I ordered 20 koozies (very small order). It said they would be delivered on a Friday. I needed them by Saturday. They went into production the previous Thursday and one week later I still had not gotten an email that they had been shipped. Don't ask me why it takes over a week to make 20 koozies. I called and wound up having to pay extra for rush shipping to get my product on time…. And five days later, it has still not arrived! Now they are telling me I need to call FedEx instead of doing it themselves. And I have gotten no refund for a product that was supposed to be delivered five days ago without a rush shipping fee, even though I paid an additional rush shipping fee. Don't use this company unless you have at least three weeks to receive your product.
I should have read these before ordering. The expedited guaranteed shipping is a fraud. I paid an extra $77 for expedited shipping - after they tried to get me to pay $165 for expedited shipping because they said the cost of the tshirts went up.
The delivery date came and went so I called USPS and provided my tracking number. They informed me that Imprint only paid $7.63 for First Class Shipping - the lowest level of shipping with no guaranteed delivery. They told me there are 2 tiers above that - Expedited Priority and Priority (which would have only cost $33.)
So if you are paying for expedited delivery, it is a scam, they ship all items the same, and just keep the money, not caring if they actually get your package to you in time. It's a numbers game to them. Beware.
Needed signs for the weekend, paid extra for them to come on Friday, called Friday asked where they were... they apologized for delay... and guaranteed delivery tomorrow(Sat), no show sat or Sunday... they arrived Monday... no longer need them,...i have have no idea about quality... i wouldn't of purchased if they were honest about shipping
I made an order for hand fans for my church. The order and payment process was ok. However, they projected the delivery date of over a week ago and I haven't heard a word from them. The contact process to get information is non existent. They don't want to hear from you once your payment has been accepted.
I bought t-shirts for an event for this past Sat 4/1. I placed the order on blue shirts. Got a proof on pink shirts. WRONG! They sent me the corrected proof the next day. By then I was going to have to pay a rush charge to get them by Friday. They shipped them to me Friday signature required? We are not home during the day and then never told us or is on their website that is the way they ship. So we never got our shirts and I wasted $750 so BEWARE! THEY ARE CROOKS!
Ordered a banner and the wrong banner came. They blamed the artwork and took 0 responsibility. I explained I ordered a custom banner but they said they didn't have record of it and I only ordered a blank banner. I even sent them a screen shot of the banner created in the cart with a time stamp prior to placing the order. I ordered a custom banner with writing around the artwork and they only printed tue artwork. I would not recommend using them. Will say they are cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I ordered 60 signs and stakes for an event and paid to expedite them. THe signs showed up in a battered and heavily retaped box with no stakes, so I had to scramble and order through Amazon which shipped the stakes in 24 hours. They disputed my pictures of the signs and damaged box, and refused to refund for stakes I had paid for.
There are many options to order online and I will never use them again. Beware!
I ordered on march 15th and it said it would be here on april 2nd. The told me over the phone on april 1st it would be delivered on the 2nd. It was not shipped. They told me on the 2nd i can pay more for shipping and they can tell me when it will ship. Its been 3 weeks and they say it takes 2-3 weeks to receive and my shirts haven't even been printed yet. They want you to pay more money basically it seems thats the only way to get any info is if you pay more.
I ordered cleaning cloths that I wanted the print to be on the cloth, not the plastic. Ana Ruiz knew that I didn't want a piece of plastic with our logo to go into the trash, I wanted it on the cloth!
She assured me that the cloth would have our logo on it and wont return it because it was under the order number that she suggested. Idiots of thieves?
Only 78 personalized face masks delivered on an order of 80 for a reunion. The package was even labeled "78 pieces." Customer service refused to send the remaining masks; offered credit instead. This does no good for my situation, which has 80 attendees.
You cannot depend on quality t-shirts from this company. The print does not come out the right color, nor is the t-shirts shown the correct color. Their customer service is slow and they do not care if the order is needed quickly even if paying for rushed services. They take a full 24 hours to respond to each ticket which results in days if not weeks of going back and forth. Attached is a picture of the proof they sent versus the shirts we actually received. Not only is the shirt color completely off but the print came out blue instead of a light green. They refuse to give any type of refund on the order. I do not recommend ever using this company!
I ordered an item on May 28th, it said it would be here June 14th. It is the 14th and it has not shipped. They want to charge $25 to get it by the 19th. Which is crazy to charge more to get it on the promised time. Don't use them I you are ordering for an event. Their shipping times are not true at all. I work for a business and would have given them lots more business. But I know now they are awful.
Ordered patches 12/24/23. Approved my proof right away. It is 1/24/23 and they have left my order "on hold" for a month! I have called three times and used the chat. They have a call center that knows nothing about your order. So 100% useless. They lie and say your order is in production when it's not and each time have claimed all managers were "in a meeting" and unable to help me. Every single time. Lies after lies. It's been over a month. There is no excuse that I don't have my order!
Initial experience was great however when I reordered and specified to reordered they shipped something that didn't come close and then refused to do anything beyond offer a 5% refund. I have a major event with jacked up lanyards which can't be used and no source for a solution. Oder once and you'll be golden.
The wire stands I purchased with my Yard signs broke. Imprint.com would not replace them because it was after 60 days from my invoice. The signs had been in the grounds a LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS. All I wanted is a replacement, not a refund. With the experience, I will not buy from this COMPANY AGAIN and I caution those who are considering.
The site said free rush 1 day shipping. Then they took 6 days to ship and another 5 with the shipping company. The signs arrived after the event they were supposed to be used for. When I opened a ticket with customer support they said you should have read the fine print. The rush shipping is only if you pay extra for shipping. WOW! That's bad. They would not refund the money either. Never use these guys.
Extreme Quality Control and Customer Service Issues
I ordered 100 full-color yard signs to be printed on both sides. And paid for two-sided printing. See attached invoice. No dispute here.

I asked for a reprint, or a refund, as I cannot use one sided yard signs, and was only offered a 15% discount. Heck, that does not even cover the additional cost that I paid to have the printing on two sides.
Completely unethical, and unacceptable. Will have to go the legal route.
First yard sign job went fine. Second was printed incorrectly. Customer service was slow to respond and would not send out replacements until they found out where in the process the error was. This should not effect when replacement is made and put together. They suggested I make a new order with them instead!? Won't be using again

Hard to reach. My products have been in production for a MONTH after I paid for rush shipping and production time costs. Customer service will not cancel or refund the order and refuse to offer any appropriate course of direction other than telling me "it is what it is".
