Great company
February 28, 2016

I ordered a helmet from here and after I wore it once, a piece started to peel off. I contacted customer service and they were great. I told them what had happened, sent them some pictures of the damage and they said that they would send me another one. What I did not expect was for that helmet to come in the very next day! Will definitely be buying from here in the future. Highly recommend buying from here.

I wouldn't recommend them

I wouldn't recommend Jafrum if you want to get your item on time. They're a very slow shipper and also sell things that they don't keep in stock. They wasted a lot of my time... i could have just bought the helmet elsewhere but jafrum has my money right now... read abou the horror stories from them else where. It's been almost a month... still waiting and no helmet or money.

I ordered a set of saddlebags but were too big (my fault, did not measure) called to return bags, no problem! Justin at jafrum helped answer all my questions. Ordered smaller bags and they fit good oh by the way I recived my order in like 3 to 4 days! Great bags for the price. I will order more from these people, I was treated very nice. All the bad reviews are from people that use there merchandise for a week then want a refund! Ha ha. Thanks again jafrum. Kenneth wayne from texas.

My extensive shopping experiences with Jafrum.com have all been favorable to date. I have made numerous purchases of motorcycle apparel, gear, and accessories from Jafrum. Never have I found the need to return any of my ordered items. I especially like Jafrum's online motorcycle store, as I have been able to obtain quality products and merchandise at great prices. Furthermore, the delivery of my orders was exceptionally fast. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Jafrum. I shall return to their website to make even further purchases in the future, as the need arises.

Large variety of products. Very good prices. I live in Charlotte, so I actually went to the store this time. Previously I ordered on-line. Although there office is just a warehouse, the sales person took almost 30 minutes showing me numerous vests until I found what I was looking for. If she had not taken the time, I would have not found the vest I was looking for.

In store purchase
December 17, 2015

I live in Charlotte and go by to pick up my purchases. I was in a motorcycle dealership the other day looking for a trickle charger. Jafrum was half the price and has it in stock. They have always had what I am looking for. I have purchased many times, and will continue to do so.

Customer service sucks
November 10, 2017

Ordered two vest- loved them however one didnt work. I paid to ship it back and waited patiently for my refund. Ive called, emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable! Hopefully you like up your order- youll be fine then- but if a return is needed you will be disappointed!

At first sight on the web, they made it all look good with there videos. I purchased 2 helmets from then following the instructions for measurements, calls out for small. When I received the helmets, it didn't fit. I had to pull it Dien hard to fit over my head. The helmet foam was so thick, and tall, it makes you look like alien. Contact them for refund after i the explained the situation, they wanted me to pay for shipping return. What ever, they can deal with my credit card co. We'll see who pays for doing

I only can say 1 word about them. Trash Jafrum junk. Or at very least don't make the mistake of buying their own branded items. Just a warning that they don't stock very many items. Shipping took about 2 weeks when I can order crap from ebay that'll show up faster from CHINA. Shows the level of customer service commitment they have.

They're just barely acceptable when it comes to customer care. The quality of their products sucks... stay away from their jafrum branded and inspire branded junk! Will fall apart within months of use.

Horrible company
March 28, 2014

Horrible company. While my helmet shipped okay customer service was a joke. They have people who know NOTHING about the products they sell and sound like they don't give a **it about your problem. I had to call another company to find out what would fix my problem and then call Jafrum and tell them what to ship. I would NEVER do busines with this company again. Find another place to buy even if it cost a few bucks more.

Hated dealing with these people. Save yourself the hassle and don't go through them. They'll accuse you of using the merchandise even when you return it as new. They seriously expect you to not try on a jacket for fit- They're ridiculous. I'm filing a chargeback with my card company now... I hope they go out of business soon. They're just some average crooks.

Pro: What can I say but good prices

Cons: (yes lots of them)
They don't always have what they tell you is in stock, I waited 10 days for something that was supposed to ship next morning, even though I paid the extra shipping.

