No they don't. They just take your money and not unlocked anything.

Yes- same experience! 5 weeks. They claim process is complete, but then post message "taking a little longer than we hoped". But nothing changes. Have sent multiple emails asking for status, asking for refund. NO RESPONSE.

I did a pre-order with IPhoneIMEi on Nov' 24th 2018, as we speak now (Mar 1 2019), still my iphone is not Unlocked and they havent even respond.

I did a pre order, meaning I paid full money to unlock my phone and still its not locked. What is more frustrating is, there is no response from them or Reason why they are not doing it.

I dont know, if they will respond, atleast after reading my Complain.
