Great experience! Easy to design and product was wonderful. We gave them out at church and ask members to fill and bring g back to give to shelter!
First off giving at ETA of about a 5-7 business days, and then telling the client oh it will be 3-4 weeks you chose standard shipping is a complete joke of a way to do business. I ordered on 9/22 and was supposed to receive 10/4. I called on 10/4 after seeing that had not even shipped yet. Had I known the the actual ETA would be there far out I would have either chosen to upgrade the shipping or used a local solution. I should have used the local solution anyway as I'm sure the results would have been better. As it is the print and material is so light the sun shines through and not only washes out the lighter colored side, but makes the darker side look like it's been in the sun for years. I ended up having to pay for the upgraded shipping after I placed the order to get the signs here before the event I needed them for, so that was an added 30% cost. I won't give them a 1 star because the signs do look nice in a dark shaded area, but out in the bright sun where most stop signs are (where people can actually read the sign) they are disappointing. I would not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone..
I was in a pinch for needing buttons and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Good quality and shipped in great time!
Great, fast, excellent service. Will use again for future orders.
Please don't waste your money. Terrible, rude customer service who know nothing about their company or the printing process. Lied to me about time lines for 3 days straight. Ultimately ended up paying a cancellation fee of 2/3 of the final cost because "some" were produced. Printing does not work that way. Liars.
They will ignore you for weeks, lie to you repeatedly about their faulty products and refuse to do anything when faced with a defect besides a 10% off coupon on a future order. Save your time and money and get a better product somewhere else. Also the cotton masks are MUCH smaller than advertised and wont fit most adults
I had to order hiring signs for my company. Just 3 signs total, nothing major. Through the proof process we opted for an art change of double sided. It seemed like the new request was fine and taken care of till 2 days later we received the wrong signs, plus signs that did not even belong to us. I immediately called and the woman was not helpful. We had to create a new ticket to voice our concerns on the order rather than them just send out the correct signs that were already approved and should have been in the system since we were also charged for them. Most of their reviews seem fabricated and multiple times asking where I could place a review on their site myself the customer service chats would suddenly be ended. Hoping we still get our signs and then just add imprint.com to our "never buy from again" red list. This has been a simple job that has been dragged out and turned to a headache with no one to talk to for help.
However, I originally bought the wrong color, returned them on 12/27. This purchase was to replace them. I have not received my credit for returned items. When I log onto their site, original order is gone.
Ordered almost a month ago and still have yet to see my order. They have kept telling me the same thing for the past 2 weeks, that the order is in production and I will receive an update when it is shipped. I can see by some of the other reviews I am not alone on this.
Initially when my order arrived I was disappointed to discover the artwork had not been printed on my yard signs correctly. Although the content was fine, certain design elements had been omitted. After a phone call with customer service and a few emails back and forth, Imprint.com agreed to produce my order again at no charge to me. They rushed the production and I received the items correctly printed with a fast turnaround. I appreciated their response to the problem and I would use them again.
The process of getting our custom coolies was so fast, start to finish! With the most affordable and most color options on the market, we didn't know what to expect, but we had our new coolies in less than a week and love them!
I have ordered frosted cups for company events on numerous occasions. 4 imprint was cheaper, however the quality of the frosted cups was also less.
They ruined the gifts for my wedding guests and hosts. I ordered 300 custom shot glasses. First they arrived filthy, and some of the shot glasses were missing parts of the print when they came out of the box. I was not going to give my guests or hosts a filthy shot glass, so I ran a sink of soapy dish water and a sink of rinse water. More glasses had the print just fall off the glass as I gently lowered them into the water. Did they start with clean glasses? Did they use the right ink? Did they cure the ink after printing? And it was obvious they did not ship a clean product. I contacted customer support *******764 and opened a claim ticket (#*******), sent them pictures of over 42 shot glasses with partially missing print. Their response was they can replace with the same type of glass and process they were using. Why would I want more poor quality product. The demeaner of the customer service agent was if I was being treated like an inferior person because I am female, and maybe they are used to providing poor quality products and service and have no care for their company, products or customer. My wedding is in 1 week, and we still do not have a reasonable resolution. Avoid using this company. They have some funny advertising links that mimic 4Imprint and other companies but it brings you to Imprint.com. Not sure if it is the same company, but what a shady way to post links to their site. Their logo should be "for no quality or customer service, we will take your money and leave you hanging". They should be banned from doing business in the USA.
