Buyer Beware
July 19, 2020

With so many followers, I thought it was a great place to order from. I was wrong. The products are awful and there is zero customer service. I attempted contacting them about a return through their site and through Instagram. All they do is send a canned response asking for your order number and address... and never respond again.

Twice now I've paid extra for next day delivery for the parcel to not arrive on time which means that's twice now that I've not have an outfit for an event I was attending despite paying extra to ensure I would.
Why would you offer next day delivery if you don't have the capacity to?
The person on the live chat kept saying sorry but not offering any solution. When I eventually asked if he had a solution he said he could refund me the £4 delivery which seems a little bit insulting on an order over £150. When I asked for anything else, he said he could give me 10% off my next order.
If you think I'm ever ordering from here again after it's happened twice you've got another thing coming. If you can't get my order right twice, god knows how many people this has happened to.
If you're going to be useless at customer service, at least have competent people manning the phones and live chats.
Really disappointed in the service and won't be shopping here again. It seems the brand which started with humble beginnings has completely lost sight of the people it took to get you there. A real shame.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I sent a return back in May, still no refund or reply to ANY emails, chat was useless. Check out their twitter for daily complaints and trustpilot (ignore the 5 stars they are fake) I feel sorry for the customer service team having to deal with this sh*t show of a business!

I'm form Spain and I buy a lot from IntheStyle, the clothes are cute and the have a lot of variety.
Last time I ordered trainers and they sent the wrong size, I emailed them and they got back in touch wih me a couple of hours later. Since I would have to pay a lot to send it back to get a refund they were kind enough to say that I dind't have to send it back and they would take care of it anyway.
Not many companies treat they customers so good. I will continue to buy from them since the delivery is fast and I have always been satisfied with the items I get, except for this little mistake that they kindly fixed.
Keep up the good work IntheStyle! And a big shout out to Gerald, who helped me out with my issue!

Purchased a bed wear set.
Very poor quality. Poor cheap polyester material with no gems sewn just roughly cut.
No returns slip in package and order number doesn't work on returns portal. Had to live chat to get return QR code. Returning was easy when QR code was given by taking to Asda.
Item returned and 28 days to refund money. Terrible service. Live chat disconnects if you ask for a site to leave a review.

Really not great

Really not great. Poor quality clothing and for an online company not only do you have to pay for delivery, they then change you a handling fee if you need to return! So I've lost £7 of my £39 order. Would not recommend.

I'm writing this one star as I ordered something that did not fit me correctly so I emailed it in the style downloaded the QR code sent it to ASDA's put it in the box and in the style has refused to give me a refund because they said that they did not receive the item back this is not my fault lost out on money can't trust in the style what a shame was a good customer to

Awful quality poor sizing

Second time purchased from in the style bought my usual size once again jeans are poor quality and too small these were supposed to be stretch skinny jeans tight around waist skinny on leg until it came to the ankle where it was all baggy top was ok primark quality but not primark prices too expensive for the material and sub standard item of clothing will never purchase from in the style again they do new collabs then put their prices down couple days later can see why they can't sell the cheap quality clothes for river island prices I love my fashion and honestly would rather wear primark then their clothes please avoid.

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them for 3 items. Received 2 which were completely different to what I ordered. Also were really poor quality. Returned within a few days. Received a partial refund weeks later even though I sent back everything I returned. Arguments are still going on 3-4 weeks later trying to get the rest of my money back. They also take a long time to get back to messages. Sure website says 48hr reply time. Maybe there busy coming up with more ways to rob people? I have had money taken from me for goods which were never received and had a load of hassle. 100% do not recommend and will never use again.

I purchased an order which wasn't suitable because It wasn't as advertised. Considering they charge £3.99 to deliver, they then take an extra £2.50 off for returning. If you know you're going to be happy with your order its a different story however I would never purchase from this company again.

Bought a cropped jumper for £15.00 including delivery and paid with Klarna, item received was very bad quality, thin and harsh material of a faded pink colour. Returned it and only received £7.99 back as they charged you £2.50 for returns with given labels! Now I have to pay £6.50 back to Klarna despite returning the item. Don't buy from this crap website!

Ordered five dresses and two pairs of shoes from this company, returned all of them bar one pair of shoes which totals to over £100. Sent return parcel back on 23 March and still no correspondence/refund from them! Customer service rubbish too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Scammers!

Shocking.

Order clothes and half the time they get lost. Then takes you absolute days to contact ANYONE! Do it the correct way and send emails on the form blah blah. No one bothers replying. So then you sit in a chat and are like the 18th person in the queue, taking over 1 hour.
Still no one helped.

Then returned a different item, so far tracking said they received 8 days ago. Still no email stating the have it or that they'll refund me. Absolute joke!

Please do not order from this company. They take a ridiculous amount of time to reply to your emails and have sent me the wrong items twice. Not to mention the quality of the products. The first item I ordered had 2 holes in and the first person I live chatted seemed to think this was acceptable

Ordered a jumpsuit from the Stacey Solomon collection checked my bank account in the style had taken 2 payments for 1 item emailed them straight away and was told to send a screen shot of my bank account showing the duplicated payment since then I have sent numerous emails which have not been answered.
The jumpsuit arrived it was absolutely awful! Cheap material something like you'd find in a market stall for a fiver! I returned it straight away and am no waiting for a refund and to be reimbursed for my duplicate payment!
No one from In The Style has even bothered to advise me if they are investigating! I have emailed asking for the customer service managers details yet still nothing!

Absolutely shocking company cheap 2nd rating tatt which is overpriced!

Stacy Solomon and all you other celebrities I hope you read this and end your contract with them!

Absolutely atrocious experience. Items never received, refuse to issue a refund. Will never use again and will tell everyone to avoid at all costs. Customer services take a week to reply and when they do they are beyond rude.

Ordered a Be kind charity t shirt. Several emails saying how would be a wait as out of stock, then a very strange one saying they had run out of sizing labels so might have the wrong label but would be 10-12 whatever it said on the label. When it eventually arrived it is obviously a Large and far too big to wear out anywhere. I wouldn't return it as I want the money to be donated to the Samaritans but now I'm wondering about that too! Obv not much demand for pink large t shirts... My new nightie!
