They would state there were records on someone then say there was "no record". Birth records of same person in 7 different locations, Ages all over, no pictures or info of any records etc. So I ran myself and was just amazed at how wrong it was. It's sad that people can be that incredibly inaccurate and continue to put out this B*S and not be held accountable. I wonder how many lives they've destroyed with their "most accurate" crap.
While this site is better than most I have used, it is still not truly trustworthy data. I ran a background check on myself, as a test, and was surprised at how out of date most of the data was. Also has me down as having a criminal record, which is not only incorrect, but would bar me from my line of work. Lists as current, email addresses I have not used in 30 years, etc. As for my true research target, I was able to get what I really needed from the "lure data" of that person, without spending any money.
Not one search was correct and it was a rip off! They tell you more info is available if U pay more... so u pay more... once paid they tell you no info available! RIP OFF

I wish I had read the reviews before paying the fee. As soon as I paid the report they had generated mysteriously disappeared. I contacted their chat line and the attendant could not find it.
Infotracer's website is very deceiving. I looked up a relative's record and this site made as if he had one. As soon as I paid 4.95, the record immediately disappeared. I only used the trial for 10 minutes realizing that this site is a total waste of time. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one. I realized I could obtain more information from a free Google search than this place. Please don't waste your money.
I looked myself up. Honestly, I've had one speeding ticket in my life. That's it. They had on the site that I had 22 different criminal/ ticket convictions... some where in states that I've never even been to. OH!!! And then they said I spent 10 days in jail! I've never even walked into a jail. Then I looked up my brother, whom has Ph.D and teaches at a major university. They had that he was charged in 2 different DUI's and was arrested 3 months ago in Iowa. He lives in Utah. These people could really damage somebody's life with their slanderous false criminal records.... Every person I looked up they had wrong... EVERY PERSON!
The premium infotracer gives you even less information than a quick and free google search provides. Don't waste your time or money here
Scam site. Unfortunately I trusted a family member to use my card, and now have to fight the multiple charges with my bank. The $1 charge is fake, they'll start multiple charges $20 as soon as you sign up. Say they have no "knowledge" of the charges and tell you it's your bank. Info they give is fakely presented to look like it exists and then magically disappear when you sign up and tell you you now need more paid Access to get it. Do yourself a favour don't bother. Better safer ways to get information. All the "good reviews" on other sites are paid or mass generated.

Purchased the trial that stated "7 records found". No records found... thought it was odd that it didn't find my marriage or divorce or anything listed. Just last known address was correct, everything else was outdated. So, ordered the "complete records" for the additional $20 figuring it may be a "trial period issue"... nope. Total of $25 bucks bought less than what I would find on a basic Google search using a name.
I heard I had a warrant so i needed to check, info tracer seemed awesome. I paid, saw my name and stuff was there. Then tried to open the report and nada, then they said i had to pay 20 more bucks because they had something and it was only available if i paid because of this ubber search they had. Well i ended up just calling the place where i had something and i had nothing. I would not suggest.
First, I have to tell you that I'm an idiot. I can't keep track of my email versus someone else. So when I write a review and use an email that doesn't belong to me, then I should expect that person to mess with my review. That said, I'm a stupid person who can't think for themselves. I couldn't give an accurate review if my life depended on it, because of my low IQ.
Before I paid I did a search for my mother, and it showed her name, relatives, and age, giving me the impression that she has a criminal history. Then they offered me to pay so I could see results. So I paid, and then they said they had no records for her. This company is manipulative, unethical liars.
They at first make you believe they have a result, then you pay, then you try to get the report, then they say there is no match. PURE THEFT!
