Legit company but horrible at their jobs. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them.

Of course they are legal but ethical? Hell no. This would be like having a poorly run private company running the registry of motor vehicles. They have the same power yet it is a for profit company. File a complaint with bbb and attorney General.

Legit company that SCAMS you. They don't tell you about hidden costs or that you need to sign year lease upfront. Then they hold your vehicle hostage (by not allowing device to work) until you sign lease.

In my opinion I would say yes it's a scam I've had to keep intoxalock device a month longer and I paid $100 for paperwork that is no good to me the DDS will not take but if you ask them for the paperwork they have no idea what you need

State approved scam and a bit of price gouging. Well I should probably wait until I'm done and less angry about this bs.

Intoxalock appears legit. However, I can purchase a license to sell anything on a city block, which could include illicit drugs. All that's required is for me/you/us to lie because all "they" (our government) wants is my/your/our money. The Bible warns us: "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil."

They are quasi- legit. You're the customer, they treat you like $#*!, and report device info, like if your battery dies because of their garbage device, as a violation to your state. This means your state extends your requirements date. No over the legal limit alcohol tests needed. They violate you for their device draining your battery. Don't use this company.

It is an absolute SCAM in all caps! Lol

They have a 1.5 Star Rating for a reason, steer clear of this place at all costs.

Also, they ARE NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau despite showing an "A+" rating for themselves (go figure).

The company is an absolute sham and the call center employees have no idea what they are talking about. Working from their trailer/meth lab making $10 an hour. Likewise, they have ABSOLUTELY no knowledge regarding the device itself, how it works, or cars in general.

DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK. Thank me later.
