Waited 3 weeks and then inquired as to where was my order. Two days later…looking into it! Wait again, Oh, Shipping Dept error!
More time passed. Give back my money. 24 hrs to see what "shipping " did!

Order another 4th generation IPad. Same problems as before can't login to my WiFi, tell me to reload, did that! Same thing again can't log into my WiFi… WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT! Don't buy from this company!

My second time ordering from them within 3 months and I will continue to do business with ITD! Great service and Great prices!

Terrible customer service! You sold me a product that was out-of-stock without alerting me at the time of sale. And then after I bought it you didn't tell me that it was out of stock. I waited weeks to get this product and then I actually had to contact you to find out that it was out of stock. I'll never use this site again.

These guys post listings as if the items are new, but at the VERY BOTTOM of each listing is where the fine print states the item has "heavy signs of use and cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are: scratches, scuffs, dents, hairline cracks, dings, bright pixels, missing parts." Don't be fooled by these clowns. What they ship you will be garbage.

I purchased a laptop from them October 2023. When it was delivered the screen was loose and separated from the cover. I contacted customer service the day I received it and we've been going back and forth until today. Laptop was returned and no refund yet.

My address was off by one number and USPS returned to sender. Stacey from iTech helped get it back out to me so customer service was great. As for the product, an iPad, it looks and works brand new and I saved lots of money buying a refurbished item from iTechdeals!

I had 2 separate orders with 2 items in the first and 1 in the second. I only received 1 item of the 3 items. Turned out, somewhere in shipping only 1 tracking number was assigned for all 3 items (so both orders had the same tracking number). Stacey, iTechDeals.com Customer Service Specialist worked with me to find the problem, locate 1 of the items and refund me on the other item (because it was lost in shipping). I would definitely buy again from iTechDeals because of their stellar Customer Service Department! Thank you, Stacey!

Bought an item that my secret santa picked from this website (which I was very weary of in the first place), ordered it almost a month ago and the item still has not shipped out or cannot be tracked. I received the "shipping" confirmation from them 2 weeks ago and the dhl tracking number is fake.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE THAT WILL TAKE YOUR INFO AND CC NUMBER.

I've reach out to them via email and their contact form on their website without any response. If you try to call them at *******010, it's busy.

I will be doing a chargeback on my cc and having them blocked.

Purchased an iPad Air, first generation. The iPad came in the time promised and in incredible shape.

I ordered an Apple Watch, I received a tracking number but it was never sent to USPS. Tracking took me to awaiting shipment. I did not request a refund. I wanted the product. Itech sent a refund to PayPal after I made them aware that I never received it. They told me it was out of stock. I saw another one on itech deals after they said they didn't have it.

I paid for an I pad and it never came. When I emailed them 10-15 times they kept saying they'll get back to me but never did. It's been 2 months. I paid for an IPad and got NOTHING. Scam artists

I ordered the 11 and 1/2 in Dell Chromebook. Received it in a very timely manner and was very happy with it. It was in very good condition with a flawless touch screen. I am so thankful that I found out about Itech deals. They answer you promptly and are very courteous. You won't go wrong dealing with these people.

I bought an acer chromebook and it came within a reasonable time and good condition. However, the operating system is approaching end of life next month, which means no more updates including fixing bugs and security updates. I will end up keeping it for a second monitor but still ended up needing to purchase another chromebook for the kids for school. Waste of money.

Very bad customer service. Got the refurbished item damaged and they are not accepting it as defective. Also not sending return shipping label.

Bought a Chromebook and it works great! I will be using this chrome book for a long time. It will come in very handy.

I made a purchase and it was garbage computer I return the computer on time with in the return policy requirement and I was told by Mary that she was returning my money and it been almost a month and no money
