This company will give you false estimates on when you will receive your product, only to be delayed 3 weeks, and then you will be told over and over and over that it's your fault for choosing standard shipping and that they can be late by 14 business days. And don't bother with the customer service, they will be no help and will just try to upsell you on rush production or $50 shipping upgrades. Find a different company
The process of getting our custom coolies was so fast, start to finish! With the most affordable and most color options on the market, we didn't know what to expect, but we had our new coolies in less than a week and love them!

I ORDERED AN ADULT CUSTOM MASK WITH COMPANY LOGO. THE MASK IS SO SMALL IT WONT EVEN FIT A SMALL CHILD. I TOOK PICTURES AND SENT THEM THIS INFORMATION. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING THE 1ST TIME. I EXPLAINED HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS WITH A USELESS $18.00 MASK SO THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THEY WOULD GIVE ME $1.80 REBATE.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. All is good if they get the order right like my first 2 orders. When they get it wrong though, they don't want to know at all and it is all my fault supposedly. I even ask for a proof for an extra $10 and it still comes different but it's my fault. Customer service is an absolute joke and you will never get to speak to a manager. STAY AWAY
