We purchased a number of signs from this place. They reviewed all of the artwork prior to printing and in fact requested a change, which we did. The signs came fuzzy and/or completely illegible. We asked for a refund, and their response was that their terms & conditions state that "all items are promotional in nature." Seriously? They are a sign company! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
I purchased some items for a celebration (specifically, cutouts of dear family members who would not be able to attend because of cancer treatment), and noticed about a week before that despite paying for an upgraded production time and being several days past the 3-5 day window, the products still hadn't shipped.
I called the Imprint number provided on their website, and was told by an associate that if I paid an extra $57 for shipping, it would arrive *guaranteed* the day before my event, if not two days. A step price for shipping, but because this was such an important detail, it was worth it.
Fast forward to today: the event has come and gone, and we are now a full week past the expected ship date. When I asked about why I was misled by customer representatives, Imprint.com basically gave a song and dance that they can't stand behind their own policies, and that they'd give me a whooping 10% refund. What a joke!
Please take a close look at the good reviews. They all use very generic terms. I ordered 1,000 bags with a custom logo imprinted. After 4 weeks, without any updates, I reached out. 5 days later, the company replied that the product was out of stock.
I requested a full refund and they suggested that, instead, they replace the bags with different bags and refund the $30 shipping. I stated that "No, the other bags do not work for us."
They responded "We receive 1,000s of orders per day so there is no way we can keep up with inventory..." WHAT?!? Clearly this company needs some serious leadership help. They also "reminded" me that non-rush orders do not come with any time frame guarantee. Rad.
Do not work with this company.

We ordered 120 BLANK Lanyards for a Red Carpet Event. We ordered on a 2 day and confirmed all was okay. The actual ordering process was easy, however, when we received only 114 lanyards, everything went south from there. No one offered any help in fact, out of the 4 people we spoke with, not a one of them could have given a rat's $#*! about our shortage. We requested a credit for the six lanyards we did not receive as we had to go all over town to find six lanyards.
Horrible horrible business practices and no way would I ever recommend this company
They took my money, then told me my product was out of stock. I asked for a refund because the order couldn't be completed in time for my customer. Poor communication. Very shady. 37 days later and still no refund!
I ordered well over $3000. 00 worth of products from this company and was "guaranteed" delivery well over a month ago. They immediately charged by credit card, but have not delivered on the products. I have called 7 times and emailed several times as well with absolutely no way to resolve the problem. Their customer service representative are incredibly rude and have actually lied by saying that the items were shipped when they were not. You cannot get a supervisor on the phone. This is an awful business and I strongly recommend you order elsewhere. What a nightmare to deal with.
Placed my order, including a digital proof. The proof went to my spam box so when I discovered it there Imprint.com had already reached out again to ensure I received it. The responded quickly to my follow up questions and concern with timing for receiving. I had a little fear that production and shipping time would take longer than we needed but went much quicker than anticipated. Was pleased with how they turned out. Colors are true to website. Be glad to use this company again.
They screwed my order up. When I called to fix it they would not stand behind their work. I had to file a credit card dispute. They earned this bad review.
Choose any other company. Imprint.com are crooks
Placed an order for 250 custom bottle openers of the super basic type. Needed 250 in silver and placed the order just fine. Got a call a few days later saying silver had quality issues and not possible. Asked for black and they didn't have any. Asked for green and they didn't have enough so I had to split between green and red. Lame but whatever. Got the product and at least 25% of the openers have our text aligned poorly -off to one side or not center. In some so far we've found there's no etching at all just a blank bottle opener. Will definitely find someone else next time.
We used imprint.com to order some mugs with our business logo. These were meant to be gifts for donors (we are a non-profit) so we needed to get the best price possible. That's how we ended up ordering from imprint.com instead of locally. They sent a proof showing a white mug with our logo nicely displayed on the side. When the actual order arrived the logo was far too small, messy and a little crooked. We can't give them to our donors. It would reflect poorly on us as a company. I complained to imprint.com and they refused to take them back because somewhere in their small print is says that the logo will be that small. Even though the proof showed a much different product. Even though the quality is poor.
