Susan and Jessica Very EXCELLENT skills. They would follow up with you and make sure everything is okay. What you order is what you get. I am very impressed with their quick respond and following up. Even the economic shipping is still very fast. I shared the website to other DJ to get something.
Ordered quite a while ago. No correspondence. Then I email for information. As others have mentioned, I received a USPS tracking number that contains no information. I again reach out to ask what is going on. Not kidding, here are some of their responses "I am not sure what exactly went wrong", "I also regret to inform that we are unable to cancel the order at this stage", "contact me if you don't receive an update in the next few days". Don't do it.
I was sent a defective Ipod. It took 7 days for them to respond. It took another 4 or 5 days for them to make a decision. By then it was to late. I was out of town for 3 weeks. I was told I had to send it back in a 2 week time frame. The product was junk and the customer service was even worst.
What is included is older style stuff this box is flea market stuff You can find the junk they send at the dollar store. Customer service is terrible they won't respond and haven't posted negative reviews at their site Avoid
Don't do it. I know it's tempting, the item you want for a low low price, but guess what? GARBAGE. You might as well light your money on fire. Do not buy from these scamsters. The end.
I purchased an iPad Air through Walmart from iTechDeals in November for Christmas. The tablet was opened on Christmas day and seemed to be working fine. After about a month, software issues began. Tablet will not hold a charge, flashing between 1% and x% charged, cycling on and off, will not restore through iTunes and will not update as it force restarts every time you try to install the update. Contacted customer service through Walmart and it's passed their "30 day return policy". Well that return policy is useful, especially when IT WAS IN THE BOX FOR THE ENTIRE 30 DAY DURATION OF THIS "RETURN POLICY". Please do NOT do business with these people. Deal with a company that will stand behind their product.
They advertise a surprise box that would contain items worth at least $99. Receive my box today which contained 5 items that couldn't be worth more than $5 at a dollar store. None of which is name brand except maybe the amazon basics iPhone charger. Total scam and dissatisfied!
Still awaiting the item I purchased. I got a tracking number which leads me nowhere. Please move a little faster Itechdeals.

Then the cherry on top was that the Chrome browser had already expired -- so my daughter (this was her Christmas gift) couldn't watch Netflix or Disney+ because of the safety concerns when Google no longer supports the browser.
The Chromebook cost me $79 -- which they refunded -- but I had to eat the $32 return shipping -- let alone ruining Christmas morning for my 9 year old. They lost 12 customers from this customer disservice -- all of the folks in my office and three family members. They lure you in with promises of refurbished tech -- when in fact its eJunk that they sell.
I am so impressed with iTechDeals! Susan, especially, went above and beyond to assist me with a small issue, in an expeditious and effective manner. I will definitely be purchasing from iTechDeals in the future, and so should you!
Had to return an item due to Apple watch battery arriving dead. They promptly sent return usps info and credited full amount. Other Apple watch had deep scratch but it works. Ordered Ring doorbell and that was a new item and works well. Good customer service and communication is appreciated

Though it took a little longer than I thought necessary (well, it was around the holidays though), they accepted a product return and credited my account because I wasn't happy with the refurbished iPad. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future.
I had ordered a Ring doorbell and security device. With a medical emergency, emails were not always being read on a definite schedule, On reading them one day, I noticed one that stated that my address was incorrect, This was a second notification, and my credit card would be credited. I quickly returned an email stating the correct address, and the shipping department notified me they would ship the instrument right away,
The doorbell arrived as described and is in the process and has been tested and works as advertised. Thank you, shipping department and Grace.
I purchased two iPods from iTech Deals for my kids late November. As they were Christmas presents, I did not open them, I just wrapped them and gave them to my kids on Christmas eve. Unfortunately, as it can happen with any electronic device, there was an issue with the batteries. I contacted iTech Deals on Christmas day and got an answer the very same day with instructions of a potential solution. The proposed solution did not work but after communicating the problem, iTech Deals made an exception and offered me to return the product for a refund, even though the 30 days guarantee had expired. This is what I call real care for Customer Satisfaction. Thank you iTech Deals.
Never again will buy from this company. I got a refurb chromebook and received one that's heavily, and I mean HEAVILY scratched and even engraved with the school that used it. Never again will buy from this company. Stay away.
Received a fantastic laptop other than the keyboard was defective. I contacted iTechdeals to make them aware. They were responsive and prompt. They issued me a shipping label and allotted plenty of time (14 days). I shipped it back and they issued the refund. I know refunds are not always an easy process but iTechdeals was great to work with! Thank you for making the situation right! I will order from your site again.
