I purchased a dress from Izi Company
First they advertised they take American Express & they do not "false advertising"
It took them almost 2 months to receive the delivery and that is because I keep asking them when I was going to get the dress
The excitement of getting the dress ended when I received the dress that looks nothing to what the company advertised online what a ripoff that was.
The dress is HIDEOUS, The quality of the fabric is very chip, It is very poor manufacturer not to say the least.
I was offer by Izi company refund of $5 them they rise the refund to $14 & the final offer I received was that they will refund me $20 take it or leave it & discount of 20% on my next purchase.
The dress doesn't not have a label, type of fabric etc. I don't even know what size it is.
The top part which is one of the thing I like of the picture that it is advertised online it does not have form or shape.!
I consider myself small size but
The waistline of the dress fits below my waistline.
It is obvious that the manufacturer does not follow the size chart that the company advertised or the measurement are completely wrong!
What I should have done them was to cancel the order and I probably would have loss some money, but now what do I have a dress that I will never going wear, I wasted money and I have a bitter feeling for the whole experience that should have been fun because it is one of the most important days of my life.
IZI Company plays with people trust, feeling, money by advertising something that they just can not deliver.
The company has very poor customer service.
A lesson learned I will never ever buy anything from this company I will only buy from a company that has a name recognition. Because at the end there is not accountability on their part

I wish I had come to this site first! I am stunned by how closely my negative experience with this company is to the many other negative reviews on this site! I also failed to read this company's ridiculous return policy! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I was uncomfortable about ordering online, especially since it was an unknown company and I was spending about $155, but I thought the royal blue taffeta dress with a matching jacket would be perfect for my son's fall wedding at San Francisco's city hall. It took a few weeks to arrive, and the charge went through to IZIDRESSES.COM in London, Great Britain. Alas, when the dress arrived, shipped from Suzhou, China, I was immediately concerned. First, the quality of the dress was poor. It just looks cheap, and, like others, if I had seen it on the store rack, I never would have bothered to try it on. The hem is bubbly. I ordered a Size 8, but it fits like a Size 4 Petite. The dress on the tall model came knee length, but this dress comes well above the knee. The beading at the waistline looks cheap, cheap, cheap. It is made with cheap beads, which are already falling off, and it's placed crooked above the waistline. The beading is fake diamond-like beads and sequins, and ugly PINK gems. Yuck, this pink beading on a royal blue dress?! There are three button-loops on the jacket; however, the third loop is obviously cut much smaller than the other loops, and the button won't even slide in. Oh, did I yet mention that the dress has two small stains or discolorations? There is so much wrong with the dress. It is "hideous" (funny, because that is how I described it to the company, and then I came here and found multiple posts that described the product received the same way) and I will NEVER wear it. Even if it fit correctly, which it doesn't, I would never wear it. So I called the company, and a woman with broken English said I would need to send an email with photos. So I sent an email with photos. I received a response (again in broken English) that the photos had been sent to the manufacturer. Today, I received the following response:

Our factory checked the pictures. For the stain place, it can be
Washed, and for the button, they didn't find any problem for it. And
For your dress, it's knee length, you didn't have special request for
The length, so we just make the length according to the standard
Length. And for taffeta fabric, it will be wrinkled easily, it need
Iron before wearing. And for color, our factory checked the pictures
Before shipping, they can confirm there is no problem about the color,
So hope you can keep the dress and take it to your local tailor's shop
To do some adjustment, then it will fit you well.
Best regards."
I did not spend $155 for a substandard quality dress, so that I could wash and iron it, and spend money on a tailor for alterations.
UPDATE: I received another email from the company, after I contacted the credit card company and requested the China company send me a DHL pre-paid shipping label, and they said I needed to return it at my expense, and suggested instead "sell it on ebay" or "give it as a gift to a family member." LMAO! Right, I wouldn't ever wear the dress myself, but I should give it as a gift. In addition to contacting the credit card company (which gave me a provisional credit for the amount paid, plus the international visa fee), I plan to contact as many government agencies as I can think to contact, to see what can be done to protect North American consumers. I also found a Facebook page for Izzidresses Victims. My dress looks pretty good compared to some of the ridiculous dresses that others have received.

General Returns
All returns must let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, be sure of the item sending back in correct condition(size, details). Refund will be denied for wrong size after we receive and check.And you also need to pay 50% total amount of order as a restocking fee (for example, if you order item value is $100, the refund is $50), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.
1. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.
2. We check each item before we send it out, we can ensure the color and the size are the correct, if you find the size or the color is wrong, please contact us. After confirming with us, return it back to us.
3. If the dress has any major quality problem, please let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the dress, we will solve the problems for you as soon as possible.

You can go to a local tailor or a professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized at your own cost: Please note that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.
7. Full refund herein does not inclcude the shipping and handling cost.

I purchased a dress from izidress.com. A day after I purchased the dress, I looked up reviews about their website, saw that they were all negative, panicked, and tried talking with customer service to cancel my order. They told me that my dress was in the process of being made and was almost finished and that they could not cancel my order, and that if I canceled my order, then I would only get a quarter of what I paid, back. They were very rude. So, curious, a few days later, I chatted customer service about the dress and they told me that they were waiting for the dress to be made and were gathering the materials in the warehouse. I assume I was being lied to somewhere along the way. Upon receiving the dress, the package was torn and damaged on one end. However, when I got the dress out of the package, it was not damaged, and it was inside out to ensure that nothing would be ruined on the outside of the dress or fall off. The dress looked beautiful in the picture, and I saw in the policy that the dresses looked "5% different" than they did in the actual picture. I received my dress in the mail not too long ago, and even though it was beautiful, it looked cheaply made and the color was extremely off. There were rhinestones falling off in the back of the dress and It looked nothing like the picture, but like a cheap knock off. I was still happy with the appearance of the dress, so I wore it to the event. The material on the dress was not sewn right and looked bunched up on the back when I laced it up. The customer service was horrible and they were extremely rude to me. Even though I was and wasn't satisfied with my purchase, I will never purchase a dress from this website again. It is good if you are looking for a dress that you want for cheap, but the website is definitely too good to be true. It looks almost as if they steal pictures of the dresses off of the designer website and then put their logo over the pictures and say they will make the dress for you, just like the picture, but for much cheaper. I will stick to the designer websites and stores. Make sure you order the dress a couple sizes bigger, too. I am normally a US size 8 and I had to order a US size 12 in order for it to fit correctly. From now on, the dress will sit in my closet, and will most likely never be worn again. It was a waste of time and money. Buyer beware.
