I would NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from this website ~ the dresses are cheap ~ they are not what is pictured ~ the returns are blatant fraud ~ I would not take the chance! EVER!

THIS COMPANY MAKES KNOCK OFFS AND THEN ONLY GIVES YOU GRIEF. IF READING THIS AFTER PURCHASING, PUT IN A DISPUTE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PEOPLE
I agree this company IZIDRESS is nothing but a major scam that produces knockoffs and does not adhere to their return policy and can only say one thing made your dress to the way you wanted it, obviously not if I'm trying to return. Before ordering I wrote to them and requested material, was told Satin and what came in was cheap polyester (wrong #1 not made to what I wanted and what they said it would be) then the dress is all the wrong length and they state made to how I ordered and that I did not give my length. Heck, the dress should have been short on me... I'm 5'10, it was suppose to be long to short and is tea length or longer! I disputed with them from day one and then got a hold of my credit card company and put it on dispute which means they don't get paid until cleared up. More people just probably give up with them, I highly suggest putting in a dispute with your credit card company

Not a good experience! I ordered a burgundy dress and realized I really should have ordered the grey. I called, wrote, emailed right away and no answer, so the next morning I called again and got a customer service rep. He said there was no problem and said he changed the color of the order. I asked if I could have a new receipt with the right color and he said it wasn't necessary as the grey color was now on my order. The dress arrived and it was RED. Not even burgundy. As it was, the bodice was encrusted with sequins and large plastic "jewels" and looked very cheap. I wrote the company an email and they wrote back that I had ordered the burgundy and that they could make me a new (grey) dress if I paid $50 more - and no, they didn't want me to return the red dress (although BTW, they never acknowledged that it was red and NOT burgundy). I said, no, I wasn't going to pay more for the dress color I had changed my order to. I even suggested that they don't "decorate" the bodice of the grey dress to save them money and still no. Many email exchanges later, I was tired, time was running out and I went ahead and paid $50. Then I received an email days later saying that they were out of the fabric for the grey dress and could I please pick out another dress? It took several more emails for them to believe that I was not going to order anything else from them and I just wanted my money back - all of it. They refused to return any $ except the additional $50. We must have had 15 email exchanges. I told them if I didn't get all of my money refunded, I was going to write a bad review. They didn't seem to care - so you can guess what happened and why I'm writing this. Don't use this company! In fact, don't order a dress online that you can't return. I'm out a good deal of $ and have an ugly red dress to try to sell to recoup a little of what I lost.

Where should i start... I saw how affordable the dresses were on this site. So i took avantage of it, and purchaced two dresses for my daughter sweet 16! After two weeks had passed i put in my order number and it went from processing to NONE on top of that, my log in was no longger working. So i looked up the reviews on this site. And my heart dropped i got so scared. I strated arguing with them thu live chat." how come you guys never pick up" then i told her, i know the dresses are being made in china, i don't care where it comes from, " but please make sure it comes, and that the dresses look just like the picture!. She promised me it would arrive this week. I have to admite i wrote a bad review on them a few days ago. Cause i had ordered june 1 & the dresses should have been here. BUT GEUSS WHAT! My daughter calls me today at work, the dresses came and they look and feel wonderful, just like the picture.and i did receive a tracking number two days ago and the dreeses came today! Free shipping and all.it's made in china it takes time to make these dresses, they're very afordable too. It was worth every penny and the wait. Overall i came off with two nice dresses for a great price!

I ordered a dress from this site with only reading the reviews under all the dresses they offered. It had only been about two days later until i decided i would search google reviews. My stomach started to turn and I got really nervous. I started to really think it was a scam. I called my smart prom date to come help me figure out if I should cancel my order or not. He looked at the reviews under the dress and realized they had a pattern to how often they were posted. He conclude that the reviews were probably fake and made by the company. I tried calling the number they gave and no one ever answered. I finally decided to demand on the online chat that someone called me. Now, I'm not a racist person but the online helpers appear to be american but no one I talked to were easy to understand with their Chinese accent. I was really sketched out by this point. My date decided to track the number on reverse yellow pages iPhone app. They said they are from HonKong China but the number was from Alabama. That itself really set me off. I decided to not risk this site to rely on my prom dress that would come in just says before Prom, so i canceled my order. I demanded that i wanted all my money back and they said they weren't going to cancel my oder unless i agreed to relieving half, this was an hour after arguing that i wanted to cancel my order and them saying its going to be fine. There are so many other things i could say about my experience, but to conclude... DO NOT BUY! It is a TOTAL scam. I wish i had read these reviews before even buying. I hope this saves someone... i now have to pay for half this dress, and a whole new prom dress. Not what i had in mind for the day every high school student dreams about.

