They dont refurbush anything. They take untested used/returned stuff and sell it to you as "as good as new/complete" until you get it (weeks later).

Then, after trying to convince you for a week that the missing parts dont really come with it (ie. The medium sized eargels for ear buds that a vast majority of people need) despite what the manufacturer's site says, they agree to give you a refund after you pay for trackable shipping.

So now Im supposed to pay at least $5 in shipping to get my $9 refund.

These people are unethical and slimey. Sure, some people got lucky with their orders (not being defective/damaged/missing parts), but dont count on it.

First order from them. Last order from them. Too many better options out there.

I spent $80 on various items. I live in Canada and the order got held up at the border. When I received it, NOTHING worked. NOTHING. Many of the items in the order were no longer supported by the app. I contacted itechdeals and not only would they not do anything to help because it had been longer than 30 days, but they are also STILL selling this junk that doesn't work. Two thumbs down. Save your money and purchase from a reputable company.

I ordered a product two weeks in advance as I needed for a certain date.

When I did not receive a notification of shipment within a week I reached out to customer service. When they told me the product had not shipped yet, i requested to cancel as I would not receive it in time.

Each time I emailed CS it was at least a 24-48 hour response window and they kept repeating their shipment policy but not actually responding to the email.

I received a shipping notification after the date I needed the product by and promptly responding that I did not need the product anymore.

Upon receiving this item they finally sent me an address to return it to, no shipping included and notified me there would also be a six dollar restocking fee.

I would rather spend the extra ten dollars and get it Costco.

They stink.

I just purchased a refurbished Apple watch off itechdeals.com 3 weeks before my wife's birthday and got it a week later. Seemed like a good deal at the time turned out NOT SO MUCH! If a badly scratched bezel is the definition of doing a good job of refurbishing such an item, then the definition must change. It would seem that Apple or whomever is doing the refurbishing would take the time to polish out all such scratches.

Then on top of the bad refurbishing job, itechdeals.com sells it without checking out the quality of the items they're pushing.

When I got it, I immediately contacted itechdeals.com Support to get a replacement before the birthday that was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. They gave me the ol run-around delaying responses until my wife's birthday had passed. Then saying I could return the product on my dime, paying for shipping and lose an additional 15% restocking fee.

They do not support the products they push.

I'd purchased some small ticket items from them in the past, such as cords, etc, but I'm DONE I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

WARNING BUYER BEWARE STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

DO NOT buy from this company! "Refurbished", to them, means "damaged but still works". We received an item with missing pieces and visibly broken parts (including the outer case)... and they consider this 'refurbished' and are not refunding us for our return.

I bought a refurbished samsung chromebook last fall, "it got lost in shipping" for one month.
When it finally arrived, i was 5 days away from departure for a 7 month out of country trip.
The samsung was beat up badly on the outside, but it fired up.
I placed it in my closet and there it sat until i arrived back home in last month (june 2019)
I had a need to use it couple of days ago and so i unpackaged it to charge a dad battery, there was no charger included with the samsung and when i looked at the charger port to see what size it took, i was greeted with a plastic hole with no jack in the charging port.
I contacted itech about my situation and their response was " regret to inform that your order has reached us beyond our return policy. Please note, iTechDeals.com provides full support for a defective item 30 days following receipt of the order. After this time we are unfortunately unable to offer further support
I can understand this policy, but my situation was unique, and they apparently won't look at it.
From the 30 day late ship, to the condition of the product, to the support of a unique situation, i can say that ITech is not a company to do business with.