The 60day guarantee is nothing but a joke. I sent an item back, 4 weeks later they still don't show it as received. I confirmed 2 weeks earlier with a rep that they had in fact received, oh and that was only because I PROVED it over and over.
They told me, "it takes 2-3 weeks to process defective materials, well it's been 5 weeks and not a single update despite being told that 2-3 weeks is the max.

Unfortunately I had to get my credit card involved, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to buy anything from. You want quality service, go to motorcycle superstore.com instead.

Here's my review of the company. I find it amusing that they're responding to all the complaints, but Jafrum messes up where it matters. The quality of their products is horrible! I received some heated gloves as a gift, and they fell apart within a riding season. They don't test any of their products for durability and quality. Their customer service isn't bad by any means but theres only so much you can do with returning and receiving the same replacement that is defective. I also think that they ship out used items to customers. I returned a set of saddlebags that lookedl ike they had been mounted.

Terrible Service
September 14, 2016

Ordered a bunch of items on Aug 22nd. Was expecting 2 to 5 days for delivery as per their website. Emailed them when I noticed no shipping was done, and was told that some items has to come from another location first. I finally received the order and the rain pants were missing. I emailed and asked that they be shipped overnight as I had a charity ride in 2 days and these were for my wife. I emailed a few more times and not once did they knowledge my request. I just got a FedEx email showing 7 days to deliver. I called Jafrum and was told that upper management decided the pants were not expensive enough to send overnight. I asked why was I not informed of this? I find out by a FedEx email? They offered a 10% off on my next order. You can imagine what I said about that. I will NEVER place an order with Jafrum again. I will pay more from Amazon if I have to.

After reading the complaints about there saddlebags. I had to give my own review of Jafrums products. Here is my experience.The quality of customer service isn't bad here. I was helped by a male who sympathized greatly with me. I don't mind the defective bags ( Missing studs on the bag) but when I processed the return and got the replacement... The same issue occured to me after mounting the bags. It's apparent that there is a quality issue here. Unfortunately, I'm unhappy because I missed my rally and didn't have the bags ready for it. This complicated my trip. My advice is to not even mount the bags until you've completely inspected the bags and made sure they're free of defects. They'll replace the bags for you but they dont have control over the low quality issues at their factory.

Short story is that it took a very long time for two orders to arrive. Then had to return for size exchange. Over a week later I contacted them for info and they said they had no record of one of the returns. I had to send them the tracking numbers so they could find them. Then they said one item would be arriving in 2-3 business days. Three business days later, I get notices from UPS that they were only sent that day. I wrote back and said they lied. They gave a "sorry, not sorry" email and doubled down on their lie. But the UPS tracking info I have now proves they were not sent as promised.

I wanted to give this company NO stars but that's not available. WORST company & customer service I have ever dealt with. It started when I bought 2day shipping and received my package almost 2 weeks later! The tracking number didn't work for a week before they finally fixed it, and the whole time while emailing about this issue never addressed my issues! Just kept saying sorry, here is your tracking number. Then when I called to just return the item, ANITA, hung the phone up on me twice! Talk about the rudest customer service experience ever. I have given them every chance to make me a satisfied customer and they never tried. So here is my chance to warn other people, STAY AWAY, there is a reason they offer cheap products. And when you have low prices you don't make enough revenue to keep good people for customer service. HATE this company!

Big scammer outfit

Jafrum is just a big scam outfit which tries to hold on to your money as long as possible. They don't like to issue refunds because they don't have the product or can't order your product until they charge you. The customer service is somewhat decent and professional, but the problem is that they sell junk items and things that they don't have in stock. You can throw the dream of fast shipping out the window when youi're shopping with them. Having to go through the hassle of sending things back is beyond me. They'll even make you pay the return shipping for one of their defective items. I would stay far away from these guys and just know that their low prices are just a trap to send you some junk product.

I have lots of worst experience when it comes to dealing with on line stores. However, I find Jafrum a different shop. The items are really good and it really look as the same as the picture in the website. The item arrive at the exact date also and the item was really good. I'm planning to buy another item to them. Maybe next month.
