Easy to order, just a few clicks, it arrived on time the product is a great quality, I'm very pleased with it.

Other halfway cheap looking. The white dress in my order looks cheap and tacky but the pink one is lovely and fits well.

I can not complain about costumer service because they reply rigth away to your emails. However, is has being more than a month and I haven't receive my dress. At this point I am going to wait an other 7 days, if not i will request a full refund and hopefully they dont give any issues with my full refund.

Over a month still haven't received my order. Reaching out they said two items were out of stock. No notifications about delays.

A full refund for unwanted items is rejected.
10% refund and keep mechanidise was offered (merchandise that does not fit and I do not want).
After going back and forth, they offered a 30% refund, then 50%, then 60% (stating this was the most they could offer) and then 70%.
I couldn't be bothered to argue it out any longer and so accepted this.
Just be aware that full refunds are not available, and the initial 10% offered can be bettered!

First Time…not sure about shopping again. The shipment was weeks late and there was too mush hassle for a refund.

Ordered dress 14th Feb and took over a month to arrive - but worth the wait as the dress was lovely and great value for money

The size was big and I didn't find how to send it back and get smaller

I have been waiting for close two months for my order and still haven't gotten it can't say much more

Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

Not good as the size isn't quite right and confirmed not good idea to order clothes from overseas as the sizes vary so much.Never again.Third time unlucky 🤷‍

I placed an order on 2nd Feb and still not received my order I'm not happy and would like my money back

My experience was frustrating because I was never sure that it would come to my home and disappointing, because when it finally arrived, it was red and not the brown which I had ordered.

Did not receive my item and after 3 weeks of waiting I chased this as I had not had any acknowledgement from them whatsoever. Finally after some time I was informed this item was in short supply but they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know. I demanded a refund which was not easy but got one in the end. Would never order again from this company.

I order xl dress and the bag says XL but its not..

It took nearly 6 weeks to get items ordered when I paid fir 3 to 8 days delivery and was with me chasing. Do not use this company if you expect a decent level of service. Never again for
me.
