They sold me something they didn't even carry in stock. They waited a week before informing me that it's out of stock too. Rip off. I'm assuming it's some small junk company. I wouldn't recommend sticking with them.
Cheap company. You get what you pay for in this instance. I bought the HD saddlebags thinking that they would be a decent. What I got was a bag of saddlebags, literally flimsey as hell and what I found out to be viking bag rip offs. I had to pay the $40 return shipping back to them, it's definitely a rip off. Still waiting to get my refund... stay far away guys!
Here's my review on Jafrum. They're horrible when it comes to customer service, and great at mass producing cheap and ill thought out products where you waste your money and dont' get any value out of. Unfortunately for me, I am one of the easily deceived customers who ordered many of their products. I've had their jafrum branded saddlebags which had the studs fall off within a week of mounting them. I've also been suckered into purchasing their chaps which had the seams fall apart where the crotch area is. You can guess how embarassing that was after a long ride. I've spoken with multiple customer service representatives about the issue and honestly it isn't their fault at all They're servicing a product that isn't made to last.
- The only thing a customer needs ot know about this company is that they make low quality junk for a quick buck.

One of the worst online shopping experiences i have ever experienced. They are the definition of bait and switch. I should have googled Jafrum reviews before even purchasing with them. Their Jafrum branded gear is very low quality and made for a quick buck. The owners don't care about any of the items taht they sell. I'm surprised they are still in business. I had to do a charge back via my CC because they wouldn't honor their own warranty. Buyer beware! Not genuine leather.
I bought a helmet from Jafrum and it was barely used when it broke down I sent them an email and yes the told me they will take care of my warranty, however I had to ship it to them at a cost of $18.00. Why should I be responsible for the shiping.
I only used the helmet twice. They should or the manufacturer be responsible for shipping.
It has been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my helmet.
So if you live in the west coast keep in mind that for any warranty issue you will have to ship it back at your expense
I shopped in person at the Charlotte store. Great customer service and personal attention. However, my size was not available for the boots and helmet I wanted to purchase. I would not buy without a test fit first. But it was a nice day for a ride to the store so all was not lost.

I immediately sent a response with a blow-by-blow description of the problem... to which I never received a response. This has become true farce.
Unfortunately, I had already ordered a pair of pants before these problems with the helmet started, and (guess what?) the size delivered was not the size I ordered. I sent an email to Jafrum (since all the contact methods continue to be dysfunctional), and four days later I received a request for PROOF that the pants were the wrong size. I had to take a PHOTO of the size label and submit to them before they would send me a return authorization. Why would anyone LIE about the size?
I took a photo of the tag, the label, the bill of lading and the original order confirmation and sent them all back to Jafrum. It took nearly a week for them to approve a return. I sent the pants back, and now I'm waiting to see if I ever receive the right ones. If not, I'll just have to dispute the credit card charge and order them from someone else.
If I were a paranoid soul, I'd assume they had it in for me. However, since I have had such good results with other web-based ordering sites, I have to conclude that Jafrum is just an incompetent organization.
Have ordered several times but never had to make return, hence no problems. However, on my most recent purchase the item arrived defective. All attempts to contact Jafrum about this were for naught. I waited on hold for 30 minutes TWICE and no one ever answered the phone. The www.jafrum.com/help address specified in the product paperwork results in "The page you tried was not found." The "Contact Us" form on the website results in An unexpected error has occurred. Technical Support has been alerted to this problem. An email sent to support@jafrum.com never received any response. I do not believe they actually have a customer support function. If the product you order is perfect, you're in good shape. But if you have to make a return or exchange, you're in big trouble with this outfit.
I bought a set of jafrum saddlebags for my harley davidson a little over 6 months ago. I've had them on my bike for about one riding season and my review on the bags is that they're low quality and cheaply made. The saddlebags are made from thin leather and quickly will lose shape and sag. I'm not opposed to the low price and affordability which you have to consider when you purchase these saddlebags. They don't include the mounting hadrware which is additional. They don't come with any keys or locks but the price which is just barely above $100... Just keep in mind that they're not the highest quality bags and will not keep their shape. The leather bags aren't firm enough to keep shape and store anything worthwhile after a couple months. I ended up burning a hole into mines when they sagged onto the exhaust. I'm lucky I didn't cause a fire... after $700 and a new exhaust, I've learned my lesson and went with completely hard bags.

