I used this company because they had decent reviews. After several days, I received an email from them that it was "lost or stolen/blacklisted". They gave me a 20.00 credit as a "good faith" ha! The phone was currently IN USE on AT&T's network and functional. I called AT&T and they said this was inaccurate. I also started my own unlock process on AT&T's site. I took a video of the phone with the IMEI, and making a successful call. I emailed this to iPhoneIMEI.net with no response. About a week later, I received an "approved" on my AT&T unlock request and they unlocked it for free. I also sent this email / screen shot to iPhoneIMEI with no response. So, in the end, I got a 20.00 credit where I paid 28.00. Don't think I'll be using them again, that's for sure. I saw a YouTube video of someone complaining about the exact same thing. Beware.
I had it come I guess... just like a lot of users wrote here: they take your money and then they tell you that this device is supposedly reported stolen/lost and they cannot do anything. 42 Euros wasted...
Read the small print. They first took $60 to unlock then waited for over 3 months then they sent me a email that its ready to be unlocked and wanted another $175 to unlock.
Beware of this company. You have been warned!
Once you fork over the £20. They charge you another £199 or something after they check to see that your phone is compatible for unlocking. No where on their website do they mention the extra fee after the initial fee. Super misleading. For that price i could have had someone local unlock my phone for me the same day. Im surprised people like this get away with scams like this
Advertise low price then after 2 days progress says you owe more! $60 to say cannot unlock 5 days later. DOES NOT REFUND gives a voucher for their site! I don't need anything from their site if they can't unlock this phone! Total scam!
The last order i placed to unlock the icloud account of my phone is in progress, however im seeing it takes 84 days, according to the tracking status in your site. I would like that check this out to speed up this process since i bought this phone and i haven't been able to use it.
I will be entirely pleased if you can solve this out as soon as you can.

This worked like a champ. I've seen several other companies charging upwards of $150 to do the same service. The pricing was very reasonable and in a couple of days I could use my AT&T iPhone on Verizon.
1st time user of their service and they did not fail to deliver, although i got 3 of 4 services completed, the lone 1 is more of my carrier issue, nevertheless, it's amazing how once i thought of throwing these apple devices of mine, luckily i calmed down and my 'never give up find a way' attitude took over, and now i'm here giving a review to a well deserved service provider from a very satisfied customer, patience is a virtue, cheers
I went with you guys because your website said it would take 2 days to unlock my iPhone 7 plus. I paid an extra 20 dollars for your supposed quickness but it took a whole week. You guys did a good job unlocking my phone and fir that you get 4 stars but next time I'll be going with someone else who is cheaper and does it in the same time frame as you all... one freaking week... not two days.
The service was provided in less than a week. The phone was unlocked as stated. Its a bit odd that there is a second fee after an initial charge, this could be stated right away. But since it all worked out i am very happy with the provider

Your advert was unlocking phones from (much smaller print for the word from) £19.99 actual cost about £75 but you dont say that until you have taken the non refundable £19.99

Stay away from this site. Fake reviews posted on web site to lure unsuspecting prospects - like me unfortunately.
Pad USD$28 for a service that was advertised to unlock your phone within 24-48 hours but after you paid it notifies you that the service you just paid for is for a service that might occur in the future. Sent an email to s"support" and 18 hours later received a reply telling what the problem was but offered no solution. When I asked them for next steps - no response.
No phone number. Slow to non-existent response. All the hallmarks of a scam.
Same experience as many others - this company is a total scam.
Took me £20 for an unlocking service which is not available (as a pre-order, as they say)!
I advise everyone who was unfortunate victim of this company - ask your bank to cancel the transaction.

I was sceptical at first but at I look into it things started making scene. The fact that I could just pay to get my device unlock seem reasonable. Since my carrier had screwed me over for two years of payments on to find out that they won't help or be interested in unlocking my device. So thank you IMEI unlock for giving me my device.
I have paid premium service to unlock my Iphone and waited 8 weeks with no update.
I was hurt more by the way they ignored all my emails and only responded after 8 weeks when I asked for refund. It was automated response saying they don't refund but give credit which is worth nothing. Please stay away from this site, no matter how desperate are you to unlock your phone. Please not to get influenced by the reviews and number of unlocks they did. This is my real experience and I don't want anyone to lose their money. Please stay away, i wish I read the reviews from third party web sites instead of reading junk/unreal reviews under iPhoneIMEI.Net site. Stay away and don't waste your money on this site.
"I am really frustrating and disappointing about this site iPhoneIMEI.net that basically made me hop through the loops to get my refund when they failed to unlock my iPhone 7 plus. So I paid £19.99 on their website and then they sent me this email asking for additional £30 to get it unlocked. Initial price was $29 and then they asked for $50, the catch was if you don't want to proceed further, refund will be in the form of credits which can be used only on the website. However, they were able to unlock the phone after paying additional amount.
The told me my iPhone could not be unblocked because it was presumably blacklisted/lost. I manage to get the previous owners papers and after emailing them 10 straight days they still did not reply. I then logged it with trust pilot and eventually someone replied that I would get a cash refund in 3-5 day. That was the 3 May, 8 days ago. Still no refund or response to my emails. I would give them zero if there was that option
