Ordered a helmet
August 28, 2016

After trying some items on in the Jafrum showroom in Charlotte I had a helmet sent to me in the color of my choice to my home out of state.
Man, they were prompt. I got the helmet in 2 days just as they had stated
Thx Jafrum. My helmet fits fine.

Motorcycle gear shopping

Shopped for a vest ended up getting beard oil also waiting for them to settle in they just relocated so I can go back I hope they will have a good stock of close outs they didn't have the helmet I wanted in my size hope they have better sizes

I've ordered from Jafrum in the past with no problems with product or Customer Service... HOWEVER, I rode over a couple hundred miles today, 12/06/'14, using their Cruise Control palm lever for the first time, and the thing fell off the throttle sometime in my ride- along with the rubber band that was included in the order to secure the unit. Totally bummed... UPDATE: To my surprise, Jafrum contacted me and immediately sent a replacement which, with extra bands I picked up from the local hardware store, provided the necessary tension to keep the unit in place. Jafrum stood behind the product they sold and stepped up to the plate. Thanks, Jafrum, for the courteous response and grateful resolution..

The site was easy to navigate and had the product in stock when all other sites had "sold out" on the size I needed.
The order was on my door step on the 2nd. Day after it was ordered.
The product was as described.

I placed an order, that took 2 weeks. The helmet was too big but since I took the sticker off, I could not return it. I ordered a smaller helmet and its been a month and I STILL have not received it yet

They're holding my money for about 2 weeks now. I ordered a helmet that isn't in stock. Even though the website clearly said it is. It's not funny because they've been saying for a week they're going to issue the refund to me. At this point, I'm planning on filing a chargeback and dispute because of the difficulty it is to deal with them. With all the negative reviews about them everywhere- I wonder how they're still in business. I'm guessing they might need to hang onto my money for an extra 2-4 weeks like a Ponzi Scheme. If you do a quick search on their company, you'll see many negative reviews on their products. Placed an order that was suppose to ship same day, it did not. Called customer service and they told me 1 item was coming from a different warehouse and would ship on Tuesday. It did not ship. Called again and they told me they did not know when the item would be available to ship so I told them to cancel the order. They tried to talk me out of canceling and that they would give me a discount not to cancel. I told them I wanted the item, and not to be lied to about when it would ship. They finally agreed to cancel the order. I wwon't be ordering from these guys again.

Incredible price

Incredible price. Thick strong leather yet butter soft. Fit is great but lots of extra leg length so I can trim to fit. I will buy all my leather goods both personal and as gifts from them.

Great products and excellent service

I ordered a sissy bar bag online, and I went to the Jafrum whse in Charlotte, NC, before I received it, just to check out their warehouse. The showroom was much smaller than I was expecting, but the service was much great than I expected. I met a service rep. Named Mrs. Lewis and she was very impressive. She was, with out any doubt, the best ever. She helped me to choose a nice set of saddle bags for my bike and also showed me showed me a sissy bar bag that was like the one that had just shipped to me. It wasn't really what I wanted and she told me to bring it back and she would exchange it for me. Two days later I returned that bag and she helped me to fine the one that was best for my bike. I really didn't believe that it was possible for any company to have a nearly perfect score on customer service, but Jafrum does. Product knowledge, best prices, and a great customer service rep. That has a wonderful personality will definately make me come back and reccommend Jafrum.

Jafrum TOTALLY sucks and will steal your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. They are liars and thieves. Go to BBB NC and file a claim against Jafrum and hopefully you will get your money back or at least save someone else money, time and frustration.
Spread the word on all social media sites as well. Jafrum needs to be held responsible for their criminal acts.

The reason for that is because your credit card would not authorize the purchase and we had to cancel the order. We finally did get an authorization to process but you declined the helmets and asked for a refund. The refund was mailed to you in the form of 2 checks. Great leathers at a great price

I have had excellent experience with Jafrum I have purchased a jacket, chaps and a vest from Jafrum and have been quite happy with my purchases the only problem was when I bought the chaps and had to return them, the shipping cost and delay of having the right size was minmal. Upon learning that they ship 7.5 miles from my house is why I wentto your Charlotte locationand was greeted by your staff and taken care of imedatly

Stay away from this site. They lie. Everythung was fine when I made my order. Recieved fed ex tracking number and my order showed shipped and delivery was showing for tuesday. When tuesday rolled around with me waiting all day and nothing showed up I waited until wed and called them... their customer service girl was very rude and you can tell she hates her job. First she told me it was going to be shipped (even though it was supposed to be shipped last week) then after pinning her down she again lied and said the order was shipped last friday and I would recieve it in a couple of days... still waiting!

There are to many good companys out there to ever deal with jafrum.com ever again!

I ordered a helmet over the weekend from Jafrum.com only because the fact that they were the ONLY company that "had them in stock". Find out 2 business days later (because I called personally) they had a back order on the item I've already paid for on my credit card! I don't understand why the website would say they have it in stock when they really don't! Here's the kicker; I emailed the company as well and the worker helping me online confirmed with me they had the helmet in stock and the order is being processed for shipping. They completely lied to me! How is this possible when the gentlemen over the phone is apologizing to me for not having the item in stock?! Seems like there's two different companies working together or something?! The gentleman over the phone says he will cancel my order, I went ahead and emailed them back to cancel my order just so "both company's" know and there's no misunderstanding. I will keep everyone updated with the refund situation because from all these other reviews, this will be another headache for me. Thanks a lot Jafrum... Thanks a lot

Thank you for your business at www.jafrum.com. We show that your order was placed on 9/13/2015 at 1:09am. At this time our office was closed. Your order was pulled for processing on Monday 9/14/2015. Our business is all done on the website and inventory changes as customers make a purchase. Unfortunately this sold out before we could process and ship your order. We attempted to get this item from Shark and that is the reason it was delayed by 2 days. Once you contacted us the order was in "pending fulfillment" that means the order is given to a human and that human goes to the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. At this time is when the error in inventory was discovered. The order is then taken back to order processing to see if this item is available from the vendor in your case Shark. Shark was contacted and while we awaited the response for the item you called and requested we cancel the order. The order was cancelled on 9/15/2015. The order had not been billed so we cancelled our pending authorization that your bank had provided for the online order.
