Total waste of time. I tried 15 different searches including names/plates/addresses etc that I already know as a test and the closest I got was an address hit that was more than 20 years outdated. Complete joke.
Bought a used vehicle. Decided to do a plate search. Infotracer free screen showed it had info. I got the five day trial for a dollar, and now it says no results!
Their reports are not accurate - I found multiple open charges against an individual I searched on their system that didnt show up on their report. Stay away from them, the information they sell is beyond worthless.
I see all these comments. So far I haven't paid anything because my bank card wouldn't let the charge go thru. However, they found an IP address for me. This man was supposed to be in the US. Infotracer found his laptop in China. I'm still doing research on this, not sure if it is accurate or not.
A complete scam by all definitions. Do not waste your time nor money. Customer services dept is a joke.
It could not do a license plate search like it claimed. They refused to refund the money paid. Then the background search they did had a lot of inaccurate information.
Bait and switch: $5 trial, but then it's another $20 for an actual report. Why not honestly represent what you're selling and what it will cost? Sleazy.
Paid $29.00 even after the site said I was getting a special deal of $9.00. Then when the site supposedly had the info I needed, they wanted more money. That, I did not pay. Total ripoff and tomorrow I will contact my Credit Union and see if I can cancel the fee. No stars

I cant believe i got duped tooo... i actually knew the date i was looking for and knew it existed and where to find it and it simply wasnt there... i ltried to look else where but it was going to cost me alot more money... when ii complained and asked for my money back i got no respons at all what should i do now?
Ripoff! Tried to buy background report. Told me $29.95 for the report and unlimited search for a year. I lamented but made the purchase--In hindsight this was dumb on my part. You get asked for a password and all so it looks legit. But once you get in you get in I never actually got the report I thought I was buying. The site never gave me unlimited search, but gave me $20 of search credits. Apparently there are unlimited search tools (just names a such) which unlimited and don't cost extra, but you could get these from white pages. The criminal record search costs money just to search--if you find nothing it's free, but if any name pops up, regardless of whether it is who you are looking for it costs $14.95 of your $20 worth of credit. And the icing on the cake is that the $14.95 was just for searching for the report! You have to pay extra to actually see it. I refused to do this. Thirty dollars down the drain.

The site false advertised about getting your public record information. I tried to avoid the other sites. This one just baited you in. After payment to get in, you get to perform the search. But it cost twice as much ($29.99) to actually get the report. Then once you pay. The informaton is not accurate at all.
