Rest assured I am doing my utmost to have this website shut down. I have written to the Federal Trading Commission in Washington, D. C. and urged them to use their best endeavours to permanently close this firm for fraudulent trading to hundreds of innocent consumers. Alas, we failed to read the reviews and small print attached to their procedures for disgusted customers. Google you should be ashamed to give this Company a forum to sell such an horrendous product!
I really wish I had read all these reviews before ordering and the refund policy. I ordered my wedding dress, as a size 10 and as seen by others complaints, the whole dress fits perfect except around my bust. It's at least 4 inches too short and have to see an seamstress Thursday. I'm praying there's something she can do. I'm fortunate enough to have a dress that was made in good quality and nearly exact as the picture. (the picture showed what looked more of a pin on the one side of hip, mine is more of just sequins) I purposely got measured before ordering this dress and ordered according to the site's size chart, and measuring the dress sizes it's self, is clearly made smaller where it doesn't fit. I won't be a fool to order a dress from here again.
I custom ordered a formal dress from this site. The fit was wrong, and the workmanship was shoddy. It had three layers of fabric-the bottom satin layer was uneven and not pressed out, the next two layers, lace then chiffon, were sheared off raggedly and uneven. I contacted customer service via email and they responded with an sorry but too late to return it. Worse site ever!
I got my dress and hated it. I knew after reading the reviews I would never see a refund. They don't give refunds. They don't have any idea about customer service. They get your money and that's all they care about. Not whether or not you are happy or the product meets your needs. Online purchases is about trust and being able to be respected as a purchaser. Do Not buy anything from this company. Horrible to deal with not available when needed to be

Unfortunately I ordered my dress before I found this site. I wish read the reviews here first, as I would never trust sites like this again!
Ordered the dress and received it in the mail in two weeks to find the dress was not the same advertised as on their website. The photos show a gorgeous lace wedding dress- what I got was yellow plastic sequence sew on, making it look super cheap and tacky.
When I go to email the company, the email address is not valid. Does anybody know how I can get in touch with them? Any help would be great.
Every dress in my closest is a size 4 so I ordered a US size 4. What I got may have been a
Double zero. They responded by saying according to our chart/measurements your wrong we are right. Pretty much thats that. Im stuck with $150 dollar dress that goes now to Good Will
If I could leave a less than 1 star I would! The dress I received was so poorly made & then I don't know what measurements the crack head used to make it, but it fit everywhere until you got to the bust & it was 10 inches to small, 10 inches how does that happen, well maybe because it was also 18 inches too long!
When you try to return, they say, take to seamstress, have professionally measured, & send with pictures. We will contact our stare to see what happened. You can't freaking read a tape measure is what happened, idiot!
So I spent $150 on a dress I can't return & I can't wear, thank $#*!s.
I didn't do my research and ended up ordering a dress from this site. I was over-charged by 280.00 and cancelled in a panic 3 hours later. I have called my credit card company four times to try to rectify. Meanwhile I'm getting conflicting emails from the company. Some are telling me not to worry, that my order has been cancelled, then re-sending the invoice and saying that it's being processed. I true nightmare! Beware of this company!
Wow! I wish I had read their return policy before ordering! I ordered 2 dresses, both were HORRIBLY too small. And they won't post any negative comments on their site. Man, chalk this one up to experience, and expensive one at that.
Terrible experience! First of all, I was nervous when the package arrived with a return address in China. When I opened, I was so disappointed. The material was drab and flat in color. It was poorly made with big stitches in the bottom hem. The darts at the chest were uneven--one side higher than the other and the neckline crooked. Now it looks like I'll only get 50 percent of my money back plus pay shipping. Foolish mistake on my part!
Stay away from this site and these dresses. Any positive reviews must be fake. These dresses are coming from China and it is obvious when you receive one. I normally where a size 6 and am very lean. I ordered an 8 according to the measurements they provided. Both dresses I ordered I could not zipper by 2 inches. They were more like a size 2 and VERY POORLY made and came crumpled in a box smaller than a shoe box. To return they charge you a 50% (YES 50%) restocking charge and you have to return within 3 days which means you will pay roughly an additional $100 to send them via DHL. Not worth the risk ladies! So disappointed, I now have one week to find a different dress as mother of the bride :(
The material looks amazing, the lace is perfect and it looks exactly the same as in the picture. They had provided me this dress swiftly with great quality. It fits wonderfully on me. Their prices are amazing.The only issue is that since it's in the box it needs steaming but I'm sure it will look perfect after that. Bought this knowing it would come crammed in a box and wrinkled.If you don't have a steaming tool, throw it in the dryer on high heat with a very damp hand towel for 20 minutes, and remove immediately, shake the tulle down flat, place on a hanger, and fluff into desire shape. Thanks very much!
Izidresses lacks in customer service. We order a petal pink dress for my daughter to wear to my wedding... she and my son walked me down the isle. They sent a peach dress... this color did not coordinate with the rest of the bridal ensemble and they will only reimburse me $10. Other websites take back their products if you are not completely satisfied. Not izidresses. I had to send photos only to be told that their manufacturer advised they sent the right color. It is plainly clear from the photos that the dress did not coordinate. Customer satisfaction does matter at izidresses and they are just plain rude.
I ordered a dress in grape from the color palette. The construction of the garment was excellent. But I got a burgundy dress with bright purple lace. Not cool. I read the reviews from others and realize time is money so don't bother, but as a mom of four girls with friends with girls getting married, you can be sure I will tell them to STAY AWAY from this site. It's a shame really, because I sew and the quality of the garment was great. Fabric quality just ok and the color choice, horrific.
Ordered a long dress for prom, pic looked great, ordered it and they sent the wrong size. There 24 hour customer care site doesn't work, no return or information in the shipment; and the packaging is from Malaysia, with a value of $40.00 claimed on label... hmm paid $158.00 for a $40.00 dress that if I could return it they keep half of that for "restocking fees" I call BS on this company! Stay away from them!
Dress looks nothing like the one I ordered, and I can't even pull it up around my hips! They refuse to see the problem, disputing the charges with my credit card company. Don't buy from them they sell under jjhouse.