I have ordered two chiffon and lace dresses for my daughter's wedding- Pictures on-line looks so good - What I received them yesterday I was shocked- They were that bad- I find much better qualities in Nordstrom stores at half of their prices and they are much better made - I received my order last week in a timely manner as they promised - But I could not help not to cry bc just before our wedding I had no dress to wear- I tell them I am returning them immediately- They insist I should send the pictures- I could not get into them (I ordered size 10 and recieved size 6) I had no time to spend with these people- Dresses were smelling terribly -I- First thought about trowing them into trash then my husband suggest donating to Salvation Army- Sending couple of emails I realized they would not give even 50% of my money- Then spending more money for returning them back was not worth- and their return policy of only paying me back 50% of after their approval ( that is questionable?)
Dresses smell was bc of toxic dye they use on the fabrics- They sew thre different kind of fabric at together that makes you feel like a mummy inside- Stiches are very poorly done -Lace was kind of harsh and very low quality too- Tulle is the lowes guality you can imagine- Sleeves were also too narrow- Bottom line never do business with on-line Chinese companies- I donate my dresses next day to the Salvation Army store-

I ordered a lovely custom made Mother of the Groom dress for my sons wedding. They had my exact measurements since it was custom. Three weeks after ordering, I received an email with pictures of the dress the made for me. The said they had trouble with the dye job and was the acceptable to me. If so, they could send it immediately and if not, they would remake it. The dress was on a headless maniquin in the pictures. It was supposed to be silver with a lace and appliqué empire bodice. The bodice was GREEN! I wrote back, "Is that green? It is supposed to be Silver! NO, I do not accept it!" Why would they even ask?
After that, I was very nervous. I then began to notice some terrible reviews. I called my credit card company and he advised before starting a dispute, try to work with the company and meanwhile he would make note in case I needed to dispute. I got on an online chat with IZI. First she offered $5.00 off with a discount on future orders. Finally she said her manager ok'd a $19.00 discount for me to keep my order and not cancel. Seriously! We went back and forth like this for a half hour. I was patient but firm. Finally she responded she would cancel "if You insist." She said I would get a confirming email. I asked when I could expect that email. "Five hours." When I got up the next day, no email. I called my credit card company back and the dispute began. The following day, I got the confirming email stating that my full refund would be back within 3-6 days. I checked my account after that and the refund was there.
I am relieved my experience was not as bad as some. No more online ordering for me. I went to a shop two hours drive away that specialize in mom of the bride and groom dresses and got a nice and acceptable, albeit not thrilling, dress in plenty of time for the event. Sometimes, you really DO get what you pay for. The IZI dress pic they sent also looked like it would have been way too short, although hard to tell in a pic. Am so glad I did not take that chance.

I received a dress that was my dream dress in no way the color that I ordered, it was not as pictured in bright road cone orange. The straps are not all the way sewn in, the back hook doesn't work and each side is a different size so itlines up with too different sides and the back V is completely off. Not to much so many snags and threads that shouldn't be there when they say they look over every dress, They don't look over each dress because it is made in china and they have no idea what they are really giving someone. The dress was way small for the size two. The dress is unwearable being that it won't stay hooked and is completely uneven with the straps falling off not being sewn in. SO i sent pictures as they asked for and they say the dress is fine. I have had the worst customer service and am out 180 dollars now, yet they want me to spend money to ship it back too. It is not re-sellable and even though I sew it would take more to fix it then to make it for myself at this point plus it is bright orange not coral. I am so upset I was so trusting and I never spend this kind of money on a dress. I have cheaper Macy's dresses that are much better quality and good service, but this was a dream dress of mine. I wouldn't take the chance with your money unless you have the money to possibly loose. You are taking too big of a chance with this company although i love some of their dresses I would find it elsewhere or find someone to make it if it is your dream dress. I think they are a rip off getting it all from china and having no idea what they are giving out and just taking your money and probably paying very little for the poor quality. You never know if this business is legit or not and I hope no one else gets out 180 bucks they really could use on something important

