I don't usually write reviews but I am more than happy to share this with everyone who cares to read it. I had a need for a table runner for an upcoming event. I contacted several companies for this table runner but was informed by each that the timeline was to aggressive and could not be met. Finally, I contacted Imprint.com for this table runner and was told that they could meet the timeline and that I would incur an upcharge for this RUSH order. I agreed to move forward with the order after supplying my artwork and having it approved by the CSR through Chat.
As my event was moving closer and the item still had not arrived as promised I called Imprint to find out why my item was not here. I was told they were sorry and I would receive my "Upcharge" fee back for not meeting the deadline. I said fine but I needed my table runner. It never arrived for the event but I had agreed to keep the order in the system as I needed the table runner for another event.
The same exact thing happened again, as the date approached, no item, I called to find out where my table runner is and I'm told that it's not ready and they can offer more discounts to make me happy. That my item was being held up like many others because they had a machine issue (you run an internet business and you only have a single machine that runs this item?)
Several weeks go by and I call again as my item still doesn't arrive and me and the CSR get into it. I tell him that your company has poor ethics and I believe this is how you do business on a daily basis. You failed to meet the agreed to timeline, you offer discounts (I ordered this item on 5/11/2023 & today is 7/19/2023 and still no refund of upcharge for RUSH service & no other discount that was offered to me for failing to meet the agreed delivery). As we argued back and forth, I was informed that the item would be produced and that THEY had chosen overnight delivery and no refunds would be issued and the call was ended. I told the CSR, when you fail to meet your obligations, you (IMPRINT.com) should assume responsibility for your internal problems & be accountable for not meeting your obligations. If you were a company with an ethical compass, you would acknowledge you failed and take appropriate measures to correct the issue but Imprint took another approach, they put my item on an overnight delivery and told me that any prior discount was no longer being honored due to the fact they had elected to use the overnight delivery and that absorbed the "upcharge" for RUSH service. Not my problem, in the course of business when you fail to meet your obligations you should expect to incur some loses, not Imprint.
Eventually a table runner that was 3 weeks late!
Uploaded CMYK file for 2 color yard signs. Actual color output not close. Did not offer to correct.
Do not purchase yard signs from this company. The color output is not even close. Way off. Used CYMK format to guarantee color. We are very experienced. Quality poor. Customer service poor. They should've offered full refund for poor quality output.

I have used this company 5 times. During the other 4 orders I did see some hiccups like processing and production times not keeping to exact promises but never enough to cause an issue. This last order has been lie after lie after lie from this company. I have never worked with such a bad company in my life. From start to finish in this order awful.
Ordered a product that required artwork which I produced on their website. Before submission it asks you to verify the art work. I approved the artwork and paid significantly extra for next day production and 2 day shipping. I should have had the order at most 4 business days after the order. After 5 business days we get a automated call that the order is still pending artwork approval. We call in, the order wasn't even produced. They state they called us multiple times, a lie. We have no VM or missed calls. No emails, nothing (they apparently don't send emails) They tell us to that a small part of a logo I issued wouldn't be visible as it matched the background. I told them I approved it like that I didn't care and to please submit and start production! They stated that they would start and it the next day and it would arrive on Monday the following week (I was talking to them on Monday). What a crock! I told them it wasn't acceptable and I needed the item within 3 days at most as it was for a non for profit event and we needed to advertise. They could have expedited the shipping but they wanted to charge me more! I had approved the artwork and they decided to not reach out for 5 days. I then after 2 hours on the phone asked for a refund. They told me they would process it, they then sent me a confirmation that it was processed and it should take 7-10 days to get my money back due to my financial institution. 8 business days later I reached out to them to check on the refund as I hadn't seen it yet (11 calendar days) and they told me the refund would be processed within 24 hours. Therefore my money would make it back to my account within 7-10 days as if I hadn't called it wouldn't have happened. More lies. I asked confirmation via email the money would be back in my account by close of business on the 10 day and they refuse.
During the 7 phone calls I have asked to speak to managers, they will not forward me to anyone. They have left noted for managers to call me. No one has called. They keep saying they are trying to fix the issue, they have done nothing but create the issues and lie. This has impacted my ability to market a expensive event for no reason.
Avoid this company like the plague.
After placing my order I called to make sure my files were uploaded correctly and the customer service rep proceeded to tell me I'd only paid for a third of my order and needed to give him my credit card so he could charge the rest. WHAT? I literally had JUST authorized and had a receipt for the full amount, I was supposed to hand my credit card over? Seemed SUPER fishy, so I asked why I was only charged that amount and he said "system glitch" and after I pressed for more info he later changed the story to "I don't know". Obviously I asked to speak with a manager or ANYONE who COULD explain why I called them for something else and was told I needed to pay more for my order. But much to no one's surprise, no manager was available to take my call. I was told I could go on a list for callbacks and someone would call within 12 hours. I reluctantly agreed and weeks later have gotten NO call from ANYONE.
THEN. The signs and stands came. Signs looked good. The stands were wire H-frames that weren't strong enough to hold the signs. After SEVERAL attempts, I ended up requesting a refund just for the stands since I had to go order some and have them rushed shipped to get to me in time. After my second pleasant call with customer service, not only could their customer service not handle the request, they rudely sent me to the website to submit a ticket which I did. Then the ticket was replied to and they requested pictures of what was broken, which I gladly sent. Then they ask for measurements. I'm sorry - WHAT? What measurements could you possibly need? It's all in the pictures and it's a freaking UNDER $30 REFUND. I call customer service AGAIN where I was greeted with the same glorious line, "Actually maam since you submitted a ticket we can't help you". This is BY FAR the most worthless customer service I have ever dealt with.
