My advice is to NOT BUY from this company. This is my first experience with InTheStyle and there is non-existent customer support, or communication. I returned my parcel (as the quality of the clothes were below my expectations) 3 weeks ago and have had no communication from the company. I have now email twice since with no response. I will never purchase from this company again and will be telling my experience to everyone I know. Hugely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I will be taking this further until my refund is received.
Take way to long for you to get your order every time I check the tracking it goes from 14 days in transit to 21 days in transit will not order from this company again if I ever receive my first order! If I could give 0 stars I could.
Ordered a CURVE LADBABY MUM BLACK RUCHED SWIM SHORTS and LADBABY MUM BARDOT FRILL BIKINI TOP. The sizings are way off. Ordered both in size 18 and they're huge. It fits my aunt that's a size 22 comfortably. The swim short is not a short, it's more like a very high waisted bikini that gives no shaping and hardly any control. Bad quality, way overpriced.
My order was suppose to arrive 11/11/20 from Hermes contacted in the style they have fobbed me off that they are awaiting to hear back from Hermes and that would take 48hrs still no response and will not refund me my money. Will not buy from this company again totally disappointed
I ordered my package a week ago. They updated me that my package was on its way 4 days ago and gave me a tracking number. They yet haven't even updated me. I emailed them and still waiting on a email bavk from them. If they don't deliver my stuff by monday, they lost me as a customer. They need to step up their game and stop messing around. I want my package updated today!
Returned a pair of jeans which they received back at their warehouse on the 29th jan 20 had to pay for return it's now 27th feb 20 their policy said 14 days to process the return well it's way past 14 days and I have not received anything terrible company avoid at all costs.
I had issues checking out and their customer service was beyond awful. Don't waste your time here. Either shop elsewhere or if you really want an item look for it on ASOS. Never order from them directly.
I ordered a quite a few items on the 16th April 2 weeks later I still hadn't received the items. I checked my account and it had said shipped 16th April, but no shipping details were mentioned on my account nor was there a email to say it had been shipped therefore I doubt it had even been shipped. So I filled out the contact form, but heard nothing for 5 days I emailed again 3 more times in between these emails I had my daughter contact them thru Instagram and Twitter. They finally answered her thru Twitter 2 weeks later. They blamed the shipping company, a shipping company I doubt even existed. So because it's a month later they don't have 3/4 of my order, due to no stock, therefore out of the order all they have in stock is 2 items which they said they'd post out... Still waiting...
I recommend you stay away from this company. They are a joke. They have no idea how to run a professional online shopping Site. I can't believe I had to give 1 star they don't deserve it...
I live in Canda and ordered from them. It took nearly 20 days to arrive. I paid for my order (which included delivery). However, when I was going to pick-up my order from the post, they told me that In The Style included a $35.91 fee for me to pay.
I will not be able to take my package unless I pay the fee. I contacted them and they informed me that is normal as it's hidden in their 'Terms and Conditions'.
As I didn't want to pay the fee they told me that I will receive my refund in a month and a half! The customer service was poor, (still waiting for them to reply back to my email), they were never apologetic and think including hidden fees from customers is totally normal.
Just because you see influencers collab with them, it does not mean they are legit.
Be careful!
I received the item and when I opened it, the quality wasn't as expected and the item was falling apart at the seams as if it had either come undone since creation or that it has fallen open since - not a rip, just a poor quality sewn together.
I posted it back using the tracked delivery but they're saying they haven't received the item. I don't have the receipt of postage anymore and I spoke with the post office. Post office told me that they would have the return delivery tracking details considering it was part of their original postage receipt but apparently there's nothing they can do.
I called them and emailed them, took them ages to reply only to tell me they had a lot of returns to process. Wonder why?! Do all the items come poorly made and not looking like the celebs they endorse on Instagram?!

