I ordered some yard signs and banners for my business. I have two small cafe's in Buffalo, NY. I ordered the signs to let people know that we're open. Business is down because of the pandemic. People are not aware that we've been open the entire time. According to their site these guys are suppose to be fast. Boloney. I paid for the signs on 5. 26. 20, it's 6. 9. 20 and nothing. I call to complain that the delivery date on the orders show 6. 4. 20, should have been here last week. Stuffs not even in production yet and they said i should add another 10 to 14 days for delivery once it's done. By then I expect NY to be in phase III! Everyone will be open. They also told me that the signs and banners are made here in the USA but the order info says customizing in China. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!
I'm not sure this business is legit. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. 2 weeks later I still didn't have it so I checked and it had not even gone into production yet. Since I needed the items for a specific event and there was no way they would be able to get it to me on time, I cancelled the order. They told me they were going to charge a cancellation fee. Whatever, just refund the money. They keep throwing up hoops I have to jump through to get the refund- the latest is that I have to go online and acknowledge that I asked the order to be cancelled. I did that and still no refund. Their customer service reps are all foreign and I can't understand most of what they say. All in all, I think I've been scammed and won't see the money refunded.
Terrible customer service-obviously from a foreign country as the emails and messages are in broken English and they respond in the middle of the night. They repeatedly told me my artwork was not the right quality. After 3 attempts to get in contact with them, a ticket was sent requesting the artwork quality requirements. I resent artwork with these requirements and they now say we cant meet you in hands date. Also stated in a ticket they called us and they were hung up on-no record of a call from this company-and if you were hung up on wouldn't you at least try and call back? Still waiting on a refund-doubtful I will ever see any money back. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Product was delayed w/no explanation why.
Will be receiving product late, after event I needed it for. It will be useless when I receive it will never do business with this company again.

They don't deliver the product they offer and then they don't return back the money you paid in advance. And when you call to claim they cut off your call.
Be away from Imprint, they rob.
I wanted to cancel my order and they said to call back. I called back and they said it was already in print. If I would have canceled the order it would have worked out. I was waiting to approve order like all other companies and they said you had to request a proof. There was a misspelled word. I always approve my orders if its correct. Now they said no refund no discount because they send everything straight to print. Beware. First time using this company and never again. Never had to request for a proof its a automatic email for graphic companies. Don't use this company
No one ever knows what's going on with the order and keeps telling me to wait for my emails for updates. Send updates and I wouldn't have to contact anyone. Needless to say, I'm still waiting on my order and they state it should be shipping soon. Yeah, heard that before. And also heard they cannot guarantee delivery dates if such wasn't chosen during the order process. During the order process, I was only given 1 shipping option and I would have chosen guaranteed delivery if I could. Just a really bad experience thus far to say the least.
I ordered Koozies with my company logo and was given an estimated arrival date at check out for standard shipping of about a week (which still left a week buffer for my event). After placing my order, I got an email in less than 24 hours that production had started. It has now been 6 business days and it still has not shipped and the estimated arrival date has passed. After over an hour on the phone and chat with customer service (4 different agents) that I assumed is outsourced to India; I was hung up on, talked down to, and belittled, while being told I must pay for expedited shipping otherwise they can't tell me when my order will ship. They said production and shipping typically takes 3 weeks...or more... and if I wanted it any time soon, I needed to pay $68 to expedite it (which they did eventually lower to $20 after a lot of arguing). I repeatedly referenced the estimate on my order invoice of 1 week (no where near 3+ weeks), which they proceeded to condescendingly ask me to define the word "estimate". Finally I asked to cancel my order because I was not going to pay more than half of my order price for shipping that was already included. Shocker, I was told I could not do this since production had started. My order still has not shipped... This company is an absolute scam with HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order for 100 wristbands with the understanding that I would receive 100 additional free wristbands as part of a promo deal. Immediately after placing the order I contacted customer service to guarantee that I would be receiving the 100 free wristbands since there was no mention in my order summary. Customer service responded indicating that I needed to check a box that was not clearly visible when checking out. Even though I contact customer service immediately after placing my order, I was told it was too late for my order to be modified. The company would not honor the 100 free wristbands and offered me 10% off my order. Absolute joke. Terrible customer service. Lots of other site to choose from. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONE.
