As far and I am concerned any of the other 4 State approved interlock companies would have been a step up.

I will be switching back to Drager. I have used them in the past and was never disappointed. You'll probably spend $20-$40 more per month than intoxalock but that includes a free install, free recalibrations, no hidden fees, no lease to sign and no idiots to deal with. Thank me later.

The DDS gives you a list. You have to go by there list I think they need to change companies

They all treat you the same way, doing some reseach on these companies this is the worst one.
All of them needs to be investigated for the we that they are treating people and their hidden fees which has nothing to do with you drinking and trying to drive. It's the companies thats out to milk your banking accounts.
Your state where you resides let these companies regulate how they charge their customers with their rip off faulty devices. I am working with some Michigan law makers about this serious problem that people are having with these rip out companies. It's wrong, look at all the complaints on the BBB. Same thing going on!