I would stay far away from this online store. I placed 3 orders with this store and 2 of the orders were incorrect. First time they charged me US$17.99 for a t-shirt that was supposed to be free. The 2nd order was correct so I thought it was in error. I placed a 3rd order for a pair of pants. When the item arrived, it was an INCORRECT item and the wrong size. I immediately contacted them through a chat and it has now been 1 week and the are still disputed this issue. I sent them multiple pictures of the item i received that clearly shows them the item number and the size and they are still disputing this me.
I live in New York City and they are located in the UK.
I am now opening another dispute withPaypal to get my refund

Horrible I got an email it was in the hands on the 4th of May and no email or refund since now the 30 th of June emailed several times and did a customer service form and no reply absolutely disgusted
And quality was shocking considering it's from people others look up to everything thing was see through and nothing like the picture wouldn't go there again
I sent an inferior item of clothing back to them had no reply to my emails had to get resolver to sort it out had a refund but in the style had a cheek to take £2.50 out of it for handling fee. It cost me £4.00 to send the item back. Item could not be worn as colour had run in the top and bottoms werent even finished off properly and they got a cheek to charge you for it thats a joke will never use them again sobe warned if you do buy off them and have to send back... only gave a 1 star because theres no zero
Absolutely ridiculous excuse of a company. The amount of times I've placed an order that included 'pre order' items which have made a NEXT DAY delivery delayed by a week or more is disgusting! I placed an order with pre order items on Tuesday 29th March 2022, had to cancel it on 1st April 2022 as days of advisors telling me 'it'll be dispatched tomorrow' over and over was getting exhausting. I've just looked at the items on their site and the order STILL wouldn't have been dispatched yet! I even tagged Adam Frisby the owner in a story on Instagram explaining my frustration at him releasing new lines every single day when previous orders aren't getting dispatched and he viewed it and ignored it. He's more interested in making money off of non dispatched orders than producing quality products that arrive on time. I'll never order from them ever again. Horrid customer service, a useless company owner & 8 times out of 10 the clothes are cheap and poorly made. I've seen so many other women with the same issues so I'm not just being bitter over one order. I'm being bitter over multiple delayed / not received orders along with other peoples issues also. Not that Adam or any of the 'influencers' he uses will care, they just enjoy people filling their bank accounts & not whether you get your order or if your order is of long lasting quality for the excessive prices. One advisor ignored my annoyance and offered me 10% off my next order… whilst I was complaining about an order I still hadn't received…I'll stick to ASOS thanks!

Ordered 2 dresses, there was a delay on delivery but the notified me straight away and offered me discount off my next order as compensation. Will definitely use again
After placing my order, I received a faulty tracking link that confirmed they had lost my order. I sent e-mails multiple times requesting that they re-dispatch my order, it took a FEW WEEKS of multiple e-mails and a complaint on an online review website for someone get back to me because my e-mails were being ignored. Finally when I asked for a refund, they said it was not possible because the item had been re-sent, so I thought okay fine. The item was being held at the customs office because I needed to pay extra fees. Basically 50% of my original order cost! Nowadays new online shopping companies are using a new method to deliver in which the customer has an importer status and has to present themselves at the Customs office counter to self-clear ($) their order (they do not take payments by phone). You can pay online to clear your package for delivery but only via a company called EzClear that charges you a hefty administration fee to clear your package for you. It has been exactly one month since I put in my order, and it is still not here. Overall, Customer service was very unavailable - but in the rare times it was they were helpful and prompt. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from there though, because it seems that post-purchase customer service is pretty bad - some people have not even gotten their refunds after weeks. Fix it or get out of the game IntheStyle, because you are undeserving of your customers!
I placed an order with this company and when the clothes arrived they were cheap and poorly fitted so I returned them, however a month and many emails unanswered later o still haven't had a refund!
I sent an item of clothing back and received an email on 13th July stating they have received my refund and it will take 3-5 working days to refund. I had emailed twice and hadn't heard anything back until I tweeted about my bad experience on 2nd August. I was private mailed asking my details of my order and they would look into it and they stated something went wrong with processing my refund and expect 10 working days for my refund. It is now 18th August and I have still not received my refund! ITS will be the last place I look online for clothes. They are quick enough to take your money and when you receive a poor quality of item and return it it's a long battle trying to get your money back!
Ordered leggings and a top got 2 pairs of leggings instead wring size! Been emailing for a week to try sort had to send photos and emailed about 10 times to be tike I have to send wrong order back then proof of order and if they still have what I wanted in stock I might get it! So rude so nasty DO NOT BUY FROM IN TNE STYLE will be asking yes Stacy as she is promoting this scam company how embarrassing fir there celeb collaborations
