I purchased a refurbished laptop from itechdeals for my daughter in February and the price for was great and the shipping was fast. I had to contact customer service for an invoice recently for insurance purposes and the response time was fast and Susan was a pleasure to deal with. She got me exactly what I needed in a timely manner and was very professional. I will use this company again if I need anything else.
It took about 4 weeks for the ordered items to arrive. Just when I had about given up (needed them for a flight that I eventually had to cancel) and emailed this company, they arrived on the next day.
***Do not buy from this company. I purchased what they advertised was a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer. After 4 months it broke. When we called Dyson about the warranty they said it was counterfeit and they would not honor the warranty. Itechdeals would not give a refund because it was past 14 days. They have stopped all communications. Would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. Beware of the scams
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a mac laptop and what I received was a brick. By the time they finished "looking into it" son of a gun! The warranty had expired. I had to get paypal involved and even then they are claiming that it was never returned, so paypal is useless. Save yourself. If it's some under $10 piece of crap, go ahead, but anything over $15 will be junk.
I ordered two wires for my iPhone and they only sent one. The one I sent is cheap Chinese garbage because it does not for smoothly. When I contacted customer service they were no help. Avoid shopping at itech unless you are satisfied with Chinese junk.
My family need some better quality masks and it was very difficult to source any. I saw an AD from iTech and they looked of good quality and a good price. They are just what we needed and this company is one of the few not price gouging. I also had questions on shipping and I received a reply very quickly. I also received a follow-up email after receiving my order asking if I had any questions... that is a nice touch. I truly felt they care. Great customer service. Thanks Susan!
Ordered a Ring doorbell on sale for $69. Item arrived in 10 days and was just as described. I will shop there again.
Company claimed that my address wasn't coming up on their systems. I e-mailed them back about 4 times with the correct address but never received the item. They don't have a customer service phone number. Their e-mail rep was like a parrot reiterating the "bad address" mantra. I receive countless items from vendors at this same address -- so is a scam. STAY AWAY!
I ordered and received an item that seemed to have a problem. Contacted customer support (Susan) who gave me the option to get a refund or replace the ite. I replaced it. The replacement arrived and seemed to have the same problem. I tried various things and discovered why it appeared not to work but really did work. Shared this with Susan who thanked me and said they would add the "solution" to the documentation. A great working relationship.
I found the items in the box to be entertaining. Nothing great but no junk either. It was fun on a whim.
Excellent once I provided my tracking number my refund was done with in speedy time

I have ordered from this company a few times and have never had issues before this time. This is my second laptop I have bought. The 1st was good and the second was as well except for the battery but they handled it perfectly! Susan stayed in constant contact with me and handled my return like the pro she is! Thank you for being awesome and I will definitely continue to shop with this great company!
I received my surprise box today and it was as expected. My lights will look perfect over my bar. The package took a little more time than expected but customer service was helpful in tracking the box. Will try them again.
I purchased a laptop and it came to me with broken pieces and missing keys. This laptop after being charged will not come on. The urgency of the matter does not matter to the supplier because I have not been refunded or sent another 1 for that matter
I bought a computer Laptop and it was a piece of junk on a very bad shape and company does not respond to emails.
I was happy with my purchase but like others have stated I did not receive any information regarding shipping so I was concerned my order was lost. Once I contacted customer service I was given tracking information. I did take a close to a month for me to get the order.
I bought a MacBook Air, refurbished, and when it shipped I never got an actual tracking number so it never told me when it shipped. Got it a week later which was good but I wouldve liked to seen where it was coming from. When it came it looked fine, some scratches but lots of dents on the corner and the bottom. I set everything up but when I tried to go on YouTube or Netflix sound wasn't working. It was and still is locked on mute. I literally tried to restart the PRAM and tried to reboot the entire system but nothing was working. I emailed them to see if I could send it back and get a new one or at least get my money back so I can buy one from somewhere else. Emailed me back saying they would talk to their supervisor but haven't gotten a response back. Im a student and this was my first actual nice computer. Sad to say I need to save up for a new one and have to resort to classes on my phone. If you want a Mac just get one off of the actual website or Best Buy. Not trying to nitpick either but the screen has a line across it that won't come off.
Recently I bought a Dyson Supersonic blow dryer from itechdeals.com because it was on sale'. The blow dryers sell for $319 and the deal was $269. I researched the company before buying and found no problems. (Hindsight: Should have read all reviews). The blow dryer only blows cold air, so I call Dyson because they are the company that makes it. They tell me that the serial number I have for the items is listed as counterfeit and has over 10,000 complains attached to it. I reach out to itechdeals and they assure me that they don't sell counterfeit. I then dig deeper and find that people are complaining about most items they sell being counterfeit, used or broken. Itechdeals is refusing to give me a full refund. Don't buy anything from them. They are selling bad items. Item looks the same as a real one, but the box is broken badly. I assumed it was in transit but it was ripped open by a different person.
They came on time and they work perfect, I will certainly order from them again and There service was great!