WARNING! A word to the wise from one who got suckered. Izy Dress, aka Izy Dresssale, is a company with questionable business practices.
I purchased 2 dresses from them. They were impeccably made, but one was too small in the bust that made it impossible to zip up past the waist, plus it was the wrong color. I emailed (only means of contact) and explained the 2 issues on the one dress and that I needed to return it. These people sent the dresses with no return address and no paperwork inside explaining what I had purchased or how to return the product.
The company dragged it's heels by telling me that I first had to take a picture of the item and a picture of the tag attached to the dress, which I did. PLUS, they wanted me to take pictures of me measuring the hips, waist and bust of the dress. This is where I drew the line. I explained I did not appreciate how they didn't trust their customer. I measured the waist and bust, not the hips because that had nothing to do with my issue; but I was not about to photograph myself measuring. The bustline was 1.5 inches too small. Besides, it still was the wrong color!
One week later with no response, I emailed them. Their response was that they would reimburse me $15 on a dress of over $100. I told them this was unsatisfactory, since I couldn't use the dress. Their next response was that they could give me back 50% of the price of the dress, or I could take their first offer. They told me this was their return policy. Interesting that they make sure there is no paper trail or explanation inside their package. The color of the dress is supposed to be Light Champagne. I kept telling them the dress is light apricot. I got burned, but you don't have to. From now on I will buy only from American companies that have no issue with returns.

I would give negative stars if I could. The company has made excuses for EVERY fault and refused to refund our money. My friend and I ordered our Mother of the Bride (me) and Groom (her) dresses but received very expensive Halloween costumes instead. IZIED9474, has multiple faulty buttons, one which completely fell apart when I tried the dress on. This lead me to more closely inspect the dresses. The bow is backwards on one side as well as being tacked on in a way that you can see the stitching. One side seam has the edge of the fabric caught in it for several inches; the frayed edge shows on the outside of the dress.

IZIED*******, has a scissor hole in it. The attempted to hide it in a pleat; the pleat is uneven and lays unevenly in the attempt to hide the hole in the dress. The dress also has multiple places where the pleating in not aligned, uneven, and missing tacking to hold it in place.

In addition to all the faults, the dresses are incorrectly proportioned. We went by their measurement chart to order; we ordered the correct size according to our busts, wastes, and hips. The rib cage of the dresses are proportionally probably 2 sizes too small. They are uncomfortably tight over the rib cage. They fit fine in the bust, waste, and hips.
I contacted the company with the above info and attached photos of the multiple flaws.
Their response:
"Dear customer,

We are sorry for the mess. You can iron the cloth to make it to be flat and smoothy as the dress was folded in the back so its wrinkled. You mentioned that stitching appeared on one of the dress, we are sorry that as our workers they happened to forget to cut the clothes in it, you can remove it yourself. Please note that there is no scissor hole, its a joint for fixing the pleat. Its unobvious if you don't pull it out. As the material for the dress is chiffon, please don't pull the dress or the lace thread will slip out. The outer surface of the button might fell at somewhere you can find it and stick it with glue.

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company as I am with this company. The order said 21 business days. It took over 30 business (non-holiday) days for it to come in, when the receipt says 3-8 shipping days. I tried to call the company numerous times. I e-mailed and did not get a response. After that, I finally got through when it was 25 business days later and I was told that it was still not shipped out yet and I would hopefully get it by June 6 or 7. I was also told that I would get an e-mail letting me know when the shipment is on the way, and didn't get that either. Meanwhile, the wedding is right around the corner and no one was going to call me to tell me that it wasn't going to come in on time? My parents had to go out of town, and came back yesterday night where we opened the package together since both dresses were supposed to be a gift for my mother. I was told the reason it was taking so long is to get high quality items?

Well, I got two dresses that didn't look remotely close to the picture. They were poorly made. The lace looks worn out. The beads hang loosely from the dress, and there is still clear thread that is hanging from the dress like someone forgot to finish it. I won't even begin to explain how the measurements do not match up to the dresses. We expected to need to make alterations, but we didn't expect to have to re-do the entire dress and/or pay someone to fix the beadwork? To make matters worse, theres an invoice that states that it was bought in China for $50 USD when meanwhile I paid triple. TRIPLE! For each dress! And I should pay money to have someone fix it? The return policy states that they will not take any shipments sent to the company without calling first, but they won't answer the phone or my e-mails to give me the shipping address. (even though it says they will contact you within 12 hours of e-mailing) I e-mailed twice since it is impossible to contact them via the live chat (which is never activated) or on the phone (which is always busy or disconnected and you can't leave a message). I've already warned them that I will be contacting the better business bureau and small claims court if they do not e-mail or call me, and they haven't done either to try and settle this matter.

Now that I am examining their website more and more familiar with all their policies, it looks like nothing matches up, and I don't know how they get away with a Canada phone number with a London address registered as hairstyles and wigs when they sell clothing and purchasing their products from China.
