Hidden subscription

Read that I would be charged $1.95 for a brief search, they also somehow subscribed me for $39.95 per month. Tried to log in using email and pass word associated with account but said it was invalid. I guess I'm going to have to invalid my credit card and get a new one.

Steal your money

This seems to be a common theme of theirs as I read the reviews. Did the same to me, took my money after one search. I immediately cancelled services but like everyone else here had further charges, and bbb was absolutely no help either. This company is garbage, plus it didn't even give me anymore info then a simple google search. So not only are the people trash what they are selling doesn't even work. Lol. Do not use. It seems that the only way this company can make money is to scam it out of people because the product is trash. Still never received a refund and not planning on getting it back.

Fraudulent

This company is a fraudulent. They have no problem with taken your money out of your account knowing you didn't authorize it. When you submit proof then they come up with something else. They stole $89.85, $69.63 and $39.95 = $199.43. The page states.95cents to join and they refunded the.95cents, back and kept the rest. They are making up all excuses and stalling to return the refund signed up on February 4,2023 and canceled on February 7,2023 after seeing them continuing to go in my account. Refund please.

I have never used any service from these lairs, but someone else did. I contacted them after 60 days of run around and giving them information and answering a ton of question they said I was not able to get my money lol. Aude the service was used! REALLY BUT NOT BY ME! They have cost me?$100's for dollars with this BS and instead of just giving me my money back they keep taking more caused my account to over draw and have now made keys e to contact the bank the police and take a day and off work. Low life's

The *******569 is apparently "temporarily" out of service, the email address continues to replicate the same auto response from the first one I received back about my complaint and with somehow their phisy scheme, they've somehow went way beyond their scope of access or authentication OR approval by tapping my phone and my data/acct access to fraudulently detract my documentations of such charges accrued by these ppl.
I mean whom else or why all of a sudden would only {these} specific charges and ONLY these charges be removed from my account.
Good thing I keep backed up in other ways details about things wrongly done for my own safe guarding. But these ppl or this "businesses" is what makes for bad taste for others to experience benefits from the like that are actually legitimate. Crappy ordeal for to many it appears. :(

I tried clicksearchpro to search for 1 phone number for which I paid a 95 cents fee for a 3 day trial. When I went back to search a second number during the trial period my cash app card was instantly hit for $59.95 which was paid. Then it was hit 11 more times in the next 20 minutes for either 129.95 or 149.95. Luckily I don't ever keep more than what I am planning to use that day in the account so all subsequent hits were declined for insufficient funds.
Stay away from clicksearchpro.

They just take your money then it's impossible to get it back so if you like being ripped off go ahead and try their 95cent trial. 2 seconds later they will try and charge that credit card for 70+$ twice and if those don't go thru they up it by 20$ and try again that tells you how smart they are. Never trust a company that you can't get on the phone. I'm learning that just about everything on the internet is a scam. I'm going to stick to going to the store and buying stuff from now on if it has to be bought online then I'm not going to own it, been ripped off one to many times on the computer buying online

HOAX

I had to track a lost iPhone for a friend, it showed it was right beside us. We took everything out one by one to locate and it wasn't. I was suspicious so I had my mom send me her live location. That's when I notice that it said she also was in my location even though she was two hours north. So I did the same with my sister from up north and my boyfriend and daughter. Just those that could send live location. No matter what it always showed where I was and also said the carrier info which was always the same and not att or Verizon like they had. They also charge you $70 every time you track aside from their.95 cent charge. I messaged them about the.95 fee and that theyre lying to people cuz the result for location and carrier are all the same and the woman was very rude and refused to address my concerns. I went to my bank who recognized them as a scam and refunded the small charge and stopped the $70 charge. Do not waste your money on click search.

Cancel your card because once you submit a payment your card is compromised! My screenshot photos and this review is to alert everyone about my experience. Clicksearch can take my money but one thing they cannot take is my review based on my horrible experience with them. They will trick you into "TRACKING YOUR PHONE" but once you pay for the $69.63 service fee they direct you to send a text message to your STOLEN PHONE. I have an iPhone with a password! Customer service did not care about my frustration and only gave me the run arounds. Waste of time and money. Take your money and your business elsewhere. Clicksearch is trash.

I have been waiting over two months for my refund! All I get is the run around, no matter how many times I have called or email! I have numerous emails stating that the refund is in their system, so it must be my banks error.
My bank has informed me that there has never been any kind of attempt to refund from this company! Giving this company a one star is still to high. To bad there isn't a negative scale of -10 How does one go about finding out who owns this company?

Scam Fraud Alert DO NOT USE

This company is a scam! Do not use them. They will charge your card prematurely during the 3 day trial period without ever accepting or agreeing to the ridiculous charges. Their customer support is garbage. It's one person scamming people. You can see in the photos how I have been ran in circles and here it is 14 days later no refund.

Scammers!

This company did 2 unauthorized charges, they had a trial for $. 95 for 3 days and I cancelled within the hour. Tell me why they charged me $89.85 and $9.95 after the. 95 cents. Every time you call, you can't speak to a supervisor and it's only via email but the supervisor doesn't even help! He just keeps saying to give it one more day or two and now I am on the phone with my bank to get them involved because this company sucks and are thieves! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

DON'T DO IT FOR. 95 CENTS!

I thought for. 95 cents I would give them a try. I was wanting to locate a phone, there pre-information said: phone location - Yes. What little information they came back with was all wrong and the reason I know it wa s wrong because I am a co-owner of the phone in question. I cancelled immediately via email and phone. I then noticed my card was charged the. 95 cents and $9.95 & $29.95, for what I do not know as their report did not even contain. 95 cents worth of information! I have been given the same song and dance for (31) days now about my refund has been issued but they will not give me a date it was issued and I have yet to received any refund. Do not think they are big on giving refunds. They just keep telling you the same thing over and over. I guess they figure eventually I will just give up and let them just steal my money, wrong answer!

Charges were made to my account that were not authorized and I have been contacting them for almost 3 weeks. They keep telling me it's coming, but still no refund. The toll free number representatives only say my concerns will be escalated but I can't get anybody to return my call. Only receive emails.

I signed up, it automatically charged me 89. 95. 59 95... 9.99... 95 cents. Immediately tried to get a refund it has been 3 months still no refund but they tell me it was processes last call they put me on hold 46 minutes later I disconnected. Called back closed for the weekend. Information this report pulled up was old information. If anyone knows of where I can report this company please share

Stay away!

Over a month and these people have not refunded my money for service that is of no use to me. I did a trial of $0.95 and canceled immediately, next i saw a debit of $19.95 & $29.95 being charged to me. I got in contact with them right away and was told I'd be refunded the full amount. One month after and a lot of back and forth and still no refund. Scammers. Imagine how many other people they have done this to. Scammers!
