Ordered a long dress for prom, pic looked great, ordered it and they sent the wrong size. There 24 hour customer care site doesn't work, no return or information in the shipment; and the packaging is from Malaysia, with a value of $40.00 claimed on label... hmm paid $158.00 for a $40.00 dress that if I could return it they keep half of that for "restocking fees" I call BS on this company! Stay away from them!

My dress arrived in approximately a week or two. Upon arrival the dress was just as it was advertised so I was very happy about that. Very well packaged and new! The one thing I didn't like was that the upper body was big for me. And it was longer than knee length. But this is my mistake, I didn't choose the custom size. As a result of that, I had to do some alteration which cost me a total of $45. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend this site to a friend.

I received my dress today and to be honest, the only reason why I purchase my wedding dress online is because of the reviews. So I received the dress today and it exceeds what I thought I was going to receive. I am highly impress with IZIDRESSES. The work is amazing! There are a few loose threads, but not a big deal! It is well worth the money! I ordered it custom and I have to tell you.IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE!

Do NOT buy from them! I would just like to caution anyone seeking prom or formal wear from IZIdresssale.

I am dealing with, wrong dress sent, not as ordered, poor quality, did not fit, arrived day of prom and now they will not let me return it. I was overcharged an unexplained $46.00 and the best they have done so far is to offer a refund of $69.99 on receipt of dress but have given me no refund address. They charged me $213.98 total. BUYER BEWARE. One added note. I paid extra for expedited shipping of 3-6 days, ordered on the 8th of April. Received on the 28th of April, 20 days.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress and just got it today. It came carefully packaged, arrived just like together picture, and it fit well. It looks great and the quality seems great. Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but it was NOT a scam!

I was very pleased with my purchase. The dress arrived exactly as described color and size before the agreed deadline. Throughout the process kept communication with the seller who was very attentive. Lacked clarity regarding shipping. But we communicated so well, he answered all my questions, therefore i am very pleased with the dress. I advice to buy here very much! Big thank you!

This dress is incredibly amazing and beautiful! I wore it to a cocktail/ ball uni event and the amount of people that commented on it and said how gorgeous it was made me feel like a princess. I had to have it taken in as it was too big (I really should have done the custom measurements) but it was cheap and so worth it! The colour I ordered was ivory but seems to be more of a white.

Such a lovely dress! I was a little skeptical but after selecting to pay a little extra and sending my exact measurements, I'm extremely satisfied. Fits perfectly! Only took about a week or so to arrive. This dress is very light weight, but still a great quality. It is long, What a great value. Great dress. Very flattering cut. And extremely well priced.

Ordered this as a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that for larger sizes the price was lower and not higher as with most plus sized bridal attire. I was even more surprised when the dress arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule.The dress is very well made and the bride loves it too. Seller is great. You can write an email with all the questions you have and she will answer really fast! Also very professional.

Guys this company is a mess. They having a laugh about all of us who brought stuff from them. Piss takers! Doggy people and the manager is a stupid prick. The reason they won't do refunds is because they are not legal, they argue with the customers. I am talking out of my own experience

The dress I ordered, was not to my measurements. I had ordered my Wedding dress in plenty of time I thought.
1 first mistake
2. Dress were not my measurements.
3. The dress arrived the day before my wedding.
4 had to go to My nearest store a buy a dress off the rack.
5. No return address instructions were in the bag with the dress.
6.The reply was for me to take the dress to a resale shop and try to sell it.
I will burn it before I will take it to a resale shop.
They are a company I will never recommend to anyone and I will never purchases anything else.
Don't, don't, don't ever order from them and tell all your friends not to order from them.
They keep your money and you get a pill of stuff you can't use.

I ordered 4 dresses for my bridemates. I m very pleased with the dresses. They look exactly like the picture. The quality is amazing. I was very skeptical ordering things online, but turned out more than i expected.
However, they need to state clearer on arrival time. Arrival time means the time the customer receives the product (tailor time + delivery time).
I will definitely order fr this webside again. Except next time i will be sure to add 10-14 more days from the time they stated "the earliest arrival time is..."

