing but issues with this company since I hit "order submit" They don't email you back, the chat is useless, when I finally got my order 3 weeks later... after I had already paid extra for 4 day shipping, the ring looked so beyond incredibly fake it was unreal. My 8 yr old neice would have known the difference. I get it, the stones aren't real but seriously... it didn't look anything like in the picture online. I sent numerous emails, chats and sat on hold for 40 minutes trying to find out what I have to do in order to return this thing and get my $ back. Absolutely no response. Nothing. Not even an automated one!

Never ever ever would I recommend this company. To anyone. For anything. Absolutely useless

Beautiful cocktail ring!

Love my cocktail ring, it is exactly what I wanted and I get a lot of compliments. Beautiful packaging. Free shipping takes about a month, just so you know. If you need it sooner, upgrade your shipping. Would buy from Jeulia again!

The ring is beautiful, it cannot be denied. After I decided to ignore the reviews and take the risk to purchase a ring. I decided to pay for the $20 shipping to have the ring before 30 days in case I have to claim cost if it was lost. The first email informed me that I wasn't going to receive the ring in the promised time due to an increase in demand and quality inspection time. Of course they won't return the shipping fee of $20 dollars and just offer me a 10% discount in my next purchase. After a couple days I contacted someone in the chat in reference to the status because I was unable to track my order online. At this point I was told that it was not shipped because of the size, because it was "hand crafted" and "inspected". After 7 days the ring was finally shipped. When I received the ring, the box was broken and the ring was missing a stone. The stone was not in the box so I'm guessing it was not inspected as I was told. When I contacted the customer service they keep telling me they are located in Hong Kong and I will have to pay for the return shipping to CA in order for them to contact the Hong Kong company. I will have to pay for the return shipping and they can't provide me with an estimate date of when I will get a new ring. Reading the previous reviews I'm scared to send the ring back and discover they won't send me a new one or refund me the money after 30 days. I won't buy again from this company and I will be sure to let people know about my experience. It is incredible how after I paid $20 for shipping and you failed to have my product in 4 days due to manually crafted and inspections now I have to pay shipping again without a date to have a new ring back? It does not make any sense. People if you were lucky, I'm happy for you but I can't be taking no more risks with this company. Really unhappy customer.

I ordered 3 rings for myself, great pricing and a holiday discount for Valentines Day.
First the sizing is a bit off I ordered large as I wanted rings for my thumb & pointer. After getting ring guards they will work. Do I like my rings? Yes, they are nice looking rings for the price. I will where them, and I will say they are Jeulia if asked. Am I satisfied with the product this is my yes/no. The silver is beautiful, and they seem well made, the stones however are micro-tiny compared to the online photos. They do sparkle, but if you look at a ring with a large stone and wonder if it will be too garish, don't be. I went back and looked at the photos of my rings and compared, they what I got, but I guarantee they either have larger exaggerated rings or a great zoom lens.
I was not satisfied with customer service communications either. The rings did not arrive in the timeline outlined in my order confirmation. After 2+ weeks of no shipping confirmation and not able to see my orders in order history, I tried calling them. The phone system was not working. A recording answered stating I had reached Jeulia jewelry, and then cut off to dead air. I made this call 3 times. I waited for online chat for over an hour! Luckily at my job I can do this and I could multi task while waiting. The Customer service that replied to me was pleasant and helpful in that she verified my order had not shipped yet, I asked if there was a better phone # for me to call, she said the phone lines were busy and that is why they did not work when I called. I asked why my order did not show up as placed when I logged in, she said she was not sure but it wasn't working... ok, do you show when my order will be shipped? I am sorry I cannot say for sure. I never did get the shipping confirmation, but I had a parcel to be claimed at the PO. Luckily there were no customs fees I had to pay... all in all I may order again.

Sent wrong size, said it was silver, but it's counterfeit alloy, sent 2 phone numbers that don't work. Terrible customer service, reps stubbornly defend the company's mistakes, run out of China and Hong Kong. False address and phone number in CA. No one there. Writes disconnected phone numbers on invoices and emails. Bad experience. Don't order from these frauds.
