Ordered my new boots and had them within two days. Sadly, they were too small but Jafrum sent me a return label and I had a larger size within a week. Good Job!
"HORRIBLE company to deal with. Sure they are cheap but what would you expect with products from china. I purchased a pair of boots, following the directions on the web site of Jafrum. The boots came and they were not the correct size. I called and returned them on my dime via Fedex with a tracking number; always get a tracking number.
Jafrum would not exchange my boots once the returned ones arrived for another size, they told me I had to purchase the different size and they would refund me my money as soon as the others arrived. I ordered the first pair on 2/21 and it is now 3/11/14 and I still have not received a refund. So I contacted Jafrum and now they are telling me it is going to take another 10 days to process my refund for the first pair.
You would think I would have learned but I had already ordered my second pair before I returned the first pair.
The second pair arrive and they were missing the right inner sole of the boot and the zipper was broken. I contacted Jafrum once again and they actually sent out a call tag that I could print out and send back to them. Well that was 10 days ago and I still have to refund for either one of my purchases and they have both pairs of boots.

Stay away. I just asked to cancel my order because the item I ordered was out of stock. They would not cancel until I made a threat to file a complaint with the attorney general.
I doubt they are even a real company at this point. I ordered a AGV helmet and it didn't have any tags on it, looked ridiculous because it was practically worn, and didn't even come with a bag like they are supposed to. When I contacted them they said they will take care of it and haven't done anything. They keep giving me the turnaround and say if I ship it back without any tags or a helmet bag they will not refund my money. BUT THAT IS HOW THEY SENT IT. THEY SELL USED STUFF. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. My friend ordered from Revzilla and he couldn't be happier. I wish I never came across this site. Trust me, do not order from them, even if it is a few bucks cheaper. You are better off paying more through real sites or even better yet just go directly to a local store to pick up gear.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my life. I placed my order Friday morning at 0900 when there was ZERO activity on my order for almost 5 days finally on Tuesday I called to inquire. I was lied to as they told me the jackets were on back order, magically I had one of them the next morning. Then low and behold the other one showed up the next day Thursday.
They sent the wrong size and I called immediately and was told I have to wait 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS for a return label WTF? That was Thursday morning. I called Thursday afternoon and Friday morning and afternoon, Guess what? It was next Tuesday afternoon when i received the label for their screw up, unbelievable...
I had ordered my motorcycle jacket in plenty of time for my trip but I had no idea they would be such a bunch of bumbling idiots. I bought from some where else as this put me in a bind. Then I am told it is a 14 day process to process the return and return my money. Which incidentally it has been over two weeks with no return yet. This is the biggest load of bull$#*! I have ever heard. You can bet your $#*! I will never order from these $#*!s again. They truly suck $#*!.

As a result, the Jafrum order was of no value to me and I had to find replacement
Gear elsewhere. In contrast, Revzilla shipped items to me within two days at no
Extra charge and had excellent Customer service.

We did not wait for you to contact us about this we have contacted you via phone, email and electronic cases. Our office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. To cover our office during the non operating hours we have an agent who takes emails and cases during the non working hours. This provides coverage 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
