Ordered the advertised Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer on itechdeals, arrived and didn't work. Made warranty claim at Dyson, took it to the Dyson Store, they verified as a poorly made fake Dyson. I immediately contacted itechdeals (FYI, they only respond by email), they are giving me the run around. Delayed responses with fake promises of escalating to their higher up management.
This site is a SCAM! Customer service JUST AS BAD!
BEWARE of prices to good to be true, as mine was FAKE.
As of this post they have not refunded my money.
I bought 2 macbooks as i was referred to this company by a coworker who has used them without issue. $810.00 later i get 2 items that are the worst refurbished items i have ever seen. Honestly by the appearance of them and the fact that one is missing a key I became completely about keeping them. They were in horrible condition and both screens have some kind of glare or something across them. The dents are numerous. I expected maybe a scratch here or there. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have sent about 12 emails, called a # that you cant ever talk to anyone, and my coworker emailed them. Don't make the same mistake i did. You will be out of your $
THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND CANCELLED MY EMAIL THEY SEND ME EMAIL THAT THE MONEY REFUNDED BUT IF I FOUND NOTHING, NO ONE ANSWER MY EMAILS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICES, I WILL REPORT THEM
Ordered a laptop never received a tracking number once I inquired receive a tracking number that has not been activated then received an email stated they lost my item
Will never use itech deals again
I ordered the wrong item and did nit notice until after I got it and Susan went above and beyond to help me get things corrected.
Customer service was awesome. Fast response and kept me informed. Although my items got lost by the carrier. At least I will be receiving a refund, so I can purchase the item elsewhere. Happy Holidays.
I have ordered several times from this vendor and have always been satisfied but sometimes things happen. When I received a product that didn't work they handled it professionally, timely and the right way. I am impressed with the way they resolved the issue and will be ordering again.
Every time I place an order the service is excellent. Prompt delivery and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. I will recommend their prompt services to everybody. The goods arrived very carefully wrapped and sealed. We thoroughly enjoy the products.

Bought the fitness tracker and didn't work.
But the support team was excellent, they looked into the matter and refunded the money.
Received MAC book. Shuts down after 20min. Was out of there warranty by 14 days. Were going to see if an exception to be made. No answer. Brutal. Even if they offered to fix I would be happy. Nothing.
I wish the product description would have told me it was for older Android's. I wasn't able to use the activity tracker. They did give me a refund though. I can't complain about that. They had good customer service and handled it promptly.
I have had horrible customer service since my delivery never arrived. Amy had let me know that you would either do a one-time reshipment or a refund. I order a LOT of items online and almost never have any issues. I requested that it be shipped again thinking of course it couldn't get lost twice. I have never received any second email confirmation or any response to my questions regarding getting a second shipping notification. I feel at this point this company is a huge scam. Do not to be suckered by their low prices as there actually is no product you will receive.
I returned a defective device and was given excellent customer service by Stacey, the customer service representative. There were a couple of glitches but she helped resolve them.
Products was received promptly. Issue I had with the order was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
Customer Service is good and will recommend. Only Issue i see is delayed shipments. I initially had issues with my original Order but Customer Service took care of it.
I was concerned about my purchase. The item was not in the initial shipment. Once I spoke with customer service, they advised me that my other item would ship separately. Great service!
Well, I ordered a "NEW" chromebook for an unbelievable price for my daughter. Said it usually mails out in 7 days. I contacted them on the status confirming its new and ready to mail out via email because they have no phone listed. The woman confirmed it was new and mailing shortly. After almost 3 weeks I get an email back saying it was out of stock returning my Paypal money. I said you've had my money for 3 weeks, if you want me to buy something else, how about a $20 credit for the inconvenience and the frustration. I just wanted them the opportunity to make it right. Still waiting for the reply.