Why a predatory-style of "customer service"? Only 24-hour window for returns? Only 50% refund of purchase price? The dress I ordered had to be a Size 8, rather than a Size 12 and worst of all the dress doesn't even look like the one I ordered! A Customer Service link or contact is non-existent. This buying experience for my son's wedding should have been easy and hassle-free and now it's a disaster!
Terrible experience. Wrong size with defects and I paid around 200 and they say will return max 10

My wife ordered a mother of the groom dress with specific measurements. Upon receipt, the dress was 6 inches smaller in the hips than measured. Their "customer service" asked for a photo to prove that it was indeed the wrong cut. Their initial solution was that they would sell us additional fabric at a "discount" and we could take it to a tailor for alterations.
When I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted an immediate credit to my account and a prepaid return authorization, they said I could send it back (to China!) at my expense, and if it was found to be incorrect, they would issue me a 50% credit. I informed them that was unacceptable and demanded an immediate refund due to the dress being made to the wrong specifications. They then suggested that I might have "altered" the photo to show incorrect measurements.
These people are criminals- DO NOT PATRONIZE!
I will never do business with this company again. I ordered the dress according to the measurement chart and it came in 2 sizes too small. The dress was shipped from China and was not even the dress I ordered. When trying to call - I kept getting no answer. This company should be turned into the Better Business Bureau as it is nothing but a scam. Trust me - do not order from them. You are throwing hard earn money down the drain.

Answer: Sadly, it's just a home address in China. That's what they will give you. I was only able to get the address after I submitted a claim to my credit card to reverse the charges. I created a claim with photos and my order and the super rude emails that they were sending to me. Your best option is to have your credit card company retract payment from them. I shipped my bad garment to the China address just so I could feel I did my part, but they never responded that they received it. I did NOT buy tracking / it was too expensive so I sent it honestly to them and I am sure they got it. Hope this helps :)
Answer: Yes I do. Only because I saved the shipping bag otherwise any contact with them is the other website and virtually impossible I'm not home but as soon as I can retrieve the bag I will respond