I have ordered a leather jacket, chaps, gloves, Arai helmet, Dowco cover, battery tender, saddle bags, and other accessories from Jafrum. Their brand of leather jackets and chaps were beautifully made, reasonably priced, and fits to to a tee based on the size description. All orders were received within 3 days except for the helmet which came in 5 days, all properly packaged. I had to return/exchange the cover since the website did not differentiate which would fit a bike with a windshield. I did not put the new size on the return form and had to leave a message during the weekend. Their staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient and called back several times the following Monday to ensure I got what I needed and explained how the loyalty bucks would be affected. I received my new cover in 4 days. I am sorry others had bad experiences but just wanted to post this in all fairness to Jafrum.
These guys are really pennypinchers when it comes to customer service. They expect you to send everything back on your own dime, and that nothing is their fault. I purchased a helmet online through them using their sizing chart. I also even called and spoke w someone to confirm the sizing. Low behold, my 400$ helmet gets here and doesn't fit correctly. These guys want me to resend everything back at my cost and charge a restocking fee. I return the helmet and order a size up... I don't know who they have working the warehouse, but they sent me the same damn helmet. I don't know if they were trolling or not, but they sent me the same helmet and wanted me to send it back at my cost again. At this point i'm over it all, I'm still waiting my refund. I don't even care that they want to take an outrageous restocking fee and charge from me... I just want the name Jafrum to be out of my head forever.
I was looking for a pair of name brand gloves. Their price for the gloves was much cheaper than any of the other retailers. When I place the order the shipping was also cheaper. Ordered Thursday got the gloves on Saturday. Saved quite a bit of money. It does not get much better than that.
I heard some bad things about the company but what I read in the reviews was people that ordered the wrong thing and then upset with the return process. I made sure that what I ordered was what I wanted. My experience was great
I have been a long time customer of Jafrum, I have ordered chaps for myself and my girlfriend, and had to return mine due to size issue on my part, I ordered a pistol pete coat, and also have gotten a pair of boots from them, and recently for Christmas a new helmet, never had a problem with the quality of the products, or customer service, or pricing. I don't have a problem referring them at all.
Ordered a woman's leather vest on 12/12. Called Jafrum on the 19th and they said it would be arriving on the 19th. It is now the 22nd and I just spent 26 minutes holding on the phone with no response. This was a X-Mas for my Granddaughter which I am wondering if she will ever receive. My son is an avid rider and I thought I found a new outlet for merchandise, but I believe this is going to be my only purchase. Very upset.

I ordered several items from this company, mostly due to the "rave" reviews they have on their site. After following their guide for sizing, I needed to return almost everything, because they didn't fit. It takes weeks to receive refunds to your credit card, although they charge right away. The kicker was a set of frog togg rain gear. I received it on a Thurs., tried it on and it was way to large. Sent it back for a smaller size on Fri. I received a package 2+ weeks later containing a pair of Joe Rocket, repaired, rain pants and a lovely letter which stated that their Quality Control department determined that the jacket was full of hair and stained and therefor "used". I guess it was to difficult for them to check the date it was delivered and the date it was shipped back. And the weather was sunny and clear the day I had it. Why would I wear a rain suit on a sunny day. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a pure scam
Tour Master Synergy 2.0 heated vest is outstanding, quality and cost and wiring harness is easy and fast to install. The vest did the trick used it on a ride on Thanksgiving Day with temps at 34F. Was warm comfortable and the vest was not bulky. Great buy!
Great buying experience! What an awesome product super comfy, high quality leather, and very stylish. I have also gotten a riding jacket from them and again what great quality and a real will to helo every customer.
I ordered two helmets for my wife and I on clearance. One of the helmets was returned for being too small. They were quick to send and RMA. They no longer had the helmet in the size I needed and I opted for the newer model and a slightly higher cost. I received the replacement quickly once I paid the difference.
Went to new store location on Hutchson McDonald Road. The new show room was much larger then Jafrum's Old location. I called ahead to make sure they had the items in stock that I was interested in. The sales help assist me right away and was very responsive to all the items I wanted to look at. I was very happy with the assistance I received and check out was quick and very pleasant.
Only issue I had was some items I wanted to purchase was not in stock at this time but I was told they should be getting new stock soon
Jafrum International Inc. sells motorcycle accessories. We purchased 2 HJC helmets and 3 Bluetooth intercom units that were made for the helmets. The cost a little over $1000. They confirmed the order but would not confirm a shipping date. After several days we finally were able to get a real person on the phone only to be informed orders over $800 could not be made on a credit card. No one even tried to send an e-mail to inform us of this and they charged the credit card. They wanted a cashier check or money order. We canceled the order and the credit card charge and ordered from another on-line seller. Our helmets and Bluetooth units were received in 4 days. This was less time then it took us to get an answer why we hadn't received our order from Jafrum. I will never return to their web site again.
I ordered a NT-200 helmet from Jafrum, which was offered at a great price, much better than Amazon - but got VERY apprehensive after reading some of the reviews herein... Just received it today, on time as promised, and the helmet is GREAT! Customer service responded immediately when I emailed them inquiring about the order. I recommend them, and will use them again for my next buys for my Goldwing.
