Hubby ordered one and have been trying to return I'm out money. I have tried to call them but nothing and emailed and nothing I have no address to return and oh web said USA and mine came from china
My husband and I were looking for a ring to take the place of my diamond so I wouldn't be wearing it and possibly lose it (broken pegs and repairs cost more then expected upwards of 200-300$) and this one fit the bill! Got it today and it is just beautiful! Way prettier in person and the stones are just wow.

The wait is very long with no real way to track, other than to say it's on its way. Once I recieved my ring, I was delighted. It's simply gorgeous!

The rings are pretty I'll give them that, but the quality is horrible and they refuse to refund your money. I received my ring in December and 2 days after a stone fell off. I emailed them (don't even waste your time calling the number on their site, it's disconnected), and they said they can't refund me but they will fix it, so I returned it. It took them 45 days to return the ring and it took 4 days to lose another stone. Now they claim they can't return my money because it's been over 30 days after I purchased it. They want me to return the ring which I have no problem with and they will send me another one, I don't want another ring I want my money back. There is no business ethics and they are cheating people out of their money!

Do not expect a full refund of your purchase price even if you originally had FREE SHIPPING. After emailing through PayPal twice bc I did not get a response from 5 separate emails to them, I got a refund after 45 days of sending their ring back- minus the $10 shipping fee. Pure BS.

Firstly don't believe all the positive reviews on this site! I purchased a ring for my fiancée in January and paid through PayPal. I received the PayPal receipt but not an official confirmation. After trying unsuccessfully to get Jeulia to communicate with me I raised a paypal dispute. Once I opened it miraculously Jeulia were very communicative, with very poor English and assertions they were a 'legit' company. They refused to send the ring unless I closed the dispute. This bit is important DO NOT CLOSE A DISPUTE! The case is then closed and Jeulia will keep your money and you'll be without your goods. I didn't close mine and got my money back but this is the ONLY way you will get your money back. They are NOT a legit company and will keep your money.

I ordered a ring that didn't arrive in time for Christmas. When it arrived, it looked like cheap glass. Called customer service and they kept me on live chat over one hour refusing to give me their return address! Returned the ring, confirmed with Post Office, now they say they don't have it! "Send picture" is all they will say. I sent the picture five times! I'm out my money and will be contacting the CA attorney general as there are many other complaints like mine. We need to stop these scam artists!

I was skeptical at first as ordering from FaceBook can be a crapshoot. But omg! When my first ring arrived in like 4 days beautifully boxed and wrapped in case I was giving it as a gift, I was blown away. I truly felt like I was giving myself a present. I immediately ordered again. The white topaz is beautiful and the product quality above my expectations for the price. I hope they will consider doing some of these rings in garnet, London blue topaz, and amethyst. I love color in my jewelry.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this time I felt it highly necessary. Of course when ordering from a site advertised on FB it is hit or miss, and usually a big miss, and that is if you even receive your item at all. I received my item as promised withi. 7 to 10 days and it was stunning. Absolutely stunning. The quality was top notch and from the setting to the quality of the stones there was. It one flaw. I cannot wait to order from this company again!

I bought a beautiful ring. A stone fell out the day I received it. When I tried to contact the company the phone number did not work, I did not get any response from my emails even though it is a "no hassle return policy" it has been 7 weeks and I have yet to hear back from anyone. It is a shame the customer service is so bad because the jewelry is very nice. You just have to hope that nothing happens to the ring. I would think twice before you purchase anything from this "virtual" company. I paid over $100 for a ring that is flawed and no one will return my emails nor do they have a working phone number.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
