I did the 3 day trial for $0.95, next thing I know, I've been charged almost $200.00 in 4 different charges, $9.95, $39.95, $89.95, and $59.95. I've been in contact with them every single day for 2 weeks, and it's always your refund is on the way, only contact via email, and today, it's been refunded, but my bank says that isn't true. I'm having to dispute the charges through my bank, and if need be, starting a lawsuit. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Before my granny passed away, she wanted to see her closest friends. It was pretty challenging to track them since not everyone was on Facebook. A colleague recommended ClickSearch so I gave it a shot and it was a success. Thanks for helping me grant her last wish!

This website doesn't even deserve 1 star... they pull you in with their 95 cents promotion and after the consumer figures out the information they stated they had available is not accurate the consumer cancels but wait they will still be charged an ridiculous fee for example I canceled within 10 minutes if that and they charged 95 cents that day... But days later charged me 39.95 which is considered an unauthorized charge and once you see the other reviews and speak to these people you will soon find out it wasn't a mistake! Please use a more reliable source like been verified or find people fast! Customer service representative will tell you she knows nothing and the billing department doesn't have a direct number

This is bull, I paid for a.95 cent trial and almost immediately they took an additional $69.95 and MAVIK emailed me and expressed his apologies and I was told in 1 to 5 business days I would get a full refund and it's been over that now. When I emailed him today I was given the same reply but this time it stayed 3 to 5 days. They took the money I was saving for gas to get my children to school and myself to work and because of them I've been struggling since.

If i could give a review with minus stars i would, but you cant. I actually ended up on this site by mistake i was helping a friend look for her daughter thru her phone, but somehow i supposedly order a report thru this company they charged me $60.00 immediately i never got the report, and its been over 2 weeks and im still waiting for my refund, of which i dont think theyve actually processed theit just another company who thinks its ok to lie and take from the consumer with no remorse. Its ironic they are a search company that takes but does not help.

I've been using online dating for months, and I had small chats with what turned out to be catfishers. I know for sure they are thanks to ClickSearch. This one-stop search engine is really a life-saver.

This company is a big scam! They charged my account for several dollars and promised to refund the money back and never did. I filed aclaim with Better Business Bureau and I advise the rest of you to do the same!

I have been on the receiving end of countless spam calls in the past. I've also had some encounters with scammers calling me up and almost scamming me out of my hard-earned money. I've certainly learned my lesson. I always use ClickSearch to do a reverse phone lookup before answering any calls from numbers I don't recognize

I signed up for only the trial for.95 - when my credit card statement came in they hard charged me for two other of their services - on the same day as I paid for the trial. This created an additional charge of $69.90. I immediately contacted the company and was told they would issue a refund - this was back at the beginning of October. At the beginning of November that said it had been issued and if I still hadn't received it in 5 business days to let them know. I did not receive it and I let them know so they said wait 3 more business days and if I still hadn't received it they would put a tracer on it. I let them know and was told that the billing department would contact me. It's been 8 days and still no word from the billing department and no credit to my credit card.

I tried online dating and I met different types of people. There's this one person who seemed perfect but also kinda too good to be true. I searched about him on ClickSearch and good thing I did. Because it turns out he's a catfisher.

I had put my credit card info in but changed my mind and then deleted it but they stiil charged me anyway! They have been taking money off my card 40.00 for 3 months and I didn't know right away. They have been telling me is gonna be escalated to a supervisor for my refund but nothing still! How horrible people are!

ClickSearch reports are very comprehensive. Everything's well-organized and I don't have any hard time understanding them. I can easily spot the information I need. Aside from the accuracy and credibility of their outputs, this is one thing I love the most about ClickSearch.

I lost my cellphone at a hotel where I stayed. I happened to find click search through google. First and foremost it stated that it was a free site and it had 0.00 charge.
I entered my phone number to search for my phone. They never found it. I ONLY been on the site for no more that 10 minutes.
After coming off I noticed 6 emails was sent to my me from clicksearch and there was charges to my credit card. I was livid because they charged my card at four times for a total of $9.95 each, a charge for $58.95 and another charge for $0.95.
I sent an email to them enquiring as to why was all those charges taken off my credit card AND for what reason when their site says FREE.
What Piss me off the more was that they told me that someone will get to me to discuss it and NOBODY reach out to me to do so. I'm ready to cuss whomever took the funds of my card because they're a thief.

Got charged for services I did not want or use. Canceled immediately. Was promised a refund. Months later still waiting for a refund despite calling and emailing them. Each time I was old that the refund has been processed.

Be aware of these liars and thieves! They charged me three times. On Dec 17th 2022 three charges was taken from my bank account one for 69.53 0.95 89.85 for a total of 160.33 on the same day that I signed up with this bogus company called click search I called in and canceled my three day trial the same day. I have emailed them more than once and they keep telling me my money is coming. Today is Jan 10th 2023 and still no money back in my account! I turned these people in today with the feds! Hopefully they will shut them down soon!

I was at a social event and couldn't find someone. I used the app to search for them with their name, and it found their social media accounts in seconds. It's a really useful app for people looking for old friends or family members.

I ordered a one time report and cancelled within the trial period and stated I would not be charged, but when cancelled within the time frame I was charged a $9.95 cancellation fee, just ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend!

I have been calling and emailing this company since Sept 7 2022. I get automated emails I have been promised to get my refund and it sill has not been refunded I canceled my subscription before the time required because someone used my debit card I got the. 95 cent refund but never the 86.89 refund. I havesent over 20 emails and spent hours and hours on hold just to get disconnected not a live person answers. I would never use this company for any of your people phone or back ground checks it's a bad company and most of your customer reps don't speak very good English and repeats the same thing over if u do get a live rep to answer the supervisor don't answer the phones they use the form of email so it's a run around company.
