Customer Service is alive and well with this company. I purchased a refurbished iPad with a warranty, which is awesome in and of itself, in doing so I accidentally purchased 2 warranties. I contacted them and within 48 hours had the second one cancelled and my money refunded. All with one email!

Sometimes it doesn't work when it should, but mostly a positive experience. They send you money to your PayPal account a month or so in arrears so it takes a while to start seeing cash back.