Well, shame on me for not taking the time to read all of the small print. I've learned my lesson, but I would never trust imprint.com again.
I'm so embarrassed i actually recommended this company to a friend for their wedding favors. A huge portion of their favors were damaged and they were basically told to 'deal with it'. I will never recommend them or use them ever again... and I'll make sure to steer people away from them as well. Better to spend a little bit more to get what you expect and pay for. Shame... if i could give half a star, i would.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience of imprint.com. Their pricing seemed lower than most and their promised delivery date was slightly outside of my preferred window but the low costs made it seem worth it. It's now almost a week after the promised delivery date and I can't get a straight answer from them as to where my items are. I asked for a refund and for them to cancel my order and they told me if I were to do that I would be charged a fee. Unacceptable.
Not what their ad had me expecting. The font used was way too small to be readable by passing motorists but my biggest issue was the time it took to get the signs. They processed the order quickly, production seemed quick but shipping stage took at least a week.
Hired this company to make advertising signs for my business. They made unauthorized changes to my original file, misspelling a word that was correct initially. When i complained and demanded they remake my signs as intended, they refused with various stock lines "sorry but you approved the proof", even though i was able to recover my file from THEIR servers with the correct spelling, proving they made the changes for reasons i cannot fathom and refused to take responsibility for their incompetence. Attached are photos of my file, and what they sent me.
Imprint falsely represents its products. The quality is nowhere worth the value of their prices and there are not low enough expectations to justify their services. Imprint is completely unwilling to solve the problems when their product falls apart and becomes useless after their 7-day policy. Imprint does not take responsibility for their errors and covering up their mistakes. I will not allow anyone to use their products or services again. Do NOT trust this company. Case in point - their magnetic buttons are not at all what their product photos represent and they fell apart leaving the poorly glued on magnets a choking hazard to my client's preschoolers. Imprint clearly produced my order wrong and tried to cover it up and was completely unwilling to solve the problem.
I paid extra for rush delivery per sign on the website, as it gives you the options and dates of delivery. 18 Days later my signs still did not show up. I called and asked for a refund on the shipping and the said there is nothing they can do because it is standard. It has taken almost a month to the day to receive them. So they took my extra shipping cost that they provide on there website and dont refund. I will never order another thing from this company!
If I could select. 5 star, I would. We ordered some customized face masks - and just like other reviews on here they are made for children and do not stretch to both ears on adults. I reached out and was told they are one size fits all, that a 'strap extender' of some sort can be purchased, etc. The strap extender only works to prevent the ear straps from resting behind each ear. In order for that to be an issue, the ear strap on the mask needs to extend beyond the ear - and these do not. Total scam and rip off. Stay away. No refund offered, no remediation offered, nothing. Awful company.
Horrible and rude customer service. I called two different times and tried to inquire about my order, which was never delivered, both times they hang up the phone on me and tried to give me different stories each time. Stay away from them. It is a scam in my opinion...
Horrific Experience. Do NOT use this company. Based in Houston but customer service and sales barely speak English I must have been talking to India.
3 days with runarounds on the artwork after I sent the files in the pixels they needed, then they sent me a proof missing half the artwork. The promise date was not met and the entire experience was a 4 days nightmare for a simple button design. The final artwork I ended up with was mediocre at best. Terrible experience. Like a nightmare!
I approved my proof on Friday, it is now Tuesday and my order is still on hold. I paid the additional 15% to have them produced "same day" which would have been Friday when the proof was approved. They refuse to give me a refund for the extra money I spent on the rush production and still have not produced my materials. I asked the customer service rep to send me an email in writing promising delivery by 8/14 and his email he sent read:
"Dear Customer,
We will try our level best to meet your deadline date of 8/14.
Thank you."
This is definitely not assuring I will get my order by tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor and nobody was on the floor to take my call. So he stated I would get a call back. I'll hold my breath. If you are looking for a company who stands behind their promises on delivery time, I would shop elsewhere!
Answer: Imprint.com is a total scam. I will never do business with them again.
Answer: Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.
Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