Do not order from here. Ordered wedding gown it's got a bodes for Amazon. Not at all like photo. I took measurements, it would have to be totally redone at huge expense and not be the same. I'm donating it. Tried to get a credit to just order a regular dress but told I could get 10 percemt off. Forget that. I'm in high end fashion business 35 years, this wasn't acceptable.

It looks amazing on my 4 years old flower girl, well worth every penny.The detailing is perfect neat and clean in every part. You cannot beat them for the price and for the quality it made. Can not fault the service. I have made other purchases such as my wedding gown and my bridesmaid dresses and these are also great products. Thank so much and we are all excited for my wedding day next year.

This was delivered today and I tried it.It very beautiful and elegant. I wasn't sure how the top would fit since some said it was large on the top. I took the advice of one of the reviewers that said if you are smaller on top to go one size down and that's what I did. I'm 5'5" 125lbs and 36B. The size 6 was the right size. Fit perfect! The colours in this range are just beautiful. Love the sequin bodice.

I was nervous to buy my wedding dress off this site due to the many complaints, but for the price, I took the gamble, as $140 is amazingly cheap for a wedding dress and not too much to waste if it needs altering. I ordered what looked like a stunning dress with heaps of diamanté detail. What arrived is not really the same detail, but is kind of a knock off version. Having said that it looks great anyway. For one day no one will care if I have less diamantés. I found the service really timely and sure it's not the same dress as the picture, but it's a good enough copy. I recommend ordering but just be aware it won't be other same quality. What can you expect for $100? :)

Quality of my dress was awful. 3" longer on one sleeve and one side. Missing rhinestones and broken thread in another area so lost several. Customer service sucked and because I had already had a seamstress fix it and didn't have photos I was $#*! out of luck basically, per customer service. Lesson learned.

This veil is a fantastic price and can be worn as is.The comb is clear plastic and stays in place well. I have thick hair so it might be a little more difficult to stay in if someone has very thin fine hair.

I could not return two dresses that took over six weeks to arrive from China? They came too late for the wedding they were ordered for. It costs more than the dresses cost to send them back and they will only refund me $50 on a $288 purchase, plus postage of $250. I stopped payment with my credit card company, but I don't know if they will take care of it? I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I would not order from this company, their coomunication with a customer are terrible. As for returning an item they are even worse. I ordered a dress for our sons wedding and the dress did not come to true size, it fell off my shoulders that I could turn it around to unzip it, the jacket was tight not the correct size nor material. Now they are trying to tell me to sell it to someone else on my own, total scam company

When i first bought my dress, i had no clue what kind of things were being said about the site. After reading reviews about a week later, i went in to full panic mode knowing i could not get a refund and would not have time to find another dress.

I should've waited it out instead of buying another dress. The one i got from this company came, and i was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't EXACTLY like the picture, but that is to be expected because designer dresses are extremely difficult to replicate.

Anyway, the dress I ordered came within the time advertised, in the right color and size. The only complaint i had was a small spot on the very bottom (being hemmed off anyway) and i had to cut off some strings from the beading. But other than that, the dress was fine. So if you're looking for cheap dresses and are willing to take a risk, go for it.

If you are planning a wedding and trying to be a little thrifty, this is a great buy. I bought this for my wedding, thinking I'd probably not like it or it would look cheap, but I didn't have many other options. Boy, was I wrong. This veil looked and felt nice. It matched my ivory dress perfectly and it didn't cost $125.00!

The size they sent me was too big yet they claimed i just picked the wrong size and they wouldnt give me and refund and told me to just sell it to a consignment shop. Not knowing this place is just a scam i order the same dress in a smaller size and i cant even log into my account on the website to see when its going to get here. Do not order from this site there is terrible service and theyre just trying to get your money.
