I ordered a drive chain and had it in 3 days. It had the wrong connector in the package from the manufacturing company and D2 sent the right one the next day no hassles no problem and no extra costs.
Absolutely ridicules! Shipping is extremely slow; Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Installation instructions were not in the box instead they were emailed to you, I still have yet to receive the email with the installation instructions and I have had the item for 4 days. Called customer service, they either don't answer the phone or they tell me they will email it to me with in 5 minutes. I still don't have the instructions to install my item. Absolutely worthless, Buyer Beware!
