This is the worst machine it never reads correctly you will be blowing back and forth at least 5 times in 30 min of driving terrible customer service as well. I' will be taking this out and going to a different company asap
Use another company. They never told me the date forms calibration. When I called to inquire, I was given nothing but generic phrases and misinformation. The employees either don't know what they're doing or they don't care, I'd be Willington bet both are true. If the automated system doesn't waste your time, the employees will.
Worst company ever. They nickle and dime you for everything. Make it almost impossible not to get a "lockout" that costs over $80. Outsourced "customer service" are useless. Can't imagine how much money these idiots paid lobbyists to force people to install their product. Had it removed today. I recommend removing your name from your vehicle instead of installing it. Wish we had done that.
This company has more hidden fees as you can imagine. Unable to get the $100 refund back what was agree up on. Send the wrong win number of the car than they misspelled my name. Wasted way to much time just to get going. Still having problem with dmv cos the paperwork. Hole thing is a joke. Stay away from it
Do not use this company it's $#*! I blow more than I drive almost wrecked few times because I refuse to keep pulling over every 5 minute its ridiculous even my missouri highway patrol examinaer that gave me my driver rest said that's totally unsafe and was dumbfounded I has to blow 4 times on my 2 mile driver test! And best of all customer service, if u can understand them don't care. Jus want their money!
I completed all the documents and had an estimate done by their installation shop as requested. I've called a dozen times and nobody will even acknowledge receiving it much less approve anything. Customer service is clueless
They will consistently charge more than the agreed upon amount.

Go somewhere else. They try to swindle into extra charges if you don't follow their procedures exactly. Way over priced and complicated. A complete rip off. I had them for 30 days and it was a month too long. Lousy customer service and b. S. about state laws requiring this and that. The better business bureau needs to investigate. They're my next call.
Long hold times, customer care representatives who can't help. People who go mia after giving you information about what to do. Disruption of work. The device ruined my battery. Dont go with this company. Even smart start is better than them. They are trash.
This company will nickel and dime you the entire time and not give you a break! I haven't missed a payment in 3 years haven't failed any breath tests or rolling tests. If your battery dies from having this machine in your vehicle (trust me it will) they won't drop the 85 dollar lockout fee. Paid that 4 times already and fighting another one that doesn't even make sense. Didn't do anything outta the ordinary and locked out got one month left! Bull $#*! just taking a hard working person's money even though I quit drinking and obeyed all your stupid rules!
This company is the reason people drive unlicensed. BIG TIME! The only time they answer right away and you get to speak to someone who's first language is English is when you sign up for a new account. Other than that you are screwed. 1 year and over $1200 later not including the exit fees and numerous calls to customer service (joke) and no answers they now tell me they cannot take my credit card off file and should you be so unfortunate to have a lockout don't bother asking why or what day or time it happened. They cannot see that or answer anything! Amazingly they are able to withdraw $45 from your account every 2 weeks with no interference whatsoever. I am investing in a horse and buggy. Worst year ever!
After installing the device, my son discovered the required DMV form was missing his midge name (their mistake) and could not be accepted. Three weeks later and no resolution. Customer support is horrible. Still charging my credit card every two weeks. Frustrated beyond belief.
I would give them zero stars if I could. It's all about money, I have had to have four different units installed due to them $#*!ting out on me, this is never an easy process, let alone having to pay for my vehicle to be towed and then be without one for weeks at a time. They are horrible at communicating anything, you'll never speak to someone who speaks English. They app is useless and has no information on it. Literally go with ANY other program, though at first glance they appear to be the cheaper one, you're literally getting what you pay for, and in the long run are paying double the money due to their nonsense. I don't even understand how they are still in business.

No one here knows how to do their jobs. You'll fight them for a month after you've finished your required time trying to get it removed. They will nickle and dime you for anything that goes wrong. Dead battery? That's $75. Replaced your battery? That's another $75. Want to have it removed? Call back in 3-4 days, repeatedly.

Absolutely garbage customer service, they jack their prices up for the fancy technology that isn't even required. They have so many different ways too steal extra money from you and they do so without remorse. Of course, the counties that promote them all know and get rich off of it themselves. Extortion at it's finest. Do your homework and find a better company before committing to Intoxalock. I hope they all go broke.
I have had this device for 12 months waiting to get removed. I have not had any alcohol in 20 years. I did get a dui but it was drug related. Makes no sense. This company has very shady way of doing business. They take money from my account all the time and I am going to look into this matter with an attorney.
If I could give then zero stars I would. The device is bulky and outdated, the customer service is horrendous, and the will try to charge you for everything including the air you breath. They know they have you over a barrel and take advantage of it at every turn. Lucky I didn't sign a lease agreement with them however they are still demanding I pay an early termination fee since I switched companies. Take my advise run the other way do not use this company.
System goes off every couple months and will violate you which makes you bring it to a service center and charge an extra $75.00 for non alcohol related. Credit's not given despite having to blow in the device within 1 minute. Service Centers near by "temporarily closed" with no notice, making you drive 20-75 miles out of the way. Customer service reps will not assist in scheduling you for an appointment. Recommendation pay a couple dollars more for those that can assist your needs better.
If you live in a state where it gets very cold out, you'll be up sh*t creek without a paddle. Then, had a faulty unit, it got replaced with another faulty unit. Both times mind you, I have to fork over money to have it towed to an intoxalock shop and BOTH times was told I'd get reimbursed. NOPE, I instead get credited the amount on my account so needless to say, I had a terrible Month and basically got one less paycheck for the cost of living. Plus on top of it all, cuts your battery life in half. Nobody there cares, it takes forever to talk to someone that doesn't understand you anyways and I will not have a total of $700 in tow bills added to my account that ends in 2 months…odds I get a refund on over paying?!? Ha
First of all, this place has the absolute WORST customer service! The woman are worse then the men that answer, the woman, every single one I've gotten, are $#*!es. No one at this company gives a crsp about how ridiculously expensive it is and they will not work with you or help you if you can't make a payment! And it has caused so much issues with my battery, numerous times I got stuck with dead battery bc it will drain it fast. I could go on and on about all the bad things but the better question would be, what's good about interlock, answer is not a damn thing@ please spend money at another company
I don't even know where to start with this company. They are awful. To get me to go with their product they told me they would give me a $30 rebate. Still haven't received that. They also pride themselves on only needing to be calibrated every two months, yet I've had to go every month. And now, I'm being charged $50 because I was in a rush and accidentally forgot I needed to blow into the device to start my car. So now I have a violation for "trying to start car without giving a sample" like I'd have any chance of the car starting anyways without providing a sample? It's stupid and they are greedy.

Answer: Sale man was very pushy and I was very panicked about loosing my license. He kept calling me after I told him I would give him a call back. No one in this company wants to help you, avoid them.

They also forgot that the people with their device are the paying customers. If you are bad to those that pay your bills, they're going to stop paying you.