Needed coasters for an opening event week. The designs were very simple (centered icon/logo in a circle coaster) but the scale of the designs are very important to the brand. I sent the files exactly to scale, but I omitted the circle crop just to allow for a bleed on the print. This caused the first round of proofs I sent to be wrong, even though I made a note about this when sending.
From there, the proof process descended into chaos and somehow the proofs got worse and worse in quick succession, even after providing updated reference files. For such a simple design (provided in adobe illustrator, from a print designer themself, positioned and scaled exactly how we wanted it to be printed), it was crazy how many proofs we had to go through.
The customer service response was usually very quick, but the designers on the imprint team weren't always available, so this process got delayed which resulted in a delivery a day late. Thankfully it was for a whole week's worth of events and it wasnt the end of the world that the first day was missed, but imagine if the event was only a day?! Unacceptable, especially since I was told that as long as we had the proof confirmed by a certain time/day I would receive when I needed, and we had it confirmed by that time/day, but I still didn't receive when I needed.
Anyways. Longwinded, but I hesitate to come back just based on this overall experience. The product itself turned out well and we were happy with the end result, just not the process.
I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
The sign is mostly ok, but a bit disappointed as it has a big crease in it. That, plus reading reviews of this company and their responses to people complaining about late items, I wish I hadn't ordered from here.
Their excuse is it's an "estimated" arrival date, which they keep writing in all caps. As if that gives a complete excuse to be as late as they want with orders.
I get that it's a busy season months before an election. But this should be a well predicted busy season and thus the automatic estimated delivery on orders should thus be changed to reflect it!
I will absolutely give a company grace when things happen beyond their control. ( Ideally I'd like an email from the company giving a heads up that XYZ happened and to please be patient. A banner on the website warning new customers who haven't yet placed the order as well. And realistically, a 2 day tolerance window for an "estimated" arrival date would be fine for most customers if they didn't pay for rush shipping.
But of course, my order was much past that. My order arrived 10 full days past the estimated delivery date. For me, it didn't matter, but for many people who order custom stuff before events, this would be completely unacceptable and outside the window of tolerance.
Things happen. But the company's response to customers who are justified for being upset about late orders is not ok.
Here's the exact email I just sent *******@imprint.com:
Please cancel this quote.
Please cancel the callback from a manager.
For three days I've been trying to work with you. Multiple online Chats and several phone calls and emails. And still…
1) I can't get an accurate template for the project
2) I can't get verification on font availability for the sequential numbers
3) Several phone calls and emails just to get the billing/shipping address information 90% correct
4) Still waiting for a manager call back to help with the issues
I give up. If you can't do a template correctly, if you can't get billing information correct, your graphics department/team are unavailable to deal with issues, and managers don't do callbacks, why in the world would I think you could ever managed to do this (or any) project correctly.
It took some digging, but I found a wholesaler offering the same product. They couldn't sell to me, but gave me the name of a company that could (with a very similar name to your name). In a single, 10-minute phone call, I had all my answers to all my questions, a perfect template via email, and a quote at 50% your price.
At every turn, you failed.
I ordered a month ahead of my event and paid the extra fee to get it proofed before sending it into production and yet they managed to mess up all 90 t-shirts - which I now won't be able to give out to all the kids who are looking forward to the event.
Their "First class" customer service has the audacity to be mad at me when I voiced my frustration about this whole issue.
Promised to redelivery on 6/7 (WED) but received another online support ticket notification the next day that they are now out of stock!
So again I called them to solve the stock issue and triple-checked with them that it will be delivered by 6/7 - which they promised and said yes.
Few hours later, another online support ticket notification came - they won't be able to get it shipped to us by 6/7 due to some 'production issue'. The date is now 6/8.
So I would suggest anyone looking to get things from them to go elsewhere. I do not wish this stress or problem to any individual or business.
Answer: Imprint.com is a total scam. I will never do business with them again.
Answer: Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.
Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