This company will give you false estimates on when you will receive your product, only to be delayed 3 weeks, and then you will be told over and over and over that it's your fault for choosing standard shipping and that they can be late by 14 business days. And don't bother with the customer service, they will be no help and will just try to upsell you on rush production or $50 shipping upgrades. Find a different company
I placed my order on a Monday with rush production and 1 day shipping, on Tuesday I recieved a confusing email regarding a logo that was outside of the artwork. I requested no proof and to print as was. I then called 3 times and confirmed to start production. I was guaranteed my order would arrive by Friday. On Thursday I recieved a proof to rebiew! I chatted and waited for a call to say they could deliver ny Friday for an addition 100.00 after already paying 293.00 in rush fees. I had no choice, nut then they call back 20 minutes later and say the machine broke and they didn't know when the order could be complete. After 5 minutes they said it could be delivered Saturday. Now to make it up to my customer I returned the rush fees and I'm personally driving and putting out her campaign signs around town. All in all I lost 393.00 on this job and I had to turn down another 200.00 job out of town to make things right. I will never use or recommend this company again.
I ordered 22 yard signs for a non-profit. The site had a discount meter - as you met each threshold of spending, you received a larger discount. I spent HOURS creating my order, and the discount meter went up with each addition but it would not apply to our order. After numerous chats and phone calls, I was told that it doesn't apply to the products I was ordering (doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the site).
I was also told that each sign MUST be shipped individually and we MUST pay $15 to ship each sign. I called and chatted again numerous times and was told the same thing.
One week past the expected arrival date, I received the order in one box with a $25 ups shipping label.
Again I contacted them through their ticket system to no avail. They literally robbed us on shipping - $330 to ship one $25 box. You can't get any response through the ticket system. I've requested to speak with a superviser - nothing

Very misleading CO, very dishonest. 17 days overdue, no promise of delivery, refusal to refund my order. 6x I've contacted them, always vague answers, always stating "it's in production" yet my order page has stated for a full month that my order is "ON HOLD". I'm begging for a full refund, but now they are telling me there will be a cancellation fee "at this stage of production." STAGE? It's been on hold for a full month. They offered a 5% rebate to stick with them ($6.50) but still wouldn't commit to a date for delivery. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered 10 signs for my company. When I received my order, 3 of the 10 signs were correct; 7 of the 10 had white edges on anywhere from 1 to 3 edges of each side of the sign. At first I wasn't too concerned with it thinking they would just send out some replacements once they saw the issue with the signs. They will not issue replacements! The only thing they will do is provide a 10% refund on the order for the mistake THEY made. I have spent my precious few marketing dollars I had for the month on signs; most of which I will be unable to use. They have no desire to correct issues and take care of their customers. I don't see how they stay in business!
My koozies came on time for a last minute ordering decision. Quality material, highly recommended. I called to speak to a sale rep before ordering to make sure my order arrive on time. It did, even earlier than expected.
I ordered 150 lip balms. They arrived with in a week, and I live in Hawaii. Very quick and easy. I will say the logo came out smaller than I anticipated, and if i do it again I will try to enlarge it or position it differently. If you have time to do a sample batch I would advise that.
I needed a sign ASAP. I was in mourning over the very recent loss of a loved one, and we always ran the Gettysburg half-marathon together. This was going to be my 1st time running without her, and I asked permission of the race director to place a special memorial sign at the finish line for my Suzan. I ordered the sign a week before the race, and it arrived by the guaranteed delivery date, and was beautiful. The photos despite being enlarged were clear, and not grainy or pixelated at all. A beautiful memorial to a beautiful woman.
I recently ordered 25 shirts for my summer camp kids on the phone with a live representative. We used a previous order from last year. Same sizes, same art work. During our conversation it was discussed it was for kids. He emailed me the order and it said L, M and S. When I got the order it was all adult sizes. I called back to get this rectified and all they did was blame me for verifying the order. I had no idea the order was for adults! I just got off the phone with the representative and verbally told him it was for kids. They won't even re-do the shirts! They said it was my mistake and shouldn't have verifying led the order. They took no responsibility. My kids have no summer camp shirts! So sad! Terrible customer service. Company didn't take any responsibility for the mistake! Not even a compromise! They have lost my business!
I cancelled my order after relizing they could not do what there site says. I paid extra for production, then they tell me they can not gurentee unless i add rush shipping? Told me my order would take 2 1/2-3 weeks. How is that with one day rush production and ground shipping which the site says 3-7 days. Will never recomend them to anybody. Talk to someone there before you place your order and I mean talk not text online. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
